Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I have ordered several items from Wish.com. Most have come in excellent condition, but some havent even shown up. Really and truly I still love their site! Anytime I have had a problem they were very quick to either offer a replacement or refund. My family and I will certainly continue to shop with Wish.

Shipping usually does take a while so don’t order anything that is needed immediately. I also wouldn’t really recommend buying anything too expensive.
I waited over a month for my item to arrive, only to see the shipping date keep getting extended. I contacted customer support. They replied within one hour with knowledge of the order. They offered to refund my money and let me keep the item if it arrives since it has "already shipped." From my initial email to my refund... less than 3 hours. So, if you're willing to possibly not get your item, but know that you should be getting refunded if you don't, it's worth a try.
This company is a scam, you have to place orders individually so you end up paying shipping on each item you order. I made 4 orders non of them came in then when you try to contact them all you get is automated messages. I only received a credit for the shipping cost. The delivery dates are set to almost a month out putting the item beyond refund policy. This is a total scam!
I've ordered lots of things off wish and I have received them all. Im happy with everything I got. Some things did take a while to get to me and thats ok seeing as its coming from china. But not all sellers are in china. I see that some people have had bad experiences but there's always a risk with buying online. If your paying a few bucks for something that's normally expensive of course its gonna be made cheaply. You get what you pay for, people seem to forget that.
I bought an item from wish for $6. A few days later I get a notification from my bank that they have cancelled my card because of suspicious activity. Turns out Wish charged me $481 for items I didn't even order! Now I'm left with no debit card and have to go through the hassle of changing my payment information on my recurrent charges like electricity and rent. I will never deal with them again!

It takes over 2 months to receive merchandise -furthermore less than 5 minutes after my purchase Wish sent me advertisements for the same product, from the same seller, at a retail price of 40% than what I paid minutes earlier. Wish is v aggressive in their marketing an v aggressive in their push of promotions/notifications. I receive at least 10 emails/day from them the most irritating emails are the ones advertising the products I purchased for up to 80% off what I paid (for items I haven't even received yet). It's been 2 months, I'm doubting that I'll ever receive my merchandise. There is no customer service or anyone to email, chat with or call. It is 100% automated. There are no physical customer service agents. It's awful. Their terms and conditions stipulate that refunds are not applicable. You'll save time and money and frustration by avoiding Wish. I wish I'd never heard of Wish.

I ordered 4 items from wish and only 1 of them came in. That itself was poor quality. I ordered those things back in October of 2016 and here we are in May of 2017. When I contacted wish about my order never returning they told me to give it 30 business days. I've waited and waited. I suggest you don't waste your money on this website.

You get what you pay for which is cheap: cheap product, cheap customer service, cheap experience. I erased the app and no longer use this service
A couple times a hit deal would pop up I would buy it only to find out a week or 2 later they refund me for lack of stock.
Other times same thing you buy. They take your money you wait anxiously only to be refunded. Very disappointing. It's a street market online. Very unprofessional not to mention the speed. Horrible. It's garbage dollar store crap. Never again will I buy anything from these morons.

I was enticed by the low prices and reasonable delivery dates. How wrong could I be. Despite places 4 or 7 orders, NONE ever arrived on time, all were late by as much as 30 days! One order was absolutely totally wrong, I ordered a religious cross and after SIX week, not the two as promised, I received two items, one was a brooch, so ugly, I would not have given to the devil, the other was a cheap & cheerful neck chain, again nothing I wanted, but I expected this for Christmas, it finally arrived Jan. 29. I was seething with anger as it was expected by December 21 or 22. I got a returns not and printed the address, posted it and it came back 'address unknown'! Seriously, do not waste you time or money, the products are all from China and many of them are of an extremely poor standard. Also, when yo try to claim your money back you don't get the tax back, something worth remembering!

