Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
Sure, items are inexpensive and grab your attention. "Wow $1 for that, I've always wanted one" so you buy it. Then the price doubles or triples. The price is so cheap because shipping is outrageous. That is where they get you. They also charge shipping per item and they all ship separately, which makes no sense. Again, their way of getting profit. Then you wait over one month for product. And dont bother tracking it. Once it leaves China they cant find it. Then when the product arrives, you're so excited only to be highly disappointed. Ive bought quite a few different items, all in one batch, and each one is the cheapest quality and not as advertised. The blouse I bought was supposed to be a sweater, thick and warm. I could wear it in the Bahamas. Its so thin and absolutely nothing like the picture. Very unflattering. The sizes are ten times smaller then normal.
Do not fall for the cheap prices. It is a gimmick and needs to be removed from existence.
Purchased a band fitness tracker. Stopped working after two weeks. Customer service is useless, they give you standard recited answers, only its on-line only. No personal connection. They have not offered to replace band.

I ordered over 200.00 worth of items n they grabbed the money. Weeks later it says refunded. Well let me tell you, I got ripped off. Not a cent was returned n then they said it marked as fraud alert ect...! Only fraud committed was on their part! Just don't do it!

I ordered almost $200.00 worth of merchandise at the end of March, as of today I have received only 4 items, each of them being about $2.00. They claim it you order now you will receive your items by August, that is a joke. I have found no way to call or write to Wish. If anyone has a phone number for them please send it. Ordered an outdoor holiday decoration on Dec 13 to decorate our house for the Christmas holiday. When I ordered the item, shipping and estimates noted we would receive before Christmas. I also paid $12 in shipping for a $41 item. I have now received an update that the item just shipped from China with estimated delivery January 13-17,30 days after order. I contacted Wish support to cancel and they refuse to cancel. The company is protecting its sale, treating the sale as final and over. This is not how the product was advertised. I will not trust my business with Wish again.

Claim to Give you crazy discounts (95%), but they fabricate the non discount prizes. A drone retailing at 1000 dollars in the local store, they sell for the same prize, claiming it really costs 7000 dollars. Fraud, should not have been aloud to operate.
Wish.Com site doesn't work for contacting customer support or refunds, links go to non-functional page. Trying to get a refund for something you waited 2-3 months is not my idea of good customer service or value for your money need we say shopping experience!

I ordered a vest off wish. According to the shipping it said it should take a month. The delivery date goes by and i get a e-mail saying my item has been sitting at us customs for 3 weeks. Are you $#*!ing kidding me? I got my money back but still pissed. This site is a complete $#*!ing joke!
I ordered 2 shirts, a pair of sunglasses and a Bluetooth earpiece. It took well over a month to receive any items. The shirts were way too small. Sizing is way off for US. Everything comes China. The sunglasses are ok but very cheaply made. Earpiece would not connect to iPhone. One shirt didn't even look like the picture of what I bought. Advise everyone to not get sucked in by the low prices. It's a waste of time and $$.
I placed an order in December for an item that I thought looked pretty cool. It didn't look like that traditional 'cheap' item you buy that you automatically know is coming from China, and it was definitely not priced that way. After reading their shipping policy, and waiting the appropriate number of days, I wrote to find out why I still never had a tracking number. I finally was given one another week later (it's now a month after purchase, 2 weeks after they indicate I should see tracking info), and I was told to wait up to 45 days to receive my item. What? This is going to be TWO MONTHS after purchase. No where on the website does it say it will take this long. Plus, the tracking number is bogus. I finally got a refund after submitting a claim with Paypal. I was done with them. I'm not sure if they really sell anything or if they just take money. Can you say SCAM?
I've ordered quite a few things from the site, they've only lost one item and customer service was very nice about it. Not only did I get my refund day but they told me if the item were to arrive I'd get to keep it free of charge. Now I would look at the item description, the sizing chart and the reviews before making a purchase. Also, check the stores review. Can't be to careful :)
Don't order clothing. Any clothing. The sizes are for children. NO JOKE! With the exception of lingerie, which is beautiful and very cheaply made, u may get 2 wears. Everything else I've ordered has been pretty good. And I've always gotten refunds no problem.
They use to be very good at solving problems with the products but since last year they are nothing but pain in the A. Woke up wish before you lose your customers. They always advertise wrong sizes and very poor quality waist of money and time NOT going to order ever again.

I ordered a couple things from Wish. They arrived in a timely manner, but did not look like the picture. Returned them and only got part of my refund. Plus I had to pay for shipping them back. What a rip off. Will NEVER use them again. I've never had the trouble with returns with any other place. Ridiculous!
Not only was your product severely over rated, when it arrived it looked like a bad child's costume! Shame on you, Wish.com! In addition to a horrible product, your customer service for the return has been deplorable, non-existent and ridiculous! I will warn every one I know, false advertising, horrible customer service and far sub standard products! BUYER BEWARE!
Wish allows sellers to false advertise on their platform, and does nothing to correct issues when concerns raised. I encourage buyers to find other venues to purchase your cheap inexpensive items. Inexpensive certainly does run together with Wish, dishonesty and false advertising is rampant. Buy somewhere else!

Easy browsing and so many things to choose from. I love how you can 'buy with others' to reduce the price, and reviews are readily available. Of course always read the description. But even when i burnt myself i got a good deal :)
With great anxiety and enthusiasm I order stuff and wait so long for the delivery due date and nothing happens... have to keep checking the tracking info. Which most of the times doesn't make much sense. I'd appreciate if they work the logistics more.
The Wish app is very easy to use and buy cute clothes and other things for a cheap price. The only downside would be that you have to wait several weeks until u get your item, so your gonna need a lot of patience.
I ordered a water filter on Wish and they quickly gave me a tracking number - I could not tell what delivery company it was - It turned out that they took my money and their customer service is run by a bunch of untrained, dead men, and women. Worse company doing business in the USA. Money spent on WiSH should be seen as money lost, but if you receive a product - Go to your church and give a testimony. It's a fraudulent site. I give it a zero star

I placed an order on wish and paid via what said was paypal account. Within minutes my card was cloned and they tried to draw a huge amount of money from my card as well as make several other purchases. Please people stay clear.

They offer some great deals, but by and large it's "buyer beware." Their customer service is good enough that they'll reimburse you when the purchase inevitably gets lost in the mail but with some notable exceptions the quality of the items offered have been extremely disappointing. I have stopped using the site.
I ordered all my stuff 3 months ago, I only received 1 item and the material was so thin I could not wear the dress at all. When I picked up the item at the post office I had to pay a fee again, and im still waiting for my other items to arrive. The tracking numbers they provide on the site is also incorrect its very difficult to contact wish. No one has returned my messages yet. Its not worth it. Please stay away from this site!
