I believe what Yodle promotes would be a good product if you have the time to do a lot of the upfront work associated with signing up. However, I was all for it with the initial sales call, but after prepaying for 6 months of the product, and then having my consultation call 5 days after signing up, I realized that I didn't have any time to do the set up as I was extremely busy at that time. They made it sound like there was no effort on my part except maybe 15 minutes a week, when in fact it required a lot more of my time that I did not have AFTER signing up. I thought that they were going to do a lot of the work for me, but it was not what I expected. I then called back right away and wanted to cancel my contract. It was ONLY 5 DAYS into the contract, and Yodle WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITHOUT PAYING $495 FOR CANCELLING. They told me that "I will see it pay off in a couple of months and business will come to me." Well guess what? After more than 6 months went by, NOTHING! And it gets worse! NO ONE EVER EXPRESSED during the sales call ANYTHING about a hefty cancellation fee OR that my contract automatically gets renewed even at a higher level from month 7 and on. I repeated myself several times to want to cancel when I wanted to, and Yodle actually had the nerve to automatically renew my contract even at a higher rate per month WITHOUT ANY CONTACT, EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS to me! I realized the charges after seeing them on my credit card after the 8th month and called Yodle. IT REALLY GETS SILLY BEYOND THIS! Then they try to make me stay with them for a lesser amount per month when I don't know how many times I expressed I DON NOT WANT THEIR SERVICE! I would never trust this company, and they actually become phone bullies and will do anything to not hear NO. I'm sorry, this company may work for some businesses, but if you don't have the time and resources, DO NOT BE AS STUPID AS I WAS AND PREPAY FOR 6 MONTHS! This truly is a buyer beware situation. I'm ready to consult an attorney if no resolution!
