Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Good website and chat assistance. The luxury firm mattress is very comfortable and we highly recommend it!

The plush top on these are low quality. If you're just over the return period customer service will. It honor it so be careful.
The bed is quality and comfort in one. Very easy to assemble and hard to get out of after a night rest.

Foundation for the bed purchase.
After consideration several beds I decided to go with a Winkbed and I have no regrets. The entire process was amazing.
I emailed customer service to request a softer bed and it was as simple as that!
I chose Wink Beds based on customer reviews and the trial120 day trial period.
The bed hasn't expanded to 13 1/2 inches & we feel it's defective. I was told to wait 90 to 120 days to expand, no way this is true.

The information about the foundation is confusing and a bit hard to find/figure out, when we already have a headboard/footboard we are using.
The confusion about the foundation. The info should be more clear and easy to find for people who want to put their mattress on a frame with a headboard/footboard.

The website was great. The whole process from order to deliver was easy. The mattress was packaged well and delivered in a timely manner.
I did weeks of research on different web sites that reviewed mattresses. I'm a bigger guy 5" 9' and weigh 260 lbs. My 2 main reasons 1st reason I bought this mattress over the others were the hybrid design to have the side walls not sink in so I can get up and out of bed easier.
2nd reason was the warranty.
The people at Wink were very helpful and kept me in the loop about the progress on our bed and the delivery.
I have not opened it yet. I need assistance with setting up and won't be able to have that for a few weeks.
The additional protection add-on and not being able to try the bed locally.

Quickly ordered, arrived on schedule, unpacked and moved without issue, low maintenance. Comfortable!
Wanted to try a different design that didn't heat up as much as our previous foam mattress and didn't have the annoyance of a loose mattress topper. This bed was highly rated. We're below the mattress's target weight, so weren't sure if we'd find this too firm, but it seems to be fine; there is just enough softness to sink into. The quality/return guarantees helped too.
Shipping and delivery was quick and excellent. Only been sleeping on it for four nights, too soon to tell. So far so good.
