Never received a product
I have ordered 11 times from wish, currently on my 12th time with 5 items at once.
First order was a sword holder, arrived, but was not at all the thing I ordered. I did not report it despite being completely different (and cheaper) than what it looked like in the pictures.
Second order, an asian straw hat, arrived fine.
3rd order was two different tapestries from the same seller, but what arrived was two of the same tapestry. So at least half of my order was delivered. I reported it, and support refunded it.
4th order, a printed poster, arrived well.
5th order, a figure, can't remember for sure how it went. I think it didn't arrive, since I don't have it, and neither did I give it to anyone. I seriously can't recall what happened.
6th order, a figure, never arrived. Reported it to support, and they refunded it.
7th and 8th order, a "night light" (which is actually a very misleading description of what arrived) and a figure, both arrived well.
9th order, a figure, arrived but did not look like in the pictures, but actually like a cheaper version of it. I did not report it, though.
10th order, a necklace, arrived.
11th order was a katana sword. When Wish tracking said it had arrived, what had actually arrived was a letter from the seller enclosed in a little envelope, informing me about the seller using a different delivery service due to covid (what?), with the real tracking number. I reported it to wish support, and they immediately refunded it, even though I never asked for it. The support told me that they would be looking at this seller to make sure it's legit. The sword luckily did arrive eventually, however, it was not quite what I purchased as it was missing the symbol on it (the same seller sells the same sword without the symbol too, which is cheaper, but I payed more because I wanted it with the symbol). I contacted the seller three times, but didn't answer once. Now I wanted to contact wish support again to inform them about it, but suddenly it said I've been flagged for abusing the refund service, and now I can't contact the support anymore. What?
The 12th order, which is two necklaces, one pin, one earring, and one wool coat, are currently in progress. Four have been "shipped", one is still "being prepared for shipment" even though it's been 3 days. How those go, can't say yet, but issues wouldn't surprise me, and on top of that, I now can't contact the support anymore if something goes wrong.
So yeah... Not very professional. All in all, doesn't seem like a place one would stay and use long.

I was purchased them for resale. Just to make a quick buck, but, I can't move them. So becareful maybe ok to buy stuff to use, but they are not good enough for resale!
The supposed to be 14k gold necklace. I bought 3 but as you can see in the picture above 2 of are severely damaged. They were poorly finished there are bubbles all over them. I paid $ 39 ea + $ 10 shipping each. I was seriously rapped off.

When it didn't arrive I queried and was told be patient. I never received the item and when I tried to claim I was refused because it was past 30 days?
