I am from a low-income family with four kids, all of whom have their personal phones. I wanted an affordable monitoring solution for their phones and came across Xnspy, which I am thankful for. It does everything I was looking for, at $5/device.
Apart from the variety of features and affordable price, the compatibility of the app with the latest iPhone has made me a true fan. The customer support was helpful throughout, and I got the hang of the app in no time. Xnspy is pretty cool!
All features of this app are great, but my personal favorite is the web browsing history and ambient recording feature. It has come in handy a couple of times. I can keep an eye on my kids from miles away. Thumbs up!
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. A complete scam and horrible people. They take your money and then give the run around hoping you won't reapond. You cant ever talk to a person only chat and email. It is crap!
Let me explain to you why there are so many negative reviews here so you can get the clear picture. There are obviously a few different things that are to be fixed. For instance, whenever there's a new mobile OS update, some features of the app become obsolete for some time before their dev team takes care of it. I know this because I had been using their app for over 2 years now. The app is great and all the features that do work are excellent. I'll just suggest that when you are going to buy it, contact their customer support and double check if they are still offering those particular features you're buying the app for.
I have been using monitoring apps since I got kids their personal phones. I know of many different apps and I have used a couple of them. I can clearly say that Xnspy is better. For one, the support team is excellent. The features are fine too especially if you are using it as a parental control.
Worked with XNSPY for weeks to get the software to work. It never worked once! Then no refund was given. Scam! Stay away from this company!
I got Xnspy on my daughter's phone after I watched 13 Reasons Why on Netflix. I am so embarrassed how little did we parents know about our kids' high school life. Never in my life would I have imagined how mean kids could get to other kids. While not every high school is the same, I really thought it was a good idea to start monitoring my daughter's phone. While I found nothing to worry about, I am at ease that my daughter isn't going through bullying at school.
I never thought this app would be so good. It's excellent with its features and price, and works very well. And since I only paid around $60 for a year's subscription, I am more than satisfied. Full stars from my end.
If you have children, you know very well what it's like parenting in 2020. I used to hate myself for getting my sons their personal smartphones when they were only 8 and 10. My husband told me that it might not be a great idea but I wanted my children not to feel deprived. But I never thought they would be so addicted to their phones playing PUBG/Fortnite and calling/texting friends. Thank God, I came across Xnspy and I finally know how to fix their screen time issue. Whenever I feel like they have spent too much time with their phones, or if they are not studying enough, I lock them out of their phones. Same goes for when they would use their phones instead of doing chores. I think it's a great solution and every parent should try it!
Over the past six months, I noticed that my 16 year old daughter was becoming more distant. I tried talking to her but teenagers aren't the most talkative about these things. Things took a turn for the worse about two month ago when I realized that she hardly ate anything and stayed in her room most of the time. Thankfully, I used XNSPY to discover that she was being bullied online with people taunting her appearance. Once I realized what was happening, I was able to talk to her and get her professional help. I would really recommend XNSPY if you notice unhealthy behaviors in your children!
Not a good thing though but I am kind of fixated to this app. It gives me every tiny detail about what he does, where he goes, etc. If you need to keep a very close eye on someone, get Xnspy.
As a mother, I was done taking my kids' word for it. Kids nowadays don't listen or care much and you have to make sure you do what is right for them. I tried giving them the freedom; I have tried taking it back. And I have finally realized, you have to settle somewhere between the both ends. Xnspy certainly helps with that.
Complete fraud, the solutions doesn't work at all, just empty screens! I wish I have read the reviews before I bought it. Their business plan it's to sell completely useless solution, which doesn't work and then propose you 30% reimbursement!
They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
This is a worthless product doesn't do anything a total waste of money. If you think about getting this product THEN DON'T
Xnspy uses both GPS location tracking and geo-fencing to give you the exact location of the phone user, and you know right away when the user enters or leaves a place. It's downright amazing!
Xnspy This is a bad product here it's is 15hours later and I still haven't received any updates, it doesn't state anywhere that it doesn't have real time reporting for the iPhone. I have asked for a refund and now I am getting runaround less than 24hours later. I'm glad I found solutionhackedteam online and was given access to my target phone with just the phone numbers only.
