Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
After exchanging the firm for the softer version, I can finally sleep through the night without waking up in discomfort, but this mattress is still not great. The luxury firm felt like a giant fist was pressing into my ribcage when I slept on my side; I am so confused why it is supposedly recommended for side sleepers! The firm is advertised as a 6 softness, but it is harder than my prior 8-rated BeautyRest. The softer version is advertised as a 4, but is much harder than the Nectar mattress that's rated at a 6. The traditional Simmons Beauty Rest I had before the Softer version was much more comfortable than any of them.
Additionally, if WinkBed is going to advertise "world class customer service," they could do a better job prioritizing customer satisfaction over the fine print. I expressed dissatisfaction with the firm mattress and started an email thread to exchange it for the softer version during the satisfaction guarantee period, I didn't finish the email chain within the period. I was shocked that the first two representatives I talked to would have rather me be unhappy with a WinkBed for a lifetime than honor the spirit of their satisfaction guarantee and get me on a mattress that didn't wake me up in discomfort. Then, they wanted to send me a mattress topper, which seems like an insufficient solution for a product that's supposed to have a lifetime warrantee. It took a fight to get a mattress I can sleep through the night on... And it's still far from the amount of comfort I expected for the price-point.
I am disappointed and frustrated with WinkBed's Customer Service. I expressed dissatisfaction with the mattress 80 days into my trial period, but I unfortunately got COVID and had to deal with the death of a loved one during a worldwide pandemic, and didn't *finish* the email conversation within the 120-trial period. Instead of honoring the spirit of the satisfaction guarantee, WinkBed Customer Service chose not to grant an exchange for the softer version. It was only 3 weeks outside the 120-day period, and this mattress supposedly has a lifelong warranty.
I am surprised and disappointed that WinkBed would let 3 weeks and a technicality affect my lifelong satisfaction with their product and company. They offered to send me a free mattress topper, which feels like an inadequate solution for a $1500 product that is supposed to last a lifetime.
Additionally, the customer service representative Charlie keeps saying this is the "most generous policy in the industry" with smiley faces, which is simply not true. (Nectar has a year-long trial period and much more helpful customer service). I asked to be in contact with a manager, but instead received a generic email back without a signature, leads me to believe my request was not escalated or reviewed by anyone else.
Now, in addition to physical discomfort from this mattress, I wake up with regret on sinking so much money on this mattress and a bad taste in my mouth from the company in general.
I chose WinkBed because of the promise of good customer service and its good reviews for side-sleepers. Unfortunately, WinkBed has failed on both accounts for me.
It was easy but I didn't like the pressure of a timer on getting my order completed. Also, I didn't like the "surprise" ERF fee. I called to ask about it but the office was closed.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase and with the entire experience with wink beds support team on getting my mattress delivered on time. Setup of the base was easy and the mattress feels great
I was surprised as to how small the box was that contained the queen size mattress. Impressed at how it expanded to full size. A little outgassing smell that took a day to dissipate.
Fast, responsive, and accurate on the delivery schedule for the sheets & pillows.
Customer service was very helpful with answering my questions. They made my final decision easy by answering all of my questions regarding the matress.

Overall a good experience so far. Ordering, shipping and set up were fast and easy. We received our bed in about 5 days.
I looked at reviews specifically for those with scoliosis, the Winkbed showed up on 4 out of 5 lists as one of the top choices. No other mattress made that many lists. I also liked that Wink is a small company that manufactures their products in the US.
Best matress ever owned deff is firm but not bad at all it feels very well contructed with good support for bodytypes that are not feather light highly recomended!

The box was ripped at the bottom. I have not unboxed it yet because I have been sick. I have photos. I hope it is not damaged or dirty. Not happy about the packaging.

Pretty straightforward buying experience - no kitschy complicated quiz or gimmicks, just 3 different options that fit most people. My caveman brain is pleased.
Made in USA, fairly priced, quick fulfillment and damn comfortable. (And seriously, the car-bed conversion kit is an untapped market. Free PR advice.)

Katapult and read are terrible. You pay the double price at Katapult, and Read never gives feedback what to do to get a financial approval. They just deny and say re-apply in 90days

To me, Shopping experience INCLUDES total experience from Purchase through to Delivery. Purchase phase was 5 star - delivery 1 star, giving you average of 3 stars.
Please rethink the requiring a signature upon delivery. It did not work out well whatsoever:
- estimated delivery was over a week after purchase, which is fine; predicable but manageable.
- beds came in few days after purchase totally unnanounced; since nobody was home, it was rescheduled for a couple of days later.
- couple of days passed, and I arranged to be at home all day just to sign; they didn't come at all.
- few days later I get email that package was delivered; I happened to be home all day, yet packages were simply dropped off in front of house with no signature required.
This begs the question - if delivery vendor can drop off package without signature at anytime, then why are you requiring signature innfirst place, causing undesired coordinations by taking days off just to be present to sign for at the end all to be futile effort.

Exchange process was very smooth. Haven't yet tested the new mattress. Original EcoCloud was too firm for side sleepers, so changed for the Softer Winkbed.
Quick and easy shipping, nice quality! We love our new mattress.
All great except the Shipping Company's handling was careless as the box was severely damaged, The multiple heavy duty plastic wrapping saved the mattress from damage.

Only a few nights sleeping on the mattress, my back pain has subsided. It is very comfortable and well made.
I chose the wrong firmness, chatted with customer service and he switched to the correct firmness right away before the wrong one shipped. Easy peasy!

We purchased the king luxury firm WinkBed and the DreamSmart mattress protector. Once purchased the mattress arrived quickly (within a few days), and was very easy to unbox and set up. We've only had the mattress for a short amount of time, but are impressed with the quality. The bed is a little firmer than we were expecting, but that is more personal preference. Going to give the bed more time as we do believe it is a high quality mattress, so time will tell.
Unfortunately, our experience with the mattress protector was not great. First, it took significantly longer to ship (about 2 weeks), which is fine if everything else would have went well. When the item finally arrived, we opened the package to find a generic 3rd party mattress protector. There was nothing on any of the branding identifying it as a WinkBed product or the DreamSmart mattress protector. I reached out to customer service to make sure I received the correct item, and they confirmed I did based on the pictures. I then asked for a refund as I feel the marketing on their site and product page is misleading. No where is it disclosed that I am buying a 3rd party product. Regardless of the product quality it feels dishonest. I was notified that a refund is not possible due to this being a FINAL SALE item. So we are stuck with it, which unfortunately has soured a great experience with WinkBed.
Ordered the DreamSmart mattress protector and a generic 3rd party branded mattress pad arrived. Disappointed that the product wasn't clearly labeled/described as a non-WinkBed product, otherwise I would not have purchased this FINAL SALE item. Customer service was unwilling to make this right.

Just got the mattress and testing it out. It's been good so far, but the edge support is not stellar.
I did quite a bit of research into firm mattresses for back sleepers. My body already feels better! My previous mattress had a memory foam top and was too soft, even though it claimed to be a firm mattress.
After serving in the military, I needed to make an investment in myself and my health. I believe the Winkbed Luxuary Firm mattress will fit my needs for the years to come.
I talked to a person and not just a robot. Two thumbs up on just that alone. The representative was kind and patient with me resolving a problem.
