Wink Beds

The bed feels great and well made. Unfortunately my husband and I are side sleepers and have found the bed to be painful. I have a low back injury and the bed has helped in making that feel more stable at night but my hips ache all night and into the morning because the bed is firm.

Everything was seamless until I got a notification that the bed was arriving that very day. I was expecting a bit more of a heads up so I could adequately prepare to dispose of my old mattress. And although the mattress in plastic wrap was fine, the box was very damaged.

After sleeping on a Sleep-Number bed for eight years we decided to try something new. However, for eight year we had no back pain, but after sleeping on the Winkbed for two week my wife and I have had back pains every morning. I know Winkbed suggests giving the bed 30 days, I am not sure our backs can take that much back pain.

A terrific overall experience, from selection to notification that the mattress was on its way to the actual delivery process. Easy set up (although I never found the razor that was supposed to accompany the bed).

Looks like a great product. Can't wait to try it. I appreciate all the details on your website but would appreciate more about back pain. I had to find the information on other websites about your product being good for back pain sufferers.

We are happy with our new mattress so far. The delivery was quick and the mattress was extremely easy to set up. We received the King Sleep bundle with the purchase of our bed which is very nice but it is interesting that the pillow cases included in the bundle are for a standard pillow. King pillows came with the bundle. The pillows are very comfortable.

Very easy process Literally sleeping on the most comfortable cloud ever. Love the hybrid bed with the pillow top feel. I first purchased a cloud bed thinking it was going to be a cloud and it was as hard as a rock! So glad I decided to purchase this just wish I would have first!

I should have bought a different bed from a different company at a better price with less hassles and better shipping and support. Hey but other than that, all was great so you can publish that all our customers are soooooooo happy.

The box was falling apart and I had to pay someone to help me get the mattress upstairs. I had no idea that this mattress was going to be delivered "in a box", falling apart, to my door and I would have to do it all. For this price, I was expecting a completely different experience. I can't recommend this.

Overall easy exchange process. You do have to pay a premium/shipping cost for the exchange (~$50) to handle admin, which is not completely "free of charge" -- but if you are OK with this administrative fee, the process itself is just fine. Easy with a 3rd party pick-up scheduled to get your own mattress from your room, but you are on your own to unpack and set the new mattress when it arrives. The 3rd party firm does not handle or touch unpacking your new mattress, so you are aware.

The customer service is amazing! They have given customer service that goes above and beyond since the start of working with them. They helped me select my mattress. When it wasn't the best fit they made the exchange process not only easy, but the turnaround time was incredible. Top notch company with top notch customer service reps.

My experience was great; however, I needed to purchase a box spring elsewhere because you don't sell them as far as I can tell. The box spring that we purchased elsewhere was definitely not the same quality! Please provide the option to purchase a box spring as well!

My order was placed the week before Christmas and my bed arrived Christmas Eve which was very impressive. The description of the beds led me to the Luxury Firm which indeed is great for my bad back. As for setup and handling the bed, it is heavy. It drags around pretty easy though once out of the box while still wrapped. I didn't notice the little cutter until after I'd opened the wrapper around the mattress…lol. It fell out of the box outside through a tear in the cardboard box side. So look for it, the little white plastic cutter. Wrestle it up on my platform to remove the plastic. It did have odor. I allowed the mattress to air for the afternoon and early evening before I made the bed. The smell had mostly dissipated didn't bother me the first night. The sleep bundle is a bit cheesy, but hey…

Easy all around. The delivery was smooth and it arriving in an easily movable box made it even easier. The platform bed was an easy assembling and it all came together to look sharp. Highly recommend the firmer mattress.

I didn't see the delivery truck show up and they did not deliver to my door where I could try and get it in the house. Instead, they left it on my driveway. They did not even ring the doorbell to alert me of the delivery. The box is torn. I'm hoping the plastic inside is in tact.

Great website. Clear and easy to use. Great return policy and the way it was delivered was so ideal. The container was easy to manage. This might sound weird but if Apple made a mattress, it would be like the Wink Bed. Just a great product.

Got this mattress after extensively reviewing online what mattresses are best for back sleepers like myself (thanks to sleepfoundation.org). I couldn't believe it, but I immediately noticed improvement in my mid to upper back pain after just the first night. I've had it for a couple weeks now and it is still great. The company also had incredibly fast shipping. I got the mattress just a few business days after I ordered it!. Highly recommend.

When I first received the box with the bed in it I reached out to the company and let them know the box was labeled that it was a twin XL bed. I had ordered a king and they assured me that it was the right shipping weight and that their records showed they had sent me a king. When we opened the box it was confirmed that the bed was the wrong size. I have sent two emails and used the online chat. I am still waiting for a response from the company to resolve this matter.

While I did send my first email to the company on the weekend, I did not expect a response on the weekend. The weekend is over and I am disappointed I have not hear from them yet.

Very good experience! There was a small problem involving tracking numbers that customer service resolved immediately. And there was a minor issue with the platform assembly. All the legs should not be screwed in place followed by the two side brackets. Two of the legs needed to be screwed in after the side brackets were placed. The leg/bracket problem was easy to figure out and overall the platform assembly was quick.

The bed itself was easy to unwrap and roll out. The bed was a bit too firm for me but 3" of memory foam and the mattress was perfect for me.

I haven't needed to use the warranty yet, but the made-to-order bed came very quickly, within one to two weeks or so of ordering it! It came secured in heavy duty plastic wrap within a box, but it was very simple to unravel it. We had to keep it in the box for a little more than a week because we had issues with a different company shipping our bedframe, but it quickly inflated itself to its shape and integrity.

Pros: Made in USA; Quick delivery and assembly; chat feature to help address questions before buying.
Cons: Bundle sheet set arrived damaged, pillows overstuffed to the point of not fitting in standard cases; bed seems well made, but feels overinflated like a raft.

We started out with the softer mattress and found that initially it was perfect but after a few months realized it was too soft. We contacted support and received the plush firm mattress. Initially it was a little hard but after sleeping on it for a few months it is perfect.

My husband has had 3 spinal fusions and continues to battle constant back and leg pain. Of course night time is the hardest. This bed has helped him get more restful sleep. I also love this bed and I am waking with less soreness and feeling much more rested. We replaced an iComfort with this bed and we like this bed better than we ever did our old bed.
