Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Smooth and easy upon ordering, all items came in before anticipated time. So far all is good, base was easy to set up and mattress is very comfortable.
No local stores to try out.

Seamless, easy. Love the bed. Had some reservations on buying a bed w/o testing it first, but we had faith in the comparison ratings, and it worked out.
The shipping box was torn in several places, but fortunately the platform was not damaged. It definitely provides a firmer sleeping "exoerience" than did our boxspring.
It sampling many different mattresses, it seemed the most comfortable.
There seems to be a media mirage with many positive reviews for Wink Beds. At least in my case, because I received a twin standard bed instead of a twin XL which I specifically ordered.
Although I did receive a personal call from customer service, it did not result in receipt of the bed that I ordered and paid for. It seems like, and this is my experience as well as my perception, the Wink Bed company spends much time and energy on media that will enhance their status in the independent bed manufacturing world, but, yet, they cannot deliver the product. I wish this was not the case; I want to support small business!
However, from order to shipment of the wrong sized mattress, it has taken 19 days. I don’t expect speed in the making of my mattress; I do expect the correct order to be fulfilled.
I read many reviews and came to the decision that Wink Beds would provide the quality I wanted, as well as the customer service I expected.
I have yet to judge the quality of sleep on an Eco hybrid mattress. I hope to do so soon. I also hope to be satisfied with quality customer service.
Easy process. Shopped and compared all brands. Wanted an organic mattress for side sleeping without the off gas issues. This was the best and the price wasn't bad.
Recommendation of websites and others.
Not as nice as the website details. There is a lack of side support at the edge of the mattress and we feel like we're going to roll out of bed at any time.

Tory has been wonderful in answering my questions and worked with me on some tears in underside of mattress as well as coil marks. Assured me it won't jeopardize the integrity of the mattress.

Order and delivery was as promised. With all the recent delays we were hoping we would not be affected. We were very happy about this as we have guests coming shortly!
Daughter and son-in-law like their Wink bed. Price was right.
When my husband would have difficulty falling asleep he would have to change positions often to be comfortable. On the Wink mattress thus far, he is comfortable staying in one position.
UPS delivered our mattress to the wrong address so our delivery was delayed. I contacted Wink customer service and they contacted UPS to correct the problem. However, because of the delivery delay we have only slept on our mattress for two nights. Our sleeping experience thus far has been very positive.

I chose Wink beds because these are American made, the materials are high quality, the trial terms are good and there were many good reviews recommending the Softer version for side sleepers like myself.
I ordered the wrong item and emailed asking for help with the change. Tory quickly responded with an updated cart for the price difference. Great customer service.

I have not slept on new exchanges mattress yet. Waiting for the chemical smell to disappear. Working with the CO to decide on the exchange was fantastic!
They answered my multiple questions and helped decide what to do with no pressure and went above and beyond helping me

The wink mattresses that we got are great! We slept great right from the first night and very easy setup! Would recommend if you need a good mattress and a good price here you go

I haven't been able to use the mattress yes, because I need to get it upstairs. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quicker than anticipated.
The box it came in was broken making it difficult to move from the lobby of my building up to my apartment but over all the entire process was quick, easy, and fast.
Looked at online reviews based on my lower back issues & being a stomach sleeper and competitor prices. I was able to try out the Luxury Firm model at a Sleepare store and when I told the sales lady I still felt some sinking in the hips she recommended I look into the Plus firmness even though they didn't have one for me to try. I took a gamble and it paid off.
Quick and easy. I wanted to purchase a bed that would be comfortable yet firm and really my main focuse was the edge support so I hope its true to its promise. I also enjoy made in the USA

Easy… lots of reviews and be misleading. There is a soft, luxury firm and firm, so you would thing luxury firm would the in between comfort. But, it's not…
Easy ordering and quick delivery. Bought it for the spare bedroom so don't sleep on it daily. I have slept on it twice now and it's very soft and comfortable.
So far it has been a great experience! I like the bed, which I ordered a Softer bed. It's a bit more firm then I expected but hopefully it will soften up as I sleep on it.
So far, so good. We found that the Luxury Firm was just too hard for my wife's arthritis, so we asked to exchange for the Soft model. Quick and efficient exchange process.

Delivery was a mess. The mattress showed up in the rain without any outer packaging. No box, no instructions, just a very large, poorly wrapped mattress.
Looking forward to a good night's sleep. My only concern is when inputting my shipping information, I saw my daughter-in-laws shipping address. How is that possible?

The mattress arrived in a timely manner and was ready to use almost immediately out of the box. We love a firm mattress, and our first night was great!
It is too early to rate the bed at this point. The bed in the store was very soft. Our bed is getting better, but the break in is more significant that we expected and it isn't there yet.
