Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Winkbeds is a great company and very easy to search and order from the website. Customer service is awesome.

It's simple. We read the reviews and researched the product and then ordered. The mattress arrived a week later and we love it!
Good so far. Box the bed came in was a little wet, but thankfully the protective seal it came in kept it from getting damaged.

Easy to place the order and received timely updates about delivery. There was a good description about materials and products on the website.
I did a lot of research and weighed both negative and positive reviews. I was looking for a luxury firm mattress and took several quizzes online (including what appeared to be neutral sites with. Org in the websites) and repeatedly was recommended WinkBeds or Helix. I chose WinkBeds over Helix after comparing the materials with Winkbeds being made of superior materials. Winkbeds also got higher durablity scores.
I chose the products based on the body compositions of the sleepers for the mattress with the Luxury Firm being the recommended model. I am smaller than my husband so the mattress feels a bit firm to me.
Disgusted! Bed is defective and no support or response from customer service. 1 phone call and 2 emails weeks ago with no response.
Fletcher from Customer service said to keep the defective mattress for 30 days regardless of its defect. Terrible. I will be reporting to BBB and possibly an attorney for direction.

Order cal king mistake need king size so have to wait 30 keep matters can't use cause my bed frame is king size
