Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
So far so good. It was a little heavy and cumbersome to get set up but I was totally capable! First night so good!
It was easy to research and buy. I was happy with the overall quality and supporting a US based business
They did a good job, but felt a little impersonal with the replies.
Everything was fine but the frame was delayed in delivery and I had to cancel that part of the order.

Just got my mattress Afew days ago I'm still getting used to it but find it very comfortable. I got the luxury firm
I can't sleep after 2 weeks on the winkbed plus and asked for an exchange for a softer mattress and was told no.
So far so good. Hoping we get used to the firmness or we may need to try a less firm model as these beds seem like good quality.
Went to a local store which carries many of the on-line mattress' in boxes. Owner was very pro Wink beds.
My shopping experience was easy and it was delivered when it was expected.

Very easy process to order and set up. The bed seems to be a keeper so far. Probably didn't need to buy the insurance.

Took a week longer to ship than the estimated time. Which was frustrating as we had a bed frame set up and had to work around that for a lot longer.
Website is easy to use and mattress is great! Delivery was on time and now I look forward to getting a good nights sleep!

I understand make to order eliminates costly inventory but not the best for speed to customer. Suggest having a week or two or inventory
A week went by before it was shipped. I inquired of status and get a canned response that they are working on it. Not very helpful.
The box arrived severely damaged. UPS attempted to put the bed back into the box and cover up the fact it had fallen out during transportation.
Price/value.
Wonderful customer service and fast delivery. The website makes ordering very easy and I love the follow up too.

Different colors in sheets
My WinkBed was originally delivered to the wrong address. Also, the mattress has many loose threads.
The bed was made and shipped quickly. Setting it up was easy, and we were able to sleep on it the day it was delivered.
Based on the reviews online and on third-party websites when we searched for the best beds for neck/back pain, Wink seemed like the best bang for our buck. And we have not been disappointed.
Seemed pretty easy to find information on different options. The last minute offer on the adjustable frame felt pushy/confusing.
Too much marketing in the mattress business. You really can't trust anyone's reviews, even on Reddit.

Order was processed quickly and shipped on schedule. The box was beat up but the bed was well protected and in good shape, enjoying it so far!
The price was reasonable, seemed to be high quality, and reviews were good. Was looking to get a hybrid and this appeared to be the highest rated of all. The bed seems to live up to the expectations so far.
The purchasing process was easy and delivery was extremely fast! So far I am enjoying the mattress and hope to continue loving it!
