My router parcel was due to be delivered on Friday 15th of December. I requested time off to work from home on that day and the Internet engineer came to set up my Internet connection. We waited for the delivery of the router but the yodal delivery man decided not to call me on my mobile, only to ring the intercom bell that does not work (which is clear because it does not even produce a buzzing sound when pressing on it). I called the yodal agent and he wasn't helpful at all. He said the delivery will eb attempted again on Saturday. I used the app to add my safe place and an additional note to ask for the driver to call me on my mobile but the app didn't accept the changes even though I tired many times on different occasions. I called the number and was able to change the safe place through the phone. The next morning (saturday) I used the yodal chat service and had to to explain the situation and the agent assured me that the driver will call once he arrives. The driver again came without calling me after I was waiting for him all the morning. He didn't even leave another card and he never added a number to call him on in the first card he left. I communicated again with the yodal chat service and requested to speak to the Manager, (ref for the chat #*******) who again reassured me that the driver will try to deliver again by the end of the day, if not om Sunday and that she had communicated to the depot that the driver should call. The driver NEVER came back on Saturday nor on Sunday. On Monday while I was at work and using the toilet the driver called me on my mobile and when j called him back 5 minutes later he was rude and said he had left the place and won't come back again. I checked the app several times before, there were no notes about the window for the driver delivery nor was I able to change it on the app. The driver didn't even tell where the parcel is now, didn't leave a card and I want to make a complaint on the stress, time waste and work waste that this terrible service has caused me as I needed the Internet in the weekend. Also for all the misleading information I received from the yodal team! I am having to pay for the Internet for a week now eventhough I was never able to use because of the terrible service of the yodal delivery.
Even the email address the manager has given me to make a complaint thorugh was incorrect! I had tk Google the correct one that I hope I only hope it will be rhe correct one and I will not receive a failure to delivery email!
