The worst E-commerce to possibly exist.

My item has been on order since August. No correspondence, you have to go through another site for the delivery, this whole process of even buying the product is so backwards!

Here is the email from Wowchers supplier who was handling the order (Eurotrade W Ltd):- Hi, I'm sorry it would appear that you have been able to order an item which is out of stock. This has been caused due to the delay in the updating of our system after sending out replacement items to our customers. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to get more stock of this item in the near future and so I have asked the wowcher to issue a full refund for you. It should be done within 5 working days. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Extremely unhappy is an understatement, I just hope they give me my money back as there is no way to actually contact them……

Really terrible company. On two occasions now bought software via the site. Twice they advertised what was on offer if I redeemed the voucher. Twice the software companies failed to provide the appropriate software in one case software doesn't work and the supporting classes to learn it aren't even provided by the company

Wowcher's response you redeemed the voucher take it up with the supplier. Suppliers response wowcher didn't list its package right and they made the mistake. Eventually gave up with voucher as they were no help despite retrospectively changing the advert. Merchant promised a refund which actually was not forth coming and offered teams meeting to resolve issue also which didn't happen as their links didn't work so spent £100 for nothing a complete disgrace. Buyer beware.

Purchased wowchers - 4 days before they could be redeemed. No dispatch, no communication from vendor. Wowcher finally refunded, but minus a handling fee and the entire cost of delivery for each item was retained. They're still advertising goods from this vendor too. Shows Wowcher are scammers too. Avoid.

Never buy from Wowcher there customer service is non-existent, they take over a day to respond on Whats App and when they do they refuse to compromise on a customer issue they have zero back up they have wasted a weeks' worth of calls & emails between us and the Alexandra house hotel in Swindon. This whole saga has left us out of pocket by £220 and caused my wife undue stress at a time when this is very unnecessary.

I urge anyone to think twice before parting with money to Wowcher,

Be very, very careful when purchasing a laptop from voucher. I wasn't able to open an Apple MacBook Pro immediately due to being away so my 14 day money back had lapsed. What do they don't tell you is that the laptop is not supported by Apple due to its age. Mine also had a non working headphone plug in. Ok they tell you about the knocks and dents etc fair enough. So £154 for something that is not supported and faulty is outrageous. My advice is DON'T BUY

Absolute con. Given a present but no way to redeem it. No help on their wattsapp page keep well away.
Totally useless.

Bought a bed and mattress turned up woth wrong head board and mattress was ment to be memory foam. Turned up a spring mattress that wasn't big enough for the bed. Complained went through the procedure of getting fixed / replaced litrally waist if time got no help and nothing done. Bed also turned up damaged will never shop with woucher again. Company is trash like there products

Booked a second trip with Wowcher after a great trip to Milan. New trip to Faro - Travelodeal upsold the hotel for another £120 on top. No problem so far then trip cancelled and Travelodeal told to rebook at original price of £89 pp. They didn't and are now disputing the conversation as they have it recorded and are denying any refund. Can I hear the recording? No just endless avoidance. Wowcher are the same and have only contempt for their customers as any contact attempted is a pitiful interaction with an AI bot on WhatsApp! What greatly concerns me more than this is that Halifax Bank will NOT even contemplate a chargeback involving Wowcher...it's against Halifax Bank's policy?

I feel it was very misleading as when I made my purchase I made 1 order for all 3 items. I did not order them individually and was unaware that I had to go through a redeem portal. This is very confusing and I feel like it has been designed to confuse people. I am so unhappy with Wowcher. Even the process to make a complaint is made difficult. It looks like that you are now trying to tie me up with small print, very underhanded

Ordered a crystal maze voucher for a birthday present went to claim it and it had expired but no date on voucher lost £170 Wowcher not interested don't use this company they are a disgrace

Non delivery of bed dispite wowcher trying to get in touch with merchant. Trying to get refund from wowcher which they are avoiding doing. Pleaser take this as a warning and don't order from wowcher.

Neverin my life have i had such a crap shopping experience. I want my refund... Making me jump through hoops on whatsapp eating hourrs for rwplies. Offering alternative credit ad ipposed to cash refund.

I bought a garden parasol last year for £89 that was never delivered. I followed it up but never got anywhere. I picked it up again but was told its now too long after the order. I want my money back

Ordered a mattress but then cancelled as the delivery was to long, you don't get to know about delivery until you've paid! This was in May and subce then I'm just getting pushed around with the same questions.ie what's your order number? Are you the account holder? Blah blah blah, I need to speak to someone but I'm probably got more chance spending 3 weeks holiday on the moon. Clearly they can see the money has left my PayPal account, just PUT IT BACK! Its my money, they say they've issued a credit note, but I can't trace it.

I ordered on wowcher on the 6/6/23 and up till date nothing came through my door.
I made and effort to contact them and they were saying because I did not click the voucher after my order I have lost my £30 page to them. Please avoid them at all cost. Shop with other reliable websites

The website does not clarify its services until you have completed your purchase. The website is not user friendly, very hard to get details on how to contact their customer services. There is no phone numbers to ring for customer services. The West online business in the world. I was unable to cancel my account, they ask you to write to them and not easy to find the address to. Very poor website with the worst customer service, WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They advertise products, when you pay for the product they won't deliver the product, until you have to redeem the voucher which you did not put in the basket, as you think you have paid for your item, they tell you the voucher has expired and you will not be refunded or get you item. Why this long winded process?, made this way to confuse unsuspecting customers. The worst website in the well. I will never go near this website again...they took my money for their gain and not delivered my product and their Wowcher voucher is a way of confusing customers so that the company benefits from the money that customers pay not knowing they are buying a voucher not the actual product they put in the basket. Bad website

Scamming useless customer service. I WANT MY REFUND! I have asked for a manager since the 9th of June and I'll get is someone will get back to you in 48 hours no one has. Absolutely disgusting! Do not use

Warning about Wowcher
All customers beware, I purchased a deal as a gift for someone but unfortunately they couldn't use it in the dates supplied. I booked it through the actual vendor instead and got it for the same price.
I have continuously asked Wowcher for a refund as it hasn't been used or booked but they have REFUSED and a £100 of my money sitting with them and they will not give it back.
You can not speak to someone in person about your problems?!. They make you WhatsApp them with an automated service which keeps repeating the same thing and that they have credited the money onto my account?!. So basically I HAVE to spend my hundred pounds with them, which I do not want to buy ANYTHING with them.

This is an absolutely shocking and unbelievable service. Terrible customer service and management.
I can tell you that I will NEVER purchase another thing from Wowcher ever again. And as a customer I should be bake to request a refund for something I have never booked or used.
