Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
So for me we were going to get this bed through Wink regardless because my wife's chiropractor highly recommended it. During the process he had given us a slip for tax credit. At the time I was dealing with the online chat and they said it could not be applied. I had written to Wink immediately and then just decided that since the chiropractor recommended it and it would help resolve my wife's back pain and issues sleeping, and provide me with more comfort then I was just getting it regardless. Wink's customer service though - responded to my email - super friendly, and was literally on top of this - gave us a credit. Made sure it went through and communicated that back to me. Her name was Tory. She was absolutely fantastic and honestly my day was horrible as was, and that really was a topper for me turning my day around. I can't thank her enough. I have already showed 3 of our neighbors our new bed since my wife had told them about it, and "customer service" is always something that I tell them about too. I wouldn't hesitate to refer as I have already Wink - if Tory is any indication of the dedication your company puts into these beds, and the pillows, the shipping of the product was super smooth... then everyone should buy their beds here.
I was a little upset that i couldn't get credit $200 since we were referred by our Chiropractor to buy this specific bed "from Wink" - i sent the letter via email and also attached via chat message but they said to email and i haven't heard anything. The chiro told my wife that he put his TaxID# on there as it waives sales tax, and honestly her back is in bad shape and he swears by these so I can't screw around - so i just bought it and said oh well. That's been the only disappointment so far.

Found out about this mattress from Wirecutter which had a code WCLABORDAY & never could get to apply code. Site is very hard to use, try to redo order and you kccp ordering another mattress. Just not a good experience

I want to return the mattress, and I called the company only to be told to email instead. I emailed the company a week ago and still haven't received a response.
I have yet to talk to someone or receive a response in spite of multiple efforts to return the mattress.
With Wink overall experience was good, but I think overall mattress companies are not living up to what they say for the prices they charge. Will return mattress.
Customer service inquiring about products and placing the order was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Shipping was fast and notifications plentiful. Would not hesitate to recommend them for this.

It's stylish and sturdy the legs are a beautiful wood and the fabric looks very nice used on the base. It was extremely easy to put together well packaged. We love it!

We love our king size mattress! I wake up not in pain anymore and the sheet set that came with our order is so comfortable. I am in loive with going to bed at night now!
My daughter and son-in-law purchased a Wink bed and loved theirs, so we thought we would try one also.
Ordered soft bed and works for us as side and back sleepers. We are 180 and 220 and have slept well for the last 2 weeks, however this is still in the break-in period. Sleeps cool in South Florida.
For Euro pillow top softness due o side sleeping issues with pressure.
Bed arrived in good condition and easy to unwrap. There was a strong odor so I waited a full day before covering and placing on frame. Smell seems to have dissipated.

It was surprisingly good. Who would have thought you could get such a great mattress in a box delivered by UPS that goes from rolled up to a full blow mattress in a few seconds.

I haven't slept on it (just got it today), but I already love this mattress! Soft and cozy but very firm and supportive at the same time. I hope my back will be really grateful!

I received the marketing e mail advertising the sheets. I was in need of new sheets so I decided to go with Wink Beds, especially after they sweetened the offer and gave me a discount.
I did exhaustive research when I bought my Wink Bed mattress a few years ago. I had memory foam prior to the Wink Bed but they didn't last that long. I'm a slightly heavy guy at 270 and after about 5 years the memory foam mattresses all sag, even with regular rotation.
The Wink Bed gives me excellent support and I actually use a 3" memory foam topper on it to give me the memory foam sensation. This has turned out to be a fantastic combo and I'm very happy with it 3 years later. I am sure it will last a very long time and I can always change out the topper. The quality of the Wink Bed is excellent and I have no regrets buying it.
Purchasing was straightforward and shipping was relative quick. Unfortunately the bed does not work for my partner and I being way too firm and causing serious pain.
Told customer service of our issues and had already tried all of their suggestions. No exceptions were provided and must wait 30 days before I can return or exchange.
Mattress is very comfortable and was easy to handle in its compressed state. Expended fully in about 30 minutes. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the mattress.
It was very pleasant and very easy to accomplish by the online chat session I had with the Representative. All questions answered and recommendations taken into consideration.

Told it would be delivered on Saturday. UPS said that they didn't deliver on Saturday.
We took our bed apart expecting the new Wink bed. Not pleased about the reality of the delivery.

Great experience from start to finish. Bed was delivered early, it was exactly as expected, easier to set up than I expected, and just clearly a very well-made mattress. Awesome experience.

So far so good. Easy shopping experience. Bed is a delight to sleep on. Box was pretty banged up when the bed arrived but it didn't effect the bed at all.

Dan likes to send alot emails with promises that aren't realistic. After breaking promise after promise, the bed finally arrived. The website looks like a page out of a magazine. In order to get an edge on the crowded space of bed in a box, Winkbed overpromises and underdelivers.
Shipping time promised vs actual shipping time. The expectation was set and missed. Nothing I pushed for. I just placed the order and was told one thing but another thing happened.

We slept on our luxury firm mattress for the first time last night. We both woke up with much fewer aches and pains in the morning. So far we both like the firmness of the bed. We are very pleased.
It features an inner spring. We like inner springs and the softer top is a pleasure to lay on.
We also used consumer reviews and utube vids to make our final choice.
Easy to order but not good idea to do it on the phone because I must have touched the wrong button or something because I ordered firm and ment to order soft. Can't exchange for 30 days.
Need to exchange the bed because it is too hard. Mistakenly ordered wrong one. We can't exchange it for 30 days so we are suffering greatly!

Customer service rep responded to an email immediately, and I was informed that I had to sleep on the bed for 30 days prior to any replacement or refund.
