Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Very good. Absolutely fantastic. The balance of firm and cushion has greatly exceeded what I would expect from a mattress-in-a-box.

Overall it was fine. I just ordered a bed off their website, the end.
Didn't really have any feedback about why the bed was still off-gassing after almost a week.
I chose this bed because i wanted a combination side-sleeper/back sleeper option and one that had good cooling.
It was OK and debating to keep it or return to the store. Seems expensive for the quality and build.

We were kept daily with the progress of the bed's arrival. It is an amazing bed! It is so comfortable & I have a wonderful 1st night's sleep!
Well, I was sure that I had selected "Firm" but when I reviewed my order said "Luxury Firm".
I called customer service & explained that I wanted the Firm one. He said that would be changed.
The bed came as scheduled but it was the Luxury Firm.
It wasn't until after a very good night's sleep that the box it came in read "Luxury Firm". It was a great bed!
I chose Wink Beds as it was highly recommended for people with scoliosis.
Placed order on Monday. Tuesday got an email it was being built. Wednesday afternoon was shipped. Friday it was here. Easy peasy!
When doing research Winkbeds kept showing up on all sites I was reading and was literally the best bed in a box on many sites. Nap Lab sealed it when they put it through their 10 tests and it scored a 9.95. No bed in a box came close.

Initially I was told if that mattress was not meeting the height specifications, it could be exchanged.

Everything was great, except that it took 10 days longer to get the platform foundation than the WinkBed. This delayed is in setting it up.

The ordering and delivery of our Wink Bed was awesome. We have only had it a week and so far so good. It is everything they said it would be.
I had been researching beds that would help with back and neck problems and this one kept coming up.
Mattress was very easy to set up. First night sleeping on it took time to adjust to a firmer mattress than our old one.
My daughter bought a Wink Bed and she loves it. So we decided to give it a try.
Mattress was delivered with ease. Delivery was later than expected though. Overall the mattress has been comfortable and keeps us cooler.
Simple to purchase. Very smart to offer the return policy you do. I wouldn't have purchased otherwise.
Took an extra step to sort out how you define the firmness levels in text. Of course, if I knew the numbers on the scale, this wouldn't be the case.

The bed to begin to sag in the sleeping spot. A 200 lb person is too much for these mattresses. Other reiviews indicated the same problem.

After a week mattress does not feel like memory foam mattress and I'm sure it's a quality bed but I don't think it's gonna work out
Wink should add basic unpacking instructions with the mattress and suggest customers will need a dolly to move the boxed mattress.
