If I could put less than a star I would.

Couldn't get a call back from the designer to get an update.

Items missing from the kitchen delivery.

Items then delivered after the fit, then won't collect then and take away, so a random larder unit just sitting in our house.

Promised to collect the larder unit, then back tracked.

Flooring left in the middle of the road as they said they deliver to the road side... 5ft pregnant wife with our 1 yo kid doesn't do crossfit so unable to move, however, wren blamed woodpecker, then woodpecker blamed wren... flooring out in the road getting drenched in rain in freezing temperatures.

Our tiler, who is an older guy, was unable to assist either, although his van was stuck in drive as the pallet was left in the middle of the road. So his fate was the same as our neighbours, blocked in the flooring pallet

WiFi cut off as installers cut through a cale during install, managed to get sky to come out and sort it out days later.

If you're swaying between wren and anyone else... your money is better served with anyone else

Ordered a kitchen from Wren the designer was great as were the delivery men. Wren hired Victory Kitchens to install my cabinets wonderful job very professional. Wren hired BC stone. They put my Quartz countertops in then a high piece of Quartz behind the stove in doing so they scratched the countertops left and right side and the cabinets. Scratch my brand new kitchen floor. BC stone also told me that I needed to buy a drill bit to drill holes to install my exhaust fan. That they were not using the template that was provide with exhaust fan. BC stone tried to buff out the countertop and removed the shine. Then they came back and tried to remove stove that will not come out without causing damage to stove. Victoria Kitchens did come out and fix cabinets. Wonderful. Wren told me it was my responsibility to prep for BC stone and the scratch on my floor is my fault. And, I need to move my stove for countertop repair. The stove can't come out I told Wren countless times. Asked for damages back. They said only 20 percent on one side and closed my case when I said no and now I have to hire an attorney to get justice.

My Brother in Law ownes 2 cottages in Normandy and the larger one has been completely gutted and refitted except for the kitchen which had been gutted but was without any units. I travelled out to the cottage and measured up the free space available taking into account electrical points and water supplies and drainage. Returning back to Yorkshire I went to three separate kitchen companies and discussed their ranges, design layout, price and availability as a set of flatpacks. Wren won the competition for our supply on the basics of price, layout, delivery time and Wren's ability to deliver in Essex from where we would transport the units to France. The units where delivered on-time and the delivery team gave great assistance in transfering the goods to our van. Wren also have very good online assembly instructions and comprehensive back-up assistance if required.
We found that Wren gave first class service throughout all phases of the design and delivery with great communications and an excellent price. Thank you Wren.

We love our new kitchen. It looks lovely and was built exceptionally well. Our salesman Tavon Hunter was smart, informative and patient as we made our decisions. Highly recommend.

The order came as agreed and on time. The cabinets and the countertops are beautiful. They look even better in my kitchen than the displays in the store.
