Twice I ordered something from wowcher and twice they kept my money but did not send the goods. They gave gave me a credit voucher instead which I have been unable to use. I just get automated replies telling me a have credit.

Do not trust this site, they steel my son's money and refused to refund it. This is a manipulating site and making excuse that you have to redeem to steel more money from me but i am not letting this going without fight. Do not trust this site (WOWCHER).

Don't touch them with a barge pole. I ordered a coffee table on the 8 th July now into August and it hasn't turned up. Spent £139 plus £20 for delivery. I'm at my wit's end trying to contact them. It's an absolute joke. I think the customer service is in China and they don't seem to understand your situation. They just keep fobbing you off. I've contacted my bank but I don't hold out much hope in getting my money back. I don't know how they're getting away with it. Someone has to stop them.

The goods when or if you do get them are cheap and nasty, they lie about orig price, horrible staff no refunds they just fob u off or ignore you

Purchased pc software which I have never received. You can only get money back within 2 weeks for full refund. The review for the Microsoft program said they will send me the licence 3-5 days after purchase. Now I can see they buying time so you loose the rights for money back like me and now I am stuck with a credit. I was not able to contact anyone from the company selling Microsoft packs, despite website had email, contact number and London address. These kind of scam websites should be banned.

Bought item but after 5 days no response, no thank you for your order, No delivery date, No reference nothing just as though I never bought anything accept I'm £75 89 light in my account.
You can not speak to anyone so I'm taking it up with PayPal

Scum! Daylight robbery, trick people into signing up for their hashtag# voucher scam, tricking vulnerable people and not offering refunds directly to bank accounts, treble tricksters(dont even clear a cart/checkout after purchase) the company makes out to be friendly and out to provide good customer experience but its just a mask, they are ripoff merchants! Didn't receive the product I bought because they are blatantly opperating a scam... very frustrating time wasting idiots, they should be shut down.

My first order! Didn't get my voucher didn't receive any emails from them about my purchase, went back into the website found my account says nothing about my purchase? But they have taken the money from my account, so I definitely made an account and purchased it just can't find it? Sent emails to them since the day after my purchase keeps saying that they need a purchase number and my voucher code? Going to my bank hopefully they will get my money back? Update you don't get a refund, Don't ever order from them

For the second time I am out of pocket, vouchers purchased as gifts that the salon won't honour and wowcher won't refund, apparently i could have another wowcher credit but not the money I paid! Watch out for these guys! Never will i be using these again.

Almost impossible to get refund on ineffective item. Continual transfers to other departments then massive delays. It is nearest thing to a scam without being illegal. Do not touch them. I will keep the useless item because and will never deal with any company that I know deals with these dodgy people.

Asked for a refund within the time frame (screen shot proof of times & dates provided), they chose not to reply till after the timescale claimed I did not contact them in time.
Customer services are rude & just give you the same automatic response to differing questions. There is no way they will refund you if they can get away with it as they obviously do time & time again.
First time using and wish I would have read reviews before paying out money.
How they are allowed to trade is beyond me.

I placed 2 orders on 29th May 2022 and I am still waiting for them to arrive on 22nd June 2022. I had 4 items in total and was charged £4.99 delivery for each item even though they are only going to 2 addresses. Trying to get someone to speak to is an absolute joke. Avoid using. I will never use them again and will be seeking a refund. Had to give 1 star to leave a review.

Purchased thru Woucher an item over 100 pounds. Now after numerous e mails they tell me it is lost. They also charged 20 pounds carriage after I had paid for item. Challenged that as it is illegal not to put all charges upfront. They say it was in fine print but if you pay for it that page doesn't appear. They then said they would credit 20 quid. This isn't a credit to your bank account but a credit against any item you will purchase from them in the future. I have sent literally dozens of messages with no reply saying that's this is illegal. Do not buy from this firm they are scammers

Avoid wowcher, they're basically committing fraud. Took my money, won't let me use the voucher and refuse to speak to me. They've been sent multiple screenshots and messages with the issue and refused to engage and I'm now seeking legal advice to get my money back.

I bought some items from wowcher, same was not deliverer. When I contacted them they told me my@ voucher " expired, I was supposed to " redeem ". It's all a scam, what voucher? I paid for my item and wrote my address, what is this whole voucher redeeming? A scam, poor customer service, very rude and entitled staff.

Ordered a product online. It never arrived. They took my money. They won't refund me. I've spent weeks battling with them. They have never delivered my order and won't refund my money.
Absolutel scam. Never ever use wowcher

I paid for 2 items on wowcher, 1 offered free delivery and 1 asked for postage charges at check out, which I paid. Then when I went to my account to redeem the wowchers the 2 items asked for postage charges before the items could be dispatched. I contacted wowcher through their watsapp contact o 3 occassions and was given the wowcher redeem details which I already had but no other help. They then ended the chat. I'm going to contact my bank to see if I can get a refund as wowcher are not interested in helping.
