Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Easy to order with prompt delivery service. Products arrived in excellent condition and were easy to assemble.

I bought mattress directly from Winkbeds. When I returned mattress during trial period, I never got refund. The advertised free trial is a joke.
Routine, though it would have helped to get a notice when the *mattresses* shipped, not just for the DeepSleep Bundle.

Did some research and they seemed to be a good choice. I like that we were able to replace our old king with 2 different twin XLs with different firmness to accommodate both of our needs.

Easy to understand offerings and easy to use website. The trial period is important but currently do not expect to need to use it. So far, so good!

We Have had 2 wink beds for over 2 years and they have been some of the best mattresses we have ever owned.
A little tentative buying without seeing and touching. Reviews by outsiders helped, and by recent customers.
Better reviews for Avocado. But the weight difference was substantial. And Wisconsin is better than California at most things.

A quick, temporary heater that I can turn on 5 minutes before getting in to bed on a cold night. I still miss my waterbed in winter...

I didn't contact Wink for anything. I ordered mattress and they delivered when they said they would. Mattress is great, no complaints.
No questions asked satisfaction return policy and based on reviews I saw they honored that policy without a bunch of fine print stipulations. Also, other reviews on the comfort of the bed for back sleepers and people with back injury. It was important to have both of those for me because there seems to be a lot of paid or promotional reviews on mattresses in general so if what I was reading was false at least I could return it and try again.
