Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
The shopping experience is pretty quick and easy. However, the website looks very busy/crowded. Thanks.

My wife needs a firm mattress to sleep and since owning this bed, she has been able to sleep the entire night without problem. Great mattress!

Not a fan of the price changing in the midst of check out. Was 2008 and then went to almost 2100 in less than 2 minutes.
Price change in the midst of checking out. I got a message that the price from the shopping cart page was different after typing my address in the check out page. I understand taxes, but there shouldn’t be an increase in payment within 2 minutes. I will call you!

Straight forward and very easy! My wife has lower back issues and she suggested Winkbeds. This has been a good choice.
We were informed these mattresses are ideal for inclining bedframes.
Ordering was easy and the delivery was great. It's a two person job to open the mattress as it is heavy.

Reviewed many hybrid mattresses after sleeping on a high end memory foam mattress for two years. Great reviews on the Eco Cloud regarding customers with back pain issues. Also received first hand positive feedback from our kids who have had an Eco Cloud for three years.
