Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Fast and easy shopping and delivery. But the number one experience is sleeping on the actual mattress. The best I ever owned!
I have contacted them and they said they will send replacements. However I haven't received notification of shipment
I contacted them immediately and received a courteous response. However I was not aware that the frames are contracted out if I had been aware of that I would not have purchased it. So far I have not received any information from the frame builders
My family has bought product in the past and have been happy. This is the first time we have experienced damaged items. Honestly the box was in good order I question as to whether my package was built from returned merchandise
This mattress is firm yet very comfortable. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was made in a timely manner.
We did some research on mattress because our old mattress was not comfortable at all for my husband who is 6"5' and has pre-existing back issues. We wanted to get something of excellent quality and we are so happy and pleased with our purchase.
This company is on the ball. They are fast efficient, reply to emails quickly and the beds are American made and wonderful!

Everything went very smoothly. We got the mattress in a very short amount of time and got it installed on our bed frame. It's a very comfy mattress.
We hadn’t bought a new mattress in 13 years so it was time, and I wanted something that would help my husband and I with our back problems.
Everything is great, love the bed and enjoying it! However, the bed seems a little smaller than a California king, compared to our old bed

The Bed seems nice, but the delivery system was a disaster. UPS changed dates on me which left me sleeping on the floor. Not a great start.
