Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
I bought a bed a year ago I weigh 170 pounds and the bed started to sag. They claim to have lifetime warranty, which is a lie. They told me certain pics to send and I did. Showing the bed is defected. Yet they won't replace it and are giving me a hard time DONT GET FOOLED, bad customer service and liars will never buy again.

I have tried the bed for 6 weeks and it is not soft enough. I am a side sleeper and I have shoulder and hip pain now more than ever. I need a softer, more conforming bed... I find this bed lumpy and hard
They told me to wait longer and contact them later ( when I am busy and forget and miss their deadline for returns and refunds)
It was advertised to help elderly, overweight side sleepers... but I feel worse

Very happy. The first few nights we experienced some "off gas" which interfered with our sleep but that has dissipated
I ordered a Winkbed and then decided to cancel the order. Customer Service was very helpful in telling me how to return the order and refunding my money. I was very pleased with their service in that regard.

Easy, fast, professional. Even though it wasn't next day delivery, we were reassured of the exceptional quality knowing that our bed was being made after ordering, and not sitting in warehouse somewhere losing it's value.

It was our understanding that the firm mattress would be taken to be returned. The UPS person who made the delivery would not take the mattress. He said it was not his job, and he refused to take it. Excellent experience overall. After our first Wink Beds experience, I knew we'd be returning customers. Everything from purchasing to delivery to assembly was simple and efficient.

From the online ordering system, to the update emails, to the delivery, to the assembly, to the sleep… I LOVE my WinkBed. Putting the queen bed together took like 10 minutes…no tools, no hassle, fantastic experience. Mattress is #awesomeness. Pillows are perfect. The sheets even have a little tag on them at the head and foot of the sheets saying Head/Foot so you don't have to guess how it goes on! When we get ready to replace our King size bed, we will go with another WinkBed for sure. #VeryHappyCustomer.

Awesome shopping experience. The Site is very easy to use. The matress is very comfortable. The material of the matress is great. I chose a firmer matress due to severe back pain. This matress has definitely helped alleviate my back pain. The best thing I did in 2021. I would definitely buy again.

The mattress arrived, but was extremely heavy - thank goodness my son was here to get it into the house! However, having it delivered to our home was great. I don't think I could ever get my husband to a store to "try" mattresses out and decide on one. This mattress was put on our previous boxspring. It is exactly what was needed for the back pain we experienced every morning. The pain is gone and we sleep so much better. So far, so good - thank you so much.
My wife and I have experienced better sleep within the first evening! The luxury firm is a great medium feel that is supportive enough for all sleepers.
Only problem with buying on line is inability to lay on the bed first. I initally ordered soft bed since I am a side sleeper and it was what someone recommended. It was too high. I exchanged for firm lux (2x firmer and two inches shorter. Exchange process was a breeze. No I am very comfortable and pleased with the lux firm.

Friends recommendation. Initially, price was a major deterrent but I am now pleased with my decision.

I tried to return this bed within a month of purchasing because it was so hard and I was having difficulty sleeping. When I contacted Wink Beds, they said that the bed gets softer over time and I need to sleep on it for at least 30 days before I can return or exchange it. I did know this before I purchased the bed, however, I had no idea that the bed would be so hard and that I would have such a hard time sleeping.
They would not issue a return or exchange until I had slept on the bed for 30+ days.
Their website seemed informative and there were so many good reviews. I'm disappointed that the bed turned out to be so incredibly hard.
I did my research and thought that the WinkBed Plus was what I was looking for. Went to your site, followed the directions and the bed was ordered. The delivery was on time and the set up was not difficult.
Specifically designed for people over 230 lbs, which I am, and who sleep on their sides and back.
Using Applepay made ordering a breeze and Winkbed kept us abreast of progress every step of the way. I called to see about having our old mattress hauled away and the very helpful (and pleasant) Winkbed CSR promptly scheduled the old mattress disposal that went off like clockwork. I couldn't have been happier about the entire experience.
Reviews mostly were of the luxury firm and we knew we wanted a softer mattress, so others were higher on our list. We were able to try out mattresses at Sleep Sherpa in San Diego and we knew we wanted the softer Winkbed.

My order had some issue with UPS and as a result, was delayed several days. This was extremely frustrating. If I didn't go out of my way to contact both UPS and Winkbeds to inquire about this, I wouldn't have received any updates. Winkbeds customer support was accommodating once I was in contact, but I think I'm just extremely disappointed by the experience of having my delivery delayed by nearly a week.
From selection to purchase, first rate. Especially impressive was the responsiveness of customer service to my queries. Personal and detailed, unlike typical vendors. Highly recommend.

Wirecutters was the first i heard of winkbeds. The cons were it is heavy and without handles so I had no idea what was to come. Heavy yes but not too. Because of it is being so well constructed and as for handles, jno reason to have them with this mattress. The packaging and instructions were well thought out.
After reading other online reviews and how to make decisions when buying a mattress, winkbeds made making a decision easy.
The shopping experience was good and the shipping was prompt. The box was set in our driveway so not exactly as advertised but I wasn't surprised since it was before Christmas. The mattress itself seems very well made and unlike every other mattress and memory foam we have purchased in the past, there was no discernible odor from the wink bed at all.
Have not received a response yet so can’t rate the service yet.
Experienced one of the mattresses at a friends house.
I first ordered the soft wink mattress. Although it felt nice to feel and and crawl into; I needed more support under my back as I have a herniated disc. The Luxury firm was more suited to my personal needs regarding my back. I returned the first mattress with no hassles and went to the firmer mattress. I am now very pleased with the wink bed mattress and so impressed with the quality of workmanship. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. I can recommend this company without hesitation. Wink mattresses "rock"
Right now it is super super comfortable I love it. My previous bed I had really bad shoulder pain, but just resting in the Winkbed absolutely no pain, I have bone on bone in my shoulder and there is no pain resting on this bed. I have the plus firm size queen. I had 4 men to help great neighbors, it only took about 20mins including putting out the old bed and putting up the new. If you are hesitating do not hesitate hurry and get one. I was able to get financing which I was shocked! You may not need that many people to assemble, 2 would be good. I just wanted to make sure I had enough help. Looking at the videos to assemble helped also. It's super easy just take out of box and cut plastic and roll out on bed frame. Super easy

I first bought the GravityLux Soft. It was very comfortable on my side but it didn't support me on my stomach enough so I asked for an exchange. The GravityLux Medium is clearly more supportive and much firmer than the soft and is better for stomach sleepers.
