Among all shops, Zalora PH continues to have the WORST customer service ever. Late deliveries, sudden cancellation after almost a month, late refunds, can't even use the refunded amount in wallet which results in an order error, very UNRESPONSIVE cs, not available in their specified time, they don't bother reading customer emails for weeks and ignores most of them, unreliable sizing charts and measurements,
Horrible UI; glitches everywhere like can't return an item thru their app, can't order, items keep dissapearing from back even when they still have stocks, can't filter for sizes sometimes
All in all, the most unprofessionalshopping platform. I hope they $#*!ing burn for the hours they made me waste trying to message a very unresponsive cs and shopping only to have them cancelled or error
I have been buying this platform ever since they started selling online. All my orders and returns were handled properly even refund. I can say that I am a 100% suki with zalora with 0 percent hassle. All products are original they are not selling fake products. I love their shoes, bags, clothes and other products as well. I have never been to the mall to buy what I need because I can already buy it with them. ALL coupons are LEGIT. I was able to use it at all times with out any problems at all? My favorite brand of clothes which is SOMETHING BORROWED and ZALORA. I can say that my closet is composed of zalora items 99% haha THANK YOU zalora. Please send me more coupons as I shop online every month.

Madali na for me mag shop dito dahil memorize ko na mga sizes ng shoes pati mga damit na lagi ko binibili ang gsto ko lang dito never pa ako nakakita ng same damit sa iba pag nasa mall ako kesa sa mall ako bumili.
Always check lang sa zalora dahil ung H2Ocean an brand na mga shoes 1 size smaller ang size dito kaya kapag umorder kayo dapat 1 size bigger. Pero ang perfect fit for me. Mabilis nga lang din sumagot ang agents nila kahit pa sa pa refund
I like online shopping, like really who doesn't? It's convenient and hassle free plus you can do it anywhere you are! Then a friend of mine recommended Zalora to me, I thought sure why not give it a try. My friends' few orders were awesome, so I tried it myself. My first order was great, delivered on time and they really kept up with my expectations with their products. My last 2 orders were terrible, I bought bags, watch, glasses, etc amounting to a little more than 7k. My items should've arrived in 3 deliveries because I bought from different suppliers, which is totally fine. The first 2 deliveries went smoothly and arrived on time, as I expected from Zalora. The 3rd delivery was terrible though. The carrier, 2go arrived in our house when nobody is home, the recipient (my brother) told them to deliver it at 3pm the next day cause he won't be home before that and nobody's home. They still delivered it around 1pm. They contacted my brother, and my brother told them to just hand it to our neighbor -
Our relatives and family friends. They didn't hand the item and worse is they refunded me for my item. I waited for a whole month for that and they just returned it without notifying me! I contacted their customer service to ask what happened and they LIED! They said they can't find our house - take note this is the 3rd delivery for ONE ORDER. The first two deliveries arrived without any hassle, how come the 3rd one can't do the same? Plus, the 3rd carrier contacted my brother because nobody's home - meaning they found the house just that they don't know how to follow instructions! They apologize and gave me a 15% discount code. I didn't use it though cause I was still furious and disappointed. After a month I decided to give them another chance, maybe I was just unlucky last time. I used to believe they only sell authentic goods, until my last order. I ordered a spy watch for a friend of mine. The carrier said that I don't live in the delivery address - of course I don't, that's my friend's house, the reason why the name and address in the billing and shipping are different! In the 2nd try, the carrier refused to hand the item to the family of the my friend. Again, cause this is just getting more ridiculous, I contacted their customer service regarding the delivery of my order. They said that I need to write an authorization letter. I was baffled, cause in my previous deliveries (the one above), it wasn't my brother who received it but my father. Still, I made the authorization letter hoping this will fix the problem and to ease me of the stress Zalora is giving me. When the item arrived, it is missing some of its accessories (no charger, USB cord, manual, the brand in the box is not what it was in the site) and it's not working. It was NOT WORKING. This is so embarrassing cause it's a gift to a friend. The hassle and the fake product is not what I originally expected. Everything was disappointing. I can't return it cause my friend is not in Manila, she's an auditor and go to different provinces for fieldwork. I'm so disappointed. Will not buy anything from Zalora. This is just the worst experience ever.
JUST DON'T. Not worth your money, time and effort. Though their customer service is not as helpful compared to other online shops like Amazon, their carrier sucks, their policies are just ridiculous, and they sell fake products while posing it as authentic.
Code extra35 was a scam! I emailed my complain but customer service sucks! They never replied!

Hi Zalora! I did cancel my order #******* because I received an email voucher EXTRA35 and did apply it on the same product and did work. After doing the cancellation upon checking out my order the voucher suddenly gave me message this coupon is no longer valid? What was that? Good thing i did a screen shot and I would like to re order the same product same specs with the voucher coupon EXTRA 35. It was clearly stated on my email as well that it is valid from 6pm to 11.59pm. Is this such a scam? Please reply to *******@gmail.com regarding the matter. Why are you sending such code and retract it just a matter of minutes? It was even less than 15 mins.
