Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
After reading all the terrible reviews, I went and got a prepaid card from my bank. What a surprise, Wish wont take it. All it does is wait 5 days and deletes your order. Sorry, but a site that has thousands of bad reviews, no way Im giving a CC linked to my accounts.
It's hit or miss. I've had more disappointment shopping with them than not but part of it is my own fault. I mean how can you expect something to be on time or exactly what you imagined if you didn't read the description all the way. Plus it's all so cheap which is a good and bad thing. I just learned not to ever buy clothes and if the shipping date on something gets moved, you're never, ever, ever getting it.
I do enjoy shopping on Wish website. It's nice to be able to see all types of things.
I enjoy buying things that I can't find just anywhere and getting some pretty good prices on things that I've seen other places for a lot more money.
I do think they could do a little better tracking shipments and also, I'm not happy with a price showing up and then when you go into it it cost more money, mostly in clothing
What you think your ordering is not always what finally arrives after a month. I'm sure some of the items come as advertised but for me that didn't happen. The buyer reviews on the app are fake. They all say the same thing. Just look and see how many are similar if not the same. All I'm saying is becareful. They don't make return and refund easy. One item I ordered was a bottle of cologne and I got a sample of perfume.
Twice now I have ordered items on Wish and not received them after several months of waiting. They kept deferring the arrival date, and hoping they'd deliver, I kept allowing them to push the date back. In the end after placing an order in Feb 2020, and expecting a short arrival, I had to ask for a refund four months later! They have the audacity to tell you that you can get a partial refund, even months after waiting. It seems to me that it's a fancy way of gaining money they didn't earn. With US currency at the strength it is, if these goods are shipped by Chinese sellers then it it's easy to see how people can end up getting money for undelivered good. It's the price of a promise. Wish Leadership needs to vet, tank, certify sellers using their platform with a rigorous method of auditing performance. This will keep cheaters out of the game, or at least make it extremely difficult to participate on their platform. I'll NEVER USE WISH AGAIN!

Have ordered several times. Items always late, ETA changes several times. Quality of clothes very poor. They quit responding to my refund requests and I still haven't received the item after several weeks.
I ordered a jump suit, being cautious I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I am.

Just placed my first Wish order yesterday $7.68 + $1 shipping. I was surprised shipping was so low but thought it must be part of their sales model. One item shipped right away but I attempted to cancel the two unshipped items because they swapped out the item for a cheaper quality version that cost more. $17.68 now spent and can't cancel the order. I tried to cancel before the 2 items began to process, but their chat bot insists it can't be cancelled because it shipped. I just added a pic to show Wish advertised the product at 2.06 but they billed me more than double that for 2 items that are worse quality. Customer service won't help or allow cancellation.

The sizes are beyond small and you are getting what you paid for: cheap quality. Since they don't cover return price, sending the items back would cost me over 50% of what I paid initially. I ordered some of the wall clocks (which I adored), but one came without a face. They refused to send me the missing piece but instead insisted I return it for a refund. See my second sentence. I will NEVER use this site again because it isn't worth the hassle.
First: Never! Buy jewelry from this company! They're Alluring photos but It's dime store crap. Second: They have NO customer service, what they have is a wish assistant, a computer With preprogrammed responses. Extremely frustrating. They have no chat available unless they determine when it's warranted. I was interested in jigs for woodworking, they all were available at amazon for a slightly higher price, but with all the perks of buying from Amazon.The prices at Wish are designed to get your attention and they do but you get what you pay for! It's very cheaply made stuff. Don't waste your money. I ordered a interior light it took 3 weeks to get here and they sent the wrong one, it was 45$ now what do I send it back to China? You think that will be easy? Shop other sites before you commit and if it's not drop shipped as my first item was( it came from amazon) it will take up to a month. Buyer Beware! I ordered jackets that stated they were on sale for extremely cheap. When I got my confirmation email, I realized that I was charged the full price for the items. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they claimed there was nothing they could do, since I had no actual proof other than a screenshot of the purchase before making the payment. They were extremely unhelpful and refused to cancel my order or give me a refund. This was my first time ordering anything from Wish, and I plan to never do so again.

