Wrong product (of lesser value) delivered twice, no response from customer service, no return address, customer have to pay for return shipping charges, customer service responds after 30 day return policy, thus keeping your money, not allowing return. Only sender address on package has scam alerts on the internet. WISH has no quality control or does not care about customer satisfaction. They don't send invoices with the packages, only proof of purchase is credit card history and account history on their website. They make it almost impossible to get refunds.

I ordered two items back in November. They were shipped out but never delivered to me. Apparently they are stuck in the US somewhere because it says awaiting delivery scan. When I tried to contact customer service, they said there was nothing they can do because it was shown as delivered on their end. They also tend to have listings with Clickbait. What you see is usually not what you get. Don't waste your time on this place.

They are awful. You try talking to customer service and it give you an auto response chat box with nothing pertaining to your issue. I ordered something that said it would ship next day and then it said it was going to take a month to get. Ill never use them again
Edit: its been over 2 months now and they have since changed the date it will arrive another month out. Any customer service link will bring you to the bot which will be ******* help. This site is a scam site. There is not 1 person to speak to about my order, it is just directed to a bot with generic questions and at the end they will say, contact us after the delivery date if you have any issues and it closes. Couldnt be more mad.

I order an air fryer. Instead, I got a worthless piece of latex material shaped like a cupcake holder. It's not heatable in any way. I have no idea what its function might be but I will tell you that it is NOT what I ordered. I will dispute this charge if you don't refund our money. Bank of America will add you to their dishonest vendor watch list. I will get my money back and Wish will feedback on every review site on the web that will be negative and warn others to stay away from Wish.com.

Wish is a scam they set expensive items at cheap prices to lure you in and then you pay money for items you dont receive. I ordered a curb ramp a month ago have not received my order yet. I will never deal with this site again, very disappointed.

The clothing does not look remotely like the pictures and the sizes run very large. The quality is terrible! I ordered yard accent lights and received damaged boxes and broken items. It's sad, they have amazing pics and do an awesome job fishing you in. I don't ‘"Wish" my experience on anyone. :(

I have ordered from Wish for about 2 years now and have never had a problem getting my orders even though it took two or three months to get some items. Sometimes the quality is better than expected; sometimes it looks nothing like what you ordered. Then my credit card company for the card I use for this site advised me that someone was trying to hack it. I recently asked two sellers for refunds because I had not gotten their product and one said oh yes, we'll refund it but has not, and with the other one, someone from Wish sent me a message saying I have to request a refund within 30 days of ordering even though it takes longer than that to get the item. It really doesn't matter because you will never get that refund. Order at your own risk!

For me whatever I ordered came with the time period which they mentioned...
Products which I received was in good condition and none of them were damaged.
It took lot of time to reach me though (30 to 38 days)...
I suggest you should go only for gadgets and wall decals because it's cheap n best in this portal.
Sometimes products may differ in size and color.
I ordered 2 more products hoping this time it will reach much faster than earlier...

Wish is a real scam. I can confirm that every time they miss a deadline they push it by two additional weeks. I have been waiting for 9 weeks now and still no news. Client service is silent. They don't want to reimburse anything. Please avoid at any cost.

I suspected this would be a "too good to be true" operation.

Still, the allure of decent dirt cheap goods had me curious enough to give it a try. I ordered a $10 item and a month and a half later still haven't received it.
The date keeps getting pushed out by a week and the last action on the "tracking" was over a month ago.

Oh well, I pretty much knew it going in, but figured I'd give it a shot.

I'll stick with paying a few extra bucks and get shipping within the US from now on.

I've now bought 3 items from Wish. 2 were completely not as described. They issued full refunds without having to return the items, which I threw away. Completely unusable, and 1000% different from the images shown on their app of the items. The 3rd item i bought from them has yet to arrive 2 months later. Yes the prices are cheap, but this stuff is such bad quality, it usually doesn't survive the shipping process.

Like most online sites you win some you lost some. All together a decent site. Sometimes shipping takes a little longer than worth the "bargain" but if you don't mind waiting 2+ months for a product and are in no hurry to receive it it's a pretty good deal.

Wish sent me a black fabric bag instead of the shirt that I ordered. I need a refund, but they want me to pay to ship the bag back to them before they will refund my money. How insulting is that? It was their mistake, and they should not charge me for their error! I tried to call and e-mail customer service, but I bet I don't hear anything back. I would not order from them again, not legit company. Save your money for something real. Zero stars.

They may add an item not purchased and say it is your fault. I tried ordering something only to receive a reply 2 days later that it was no longer available. They issued the credit but sent me something else that I did not order... and charged my card. I am now in a drawn out battle to return the item and get the credit issued. They simple send repeated emails, obviously hoping I'll go away.
I have warned WISH. I have the time and money and it is a principle thing with me. For $35 I'll be filing in Small Claims court, just to make them now jump through my hoop.

I've ordered about 30 items. I've got 10... all broken, missing parts, etc but I'm not going to complain about that since it is cheap and from china. I would like to complain about the missing 20 items. Where are they? Who knows? I filed a fraud suit with my credit card since wish refused to refund me... either a. It was past the 30 days or b. My account wasnt in "good standing" bc i requested "too many" refunds. I was told to keep shopping to get the refunds later. It doesn't make any sense... keep shopping for items that won't come. What a scam!

Do not spend your money with this site. Mostly everything they sale is fraudulently stated. I will never spend my money again. Product too small and then have to pay to ship it back out the country. You must be crazy. Don't do it people. Biggest mistake, biggest regret.

I bought a bicycle sit in April, wish continue change delivery date and my summer is almost over. I don't need anymore that sit, but I don't have option to cancel o refund this item.

Ordering from wish used to be better. But now I have switched to amazon mostly as they are fast and accurate. Wish is very slow and mists often than not ordered stuff never shows up. It is a big disappointment.

I've bought from wish for a long time. Ive gotten things like shirts that are just a hunk of mesh sewed together, to all natural henna that is absolutely amazing. Look for the "official" products. Otherwise you will be disappointed

This is a scam. I ordered 4 different items and received none so far. Each time I went on the app I was asked to wait a little bit longer and today they informed me that it's too late to ask for a refund. Do not trust these thieves.

I ordered 10 items and got 2 of them. The rest never came. First they listed they were still being shipped. Now they don't even show as ever being ordered. This is the worse company out there. If you want products from China, use Ebay and Paypal. You will not get ripped off.

I ordered 2 of the mini bluetooth waterproof speaker but received only 1. No answer to my queries. I consider myself lucky I even received one after reading all the complaints here. Scam site for sure... won't get caught again.
