So far 2 incompetent installers
3 months ago they started the job, still not complete, still waiting for kitchen to be finished.
Very pleased with the service and units. Many visits to showroom, very helpful staff.

Planners are terrible and customer service worse. Installers take forever. A month or more for a simple install. Find someone else
From the showroom to the delivery absolutely no issues. We purchased our cabinets and countertops from Wren in Levittown. The cabinets are beautiful, well made and durable and the value amazing.

I was welcome by a poilet gentleman Joshua from the Stockton branch he was very helpful and was very helpful when we ad some miner hiccups he was very helpful and it delt with quickly

WREN Kitchens exceeded my expectations.
I ordered my new kitchen from Wren kitchens in Erdington. I also had it fitted by there approved kitchen fitter Lukasz.
I ordered the whole kitchen including kitchen sink, taps, cooker, oven, gas hob, extracter hood and Splash back. They sent a man to measure up. Then I went to pick the kitchen in store no hard sell. I picked what I liked and the kitchen designer John Fox was very helpful in store he showed me the options and I was able to ask lots of questions. Delivery date arrived kitchen was delivered only 1 minor part was damaged but the kitchen fitter Lukasz emailed them and the part was delivered within 2days. Lukasz was very good extremely professional and super organised. He arrived at 8am and started work he arranged the gas safe engineer to be on sight to remove gas cooker and also on completion date to check and reconnect the new cooker. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen and can't really fault the process from start to finish was very smooth from ordering to delivery to fitting. Wren kitchens communication through out was great and was always kept informed what was happening when things where going to be delivered and if any issues who to contact.
I would recommend Wren as having a kitchen is a major purchase and needs to be done right.

Great service from booking an appointment to receiving our delivery, our salesperson was there for us even after whenever we needed him!
Planning felt overkill at the time however we understand it was in our best interest. After service from Nottingham store was excellent

From entering the showroom to completion was painless.used my own fitter who did a great job very pleased with the finish kitchen

On designing my kitchen the designer worked with us and did not at any point force his ideas in to us

Very easy process from beginning to end
Designer was very experienced in what would and wouldn't work.
Definable worth the outlay
Dreadful company and I only wish that I had read these reviews before parting with £20,000. I feel like a total idiot for having been taken in by their slick marketing. My kitchen installation was begun in March 2022 and here we are in June and I am left with half a kitchen, no proper cooking facilities and a bucket under a temporary sink. Customer services are a total joke. Does nobody use the power of speech at that firm? All I ever get is 'I will send them an e mail' when I ask to about non delivery of items. I dont know what sort of training they get, none I would think. This has got to be the worse experience of my life and the fact that they get away with it is disgraceful. It all began with mis measurement not taking into account the radiator and valve under a window. When the replacements arrived they were damaged. The new replacements did not arrive on the dates they were supposed to. This happened three times. On one of the occasions they tried to re deliver when I told them that I would be away from home on holiday. Lack of communication on their part. I had an Installation Manager come round to assess my problems who told me that he was working his notice as he couldnt cope with the stress and incompetence at Wren. He told me that instead of sorting out problems they just threw more money at it. On top of all that they delivered the incorrect flooring. Wrong colour totally. Still no answers on that one. The extractor fan that they sent was an incorrect fitting. I needed an Island mounted and they sent a wall mounted. It has been a total tragedy from the start. The fact that I am a single parent with a disabled dependant living with me coping with all this stress and turmoil has put me on the verge of a nervous breakdown and I do not know which way to turn. I have no redress having paid all my money. I telephone daily, leave messages to find out what is happening asking them to please call or send an e mail, all to no avail. If tears could solve this nightmare all my problems would be resolved. All Wren give you is lip service and empty promises. Keep your money in your pocket

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
Answer: I did my kitchen with Home Depot three years ago some of the things were so bad I had to replace it a whole kitchen Wren Kitchen solid thing
Answer: They are the real deal. My order came as it was agreed and delivered on time.
