I paid my bill on May 8th thru WM phone billing service. They credited the previous renter with my payment. Bill due every 3 months. Last week of May I get a delinquent notice. And they are not going to pick up my garbage. Talked to an agent who figured it out. And credited my account. I asked for a new bill telling me it was paid on the 8th. Told that was impossible. Today I called to make sure I had a 0 balance. Yes I do. But now it says I made the payment on 7-1. Again I called, still want a invoice that says I paid on the 8th of May. Again told this was impossible. This Billion dollar company can't do that. There computer system does not work that way. AGAIN THIS BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANT GENERATE A BILL THAT SAYS WE'RE SORRY WE MADE A MISTAKE. AND WE WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE WITH A 0 BALANCE. AND YOU PAID IT ON MAY 8TH. UNBELIEVABLE. They can send me an email. Why did they not send me an email saying they did not receive my payment. Garbage men are nice. But really what a way to run a business. THEY CAN NOT GENERATE ANY BILLS SHOWING THIER MISTAKES. AND SAY YOUR BILL WAS PAID ON TIME. I ONLY WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE A MONOPOLY IN THIS TOWN. AND I THINK THEY LIKE TO PICK ON SENIORS. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
I don't think there is an option for a big fat zero, otherwise that is what I would have given you.
You are not the only show in town. When you aren't accommodating, polite or transparent, I can find another garbage service that does a better job than you do. I signed up for yard waste and at the time the woman told me that they were picking up every week. I put my yard waste bin out on garbage day and it is still sitting on my curb. I called customer service and I was on hold for 11 minutes before I spoke to a person. She couldn't help me and sent me to another woman who could not help me and was actually very rude and argumentative. I told her since I signed up for every week and now it's every other week I would like to be compensated for that lack of service. She was unwilling to give me any compensation and said that they aren't giving refunds to anyone. I think that's a very poor way to run your business and I will be finding another garbage/yard waste service. There is a reason your reviews are so low. Waste Management is a terrible company. I originally had GarbageMan and they were gobbled up by Waste Management…unfortunately.

We had WM services for over 6 years, and so many missed picks ups. Normally, I let things go and I don't let it bother me, it's not like the world is about to end, right?
My line gets crossed when you screw me over on the billing and charge me fees for "Overflow Cans" because you missed a trash pick up after telling me to pack tight the trash as much as you can for the next delivery pick up and set aside any trash you might have after waiting an entire 3 weeks for you to pick up my trash!
You failed to tell me that you're going to screw me over by charing me fees because my trash cans are overfilled after you missed a pick up! So you're telling me, you missed a pick up, force me to stuff my cans to a point where they're overflowing and charge me for your mistake!
Ive been very patient with your services and I understand the lack of labor do to Covid. What do you do?... lets screw our customers by charging them ridicules fees and tell them "Its do to supply chain shortages" or "Its do to global warming" or "Were trying to save the planet"... Please! Spare me your BS!
And Im sick and tired of going outside to pick up trash off the ground and the road because trash falls out of the truck when the cans get dumped into the trash compactor. Trash ends up on my driveway and the front yard. Really Im getting tired of being a trash picker upper, I'll be sending you a bill with photos for my labor!

35 Gallon cans don't work! You give us 35 gallon cans, because you know that most households are going to overfill these small cans and charge them fees! And, if I want a bigger can I have to pay more to get a reasonably sized can to accommodate the average family sized home!
I have no words to say, What should I expect. Your a large corporation that services our region and yet, Im expected to hire your services while you find ways to screw me over and continue to miss picks ups and to add a cherry on top screw me over with your fees for YOUR mistakes!
Answer: You can't. No number to call. They NEVER respond to e-mails. If it WAS possible to contact them they would spend all day doing so. Look at all their negative reviews online!
