Placed an order, had problems with the representative getting the order correct; had an attitude when he had to verify my mailing and billing address, charged my account twice. When I called the customer service, the representative told me that an amount, different from what was charged to my account had already been cancelled. I tried to explain to her that the amount was different. She kept insisting it was the amount that she was saying. I called back, got another representative, she told me one order number was cancelled, and gave me the order # of the one that processed. Will wait to see if this processed correctly from my account. However, will NEVER order from them again; not even on Amazon.