Some items show up on their scheduled delivery date, but that is very rare. Extremely long wait times for products. Sometimes, things just never show up. When asking for multiple legitimate refunds because of the wait times, your account will be blocked from getting your money back until you dispute it but submitting a form explaining why you feel you should be refunded. If you wait too long to request a refund, you won't be eligible for one. Recently, they have extended their shipping times, so now you have to wait months for your items, rather than finding better, more reliable suppliers who can meet the delivery dates. Also, they tend to extend your expected delivery date without notifying you, or giving you the option to cancel your order, instead they will offer a partial refund and make you continue to wait. It's really just a nuisance ordering anything from them. I would look for a more reliable site to buy your stuff

Have had credit card fraud after ordering from wish.com multiple times in the past year since I first used the app. Shame on me for not making the connection sooner. I did research and see many others have had same issue. Some even speculate this site is a cover for confiscating credit card numbers. I will no longer order from them.
When complaining about wrong products delivered I have been asked multiple times to present picture evidence. Wish divided my order into two orders because I ordered two different colours and in spite of me sending pictures of the defect different products they keep coming back and putting the same questions about the number of products time after time. I have given up! Never EVER anything more will be bought by me from Wish. They treat you as an imbecill.

I have ordered from wish more often then I can count, never been disappointed. There have been times I did not receive my order but wish has ALWAYS made it right. I love this site and will continue to shop on it, makes dressing nice highly affordable. Thank you for that.
I love wish. I would suggest sellers make the items they are selling more truthful to sizes, as far as how big the item actually is. Also amounts of what is being sold in a post ( are you buying only one or is it a set of 2, 3, 4 etc.) also, to have sizes given in U.S. It should state if you wear this size get a size larger because our clothes and shoes tend to run smaller than in America.
My wife ordered a medium size dress. After waited over a month to arrive the dress is about 3 sizes too small. Be aware the sizes they do run typical.
The bottom of the dress is good, the top doesn't cover her chest. Buy at your own risk. We only lost $18 and will not use wish again.
I bought a battery for a Makita Tool on Wish. It failed after a very short period of time. I contacted them about the issue and was told that because I was past 30 days, there is no remedy. There was little or no thougth put into what appeared to be a nearly automated response. I was happy to exchange the product and stated as but that was not even acknowledged.
I am an attorney and appreciate the plain language of the their contract. I also appreciate that a reasonable retailer that sells a durable good which fails almost immediately will offer to at least exchange the product.
Do not use this site if there is any chance you may need customer service in the future. This was my first and last experience with Wish, and it was highly disappointing.

Placed 3 orders on July 12,2018. IT is now September 9,2018. NONE of the items have been received. Keep getting auto statement to wait 1-2 weeks longer and to contact WISH in 3-4 more weeks. There is no contact person, phone number. IT is a scam as far as I'm concerned!
I have received every item I have ever ordered and it has all been fine. You must check the sizes and in most cases order a size or two up. I have had no problem with this company. Yes items take longer to arrive but they are up front about it.
This company is a joke. I ordered some makeup and it was shown in their tracking as being on its way after 6 weeks of ordering. I emailed and explained what happened. It is impossible to talk to anyone at this company. The number they have on their website reaches a recording. I received an email telling me even though my package was to be delivered that day they were refunding all of my money. I still have not seen that refund. I have not received the order either and I have not been able to get anymore help. I am saying: BUYER BEWARE!
This site is awful. I ordered 8 products that I did not receive. It has been several months and they still won't issue a refund and continue to ask me to wait longer. When I asked my bank to get the money back they said it's long gone and Wish refuses to even respond to them. Disgusting. Scam site for sure.

Never ever ever ever use this company - they are fraudulent and use false advertising. They say items cost a specific amount of money but then add ridiculously inflated shipping rates and duplicate per item bought from the same store in an effort to say costs are low. If you try to dispute or request a refund - their customer service is dismal and they will say openly that they duplicate shipping costs to falsely advertise low prices but they will not actually address your concerns or prove any refunds without a very long and tiresome fight. Their mission is to ask the same question so many times and not address concerns in the hope that people will give up and stop requesting refunds for duplicated shipping costs or items not received. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

I love the app... I have ordered numerous items and received them all before the estimated delivery date they provide. You can also track your package on their site. The sizes do run small so order a couple sizes bigger. Overall love it!
Most of the time my purchases have been great. Every now and then not so much. But thats not often. Very happy with customer service when items not received and refund is given right away make you feel safe when purchasing. Thank you
