Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
I Ordered online but due to being a repeat customer I was given an additional $200.00 off by the agent on the phone. Great experience and service. Thank You Winkbeds!

Incorrect error messages when filling the checkout HTML information. Shipment delivered on two different days, while messages implied all should have been received on the same day.

Easy packaging and quick delivery. The mattress sleeps just right.
The bed is as comfortable as advertised. Winkbed delivered as promised. Getting the mattress was a big stressful because of overoptimistic delivery dates by UPS but winkbeds initial delivery date was exactly correct. Once we got it, we opened it in the living room because of fears of off gassing.
But there was no odors of any kind. The bed took 10 minutes to fully expand (it gained a whole cubic meter in volume!) and then laying on it was a luxury. It is really good.
Setting up the winkbase was straight forward. It has easy to follow directions and required about an hour to complete. We placed the mattress on the base and the bed was complete. We are more sleeping much better then before. Thanks!

Received valued input regarding firmness of bed for my particular spinal issues; considering weight and side sleeper, and need for good support. Tory recommended to go with the SOFTER WinkBed. Just Placed the order and certainly look forward to receiving and hopefully benefitting from this Softer Winkbed! RKR

I bought this for my adult daughter who lives with us. First impression is that she regrets not choosing the firm mattress. She will try it for a couple of weeks to see how it goes.

Experience with Winkbeds was fine. Overall search was frustrating as there are so many products and reviews can be varied and inconclusive. Glad to have the trial sleep period.
Edge support firstly. Lumbar support secondarily. And the option to choose from different levels of firmness (I got Firmer)

Cushy too but not enough of it. Seem to sink to springs or something that is very unforgiving. 215# side sleeper with hip/shoulder pain.

The mattress arrived on time. It unfolded easily and took its final shape quickly. It's height is greater than I thought it might be, but that's fine. Just unexpected.
I chose this model because it was supposed to be good for those with lower back pain.
Super! I chose you because you are made in USA, at a small factory, and due to reviews noting the effectiveness of your products at helping with back pain.

The mattress is incredible. It's been years since I've used a mattress on which I didn't toss and turn all night. My sleep has improved dramatically in only a few short days of the trial.
I did extensive research on what mattress would best suit my sleep style, and I liked the level of information available.
Only slept in it a few nights- can't give an honest opinion at this point. Still waking up with sore hips & back so hoping after a week or two we will settle into it and it will be better.

Just disappointed in a product I'd bought before. Hoping it gets better with time. It did survive the journey despite being absolutely battered when it arrived.
I had a good experience. At this time I wouldn’t choose again.
The opening instructions were to open packaging with a razor to be included. None found. Difficult to unpack without it.

Shipping was scheduled for Friday. I had my old bed picked up on Friday morning. I stayed home from work to receive bed. Then UPS shifted it to Monday from 10:00 - 2:00 so I stayed home from work on Monday. And then on MOnday UPS shifted it to Tuesday from 10:00 - 2:00. I had to pay someone to be at my house Tuesday. The bed was not delivered until 6:50pm on Tuesday, This is extremely awful customer service and WINK customer service was not helpful at all

Great bed. Just the right level of softness and firmness. Soft enough to feel like I'm getting into a cloud, firm enough to provide the support I need.

Easy process and live chat was very helpful! Love the trial period and warranty. It was no easy task on which company to choose from. At this time I feel as if we made the right choice!
I kept researching reviews from all different sources. Took into consideration what kind of sleepers we are. We had a Queen Leesa for about 6 years. The comfort level was great, but it made me a hot sleeper. Decided to go to king size and wanted a mattress for side sleeper and cool! We have slept on it for 5 nights so still within the trial. I have not gotten hot one night and we love the comfort! Also my husband has shoulder issues and it has helped with that. The pain is not gone but the mattress has helped!

Couldn't find a firm mattress with reinforced sides. Saw the Plus on your website and read all that was listed there and decided to buy it. Specifically because of 120 day trial period.

Too early to tell with bed. It is lovely. The ordering online process was straightforward. Delivery was relatively quick although initial ETA was fuzzy, but no long delays. It all worked out.
