Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
My bed set got lost in delivery however they were Customer service was on it. They sent me another set right away and reached out to make sure I received it.
They reached out to make sure my package was delivered and if they could do anything else. Great customer service.

I had help unboxing it and putting it on my bedframe only because I've had shoulder replacement surgery and I wasn't ready to do it myself! Have slept really well since getting my WinkBed. My back problems convinced me I needed the WinkBed and I am not disappointed. Wake up in the morning without shuffling to a chair until my back wakes up.
Saw the reviews of customers with similar back problems and I couldn't resist trying it myself. So glad I did.
Mattress and base were delivered promptly and easy to assemble! We ordered a luxury firm and it is true to the word. Totally satisfied with our purchase

Very pleased! Seamless ordering and delivery experience, and the mattress itself is great quality - firm as promised and my parents who use this the most are sleeping soundly each night!
Our experience was good. I was concerned about the shipping timeframe, but was easily able to reach a customer service representative who explained the process and lead time very clearly.
The rep I spoke with was clear about the process and what I should expect for lead time. I appreciated the transparency where so many companies often leave customers in the dark.

Wink beds is easy to work with, the website is user friendly and I LOVE my new mattress. I was worried about buying one without ever trying it but it worked out great for me

Fast shipping, super comfortable, major upgrade for my kiddo. This is our second WinkBed mattress and when we were in the market for one I didn't hesitate to try them again.
So far so good, one night in! I was fascinated that the mattress came completely compressed in a smallish (but heavy!) box from UPS and I watched it come to life as it unrolled!
My question was immediately answered (about shipping time)

Mattress was poorly packaged and was missing razor to cut plastic cover.

Loved all the information on their beds. I did a lot of research before choosing winkbed, I am looking forward to trying it out and getting a good night sleep.
It came down to 3 different mattress companies and I decided to choose them based on reviews. I look forward to sleeping and trying it out will definitely make sure that i pay close attention to the trial period.

EZ breezy experience! Beginning to end... everything was great. Bed is still new so haven't had the chance to get full experience yet. But it feels great day 1.

Please make it easier to choose bed selections on your website. I found it through wire cutter and had to spend lots of time digging through links in order to find the right selections.
Contacted customer service for an exchange. Was handled without any hassle in less than 24 hours - and within 5 days the new mattress was at the door. Great service

I feel like the website had a very busy look to it. Distracting. I am returning this bed because it is the wrong dimensions and never filled out properly.
I am currently working with them so I don’t know yet.

Box initially refused by carrier because it was damaged. Mattress delivered unboxed though wrapped in plastic that was filthy. It had been stepped on with dirty shoes.

Luxury firm is the perfect description for this bed. It's got all the right support without feeling like I'm sleeping on a board. I'm very happy after my first week with this bed.
I chose Wink because the reviews indicated it’s great for back pain and hot sleepers.
Normally I would not purchase something so expensive without being able to see it first. The ability to exchange the mattress to find the right one is what made me comfortable buying online.

The website has a bit too much "huckster" vibe - The timer countdown, the messages about other people that "just bought" a product. The kinds of tactics that you get from a slick used car salesman. I am grateful, however, that you recognize the sacrifices that were made by current military families and veterans.

The customer support structure built around these mattresses is straight-up denigrating to humanity. That's not hyperbole, it's an unfortunate reality for me.
For the last 30 days, WinkBed forced me to "sleep" on a mattress that was objectively proven to be detrimental to my health, as measured by an Apple Watch and my entire family. They have a zero exception policy to their "30 day test requirement" that genuinely ruined an entire month of my life, and had negative affects on my personal and professional life.
As a new father, I was somehow shocked by how important a semi-decent night's sleep genuinely is, and WinkBed stole it from me for over a month.
I have no doubt the Luxury Firm is a fantastic mattress, just not for me. Their inability to work with me was shocking, I'm still in shock.