Bad work ethics no customer support the numbers you find are a joke one has a recording saying contact customer support the other says mail box is full then when you email the message is this site does not receive incoming emails so it is impossible to speak with anyone Wish is not legit at all beware.
Purchased an item that was not the correct size as the product listing. In addition, the item didn't look like the product photo - terrible quality, darker color than photo. Contacted customer service which took forever to reply only to tell me that my refund request does not fall under their refund policy. Their policy clearly states satisfaction guaranteed and a refund for items that are incorrect size or color. This item was both. I don't understand how they are allowed to sell such poor quality items while using an incorrect image to sell said items. Would not order from them again.

Some products are pretty good, others not, but you get what you pay for. However, if you purchase from this website, you are running the risk of them stealing your credit card number! It happened to me, TWICE.
I have ordered several items from Wish. They advise on sizing being different from UK., give truthful idea as to how long delivery time will be, everything is very well packaged. You need to read carefully as to what exactly is in the offer and that is often a little confusing, but everything very inexpensive and worth a slight risk to my mind.

I ordered 8 items. Ended up getting refunded for all of them when it was still not delivered at 7 weeks. Some of the items did arrive but they were all junk. Ordered gadgets, clothing and jewellery. All went straight to the trash. Far worse than what we get at the local dollar store. Nothing lost for me so I give the company a 5 for their refund policy. But not worth the time and disappointment.
Jewelry is fake. In other words, they advertise sterling silver and real gold when it is not. For those who don't know, do your research or you will be screwed. Buyer beware. Clothing is poorly made. Company takes advantage of customers. Wish should not be allowed to sell to anyone and their license to sell should be revoked and their other co-companies. After researching, you can go to Amazon and buy the exact same thing and you will get an honest description of the products. So check it out. They steal the ideas from Amazon.

That the company is truthful in the product description and the quality of the merchandise they sell to the customers and that they stop lying to the customers just because their merchandise is inexpensive and cheaply made.

Often items do not arrive. When that happens Wish has my back and refund the price with no hassles.
When something is very late wish will also refund your money and if the does eventually arrive you keep it free of charge. Prices are great and always look after the customer. I highly recommend WISH to everyone.
Back in 2020 made a huge amount of orders from this company and got everything I wanted. Now here it is 2022 and made three orders and this company is telling me that I abuse their Return Policy. The crazy part of this is I haven't ordered from them since 2020 and never returned anything. Here is the problem with companies who decide they want to use just auto answers instead of real humans to solve problems. It's going to bite you in the butt. You can't get customer service over the phone so the customer will just go somewhere else like I will be doing. I am so sick of these companies not realizing people need to speak to people to solves issues. A bot cannot solve the issues for a person.

Just got a message that they were refunding my money today. Not sure I even want to use this site again. This is the second time I tried to buy the same type of gaming chair and both times they back out of it.
I ordered my items from wish and said it should be delivered April 20. Then later they sent me an email saying it would take longer than usual do I want to wait so I said I'd wait since I was in no rush to receive the item. The item never came and when I contacted customer service they basically told me I had passed the refund window.
For the most part, my experience with Wish vendors has been very good. I have only had a few problems where the wrong color, etc. was sent and one situation where seeds were sent and turned out NOT to be what the ad stated, but by the time the plants (grass) grew, the return option had expired.
Keep moving the delivery dates on items I ordered in May! Can't get a refund and can't talk to a human, automated system is blaming the pandemic which is an absolute lie as I constantly order from aliexpress Chinese sellers and have never had a problem! Absolute scam of a company, feel robbed, please don't order from wish, they should be shut down!

The first week in October I ordered for delivery to Canada 7 items (18" doll clothes) from Wish. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Two of the items arrived within the time frame given. For the other 5 items, I waited one week past the due date, and then requested a refund from customer service. Customer service was excellent. All refunds were cheerfully given and received on my credit card within three days. It's been almost three months since I placed my original order, and since receiving my refunds, two items have shown up in my mailbox (1 just today). So... Don't order anything you absolutely have to have. There seems to be no guarantee as to what will arrive. One of the items that failed to arrive actually had a tracking number with Canada Post! Be prepared to wait MONTHS. The prices are excellent, and the goods that arrived were well worth the price. I had no difficulty getting refunds. But, for a few dollars more, I could get similar items at Walmart.
