ZAPPOS TAKES THE SHOES OUT OF THE MANUFACTURERS BOX AND SHIPS THE SHOES IN THEIR OWN BOX SO YOU HAVE NO IDEA IF THE SHOES ARE NEW AND NEVER SHIPPED OR IF THEY HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND NOW BACK OUT IN A GENERIC ZAPPOS BOX.
I have used Zappos several times in the past. Their pricing and delivery was excellent and what I liked best was being able to return something with no charge. Good selections as well.
I LOVE this site. They are AMAZING! I bought Weboo shoes a WHILE ago, they don't make them I guess now :(. The weboo shoes were too small so I called Zappos customer service. They overnighted a bigger size without receiving the small ones I still had. When I was about to send them back I found out my cousin's little daughter could fit in them and so I called Zappos customer service again. They were so nice about everything. They charged me for keeping the other shoes, I mean come on they aren't going to give out free shoes haha, and there was no drama. It was so amazing. I have ordered numerous other shoes from them over the past year and a half, maybe two years. I have never ever had a problem with them at all. They are an amazing website.
Consistent great service and really free return policy. The others pretend to be Zappos but send wrong colors and sizes and hit you with a restocking fee, although they advertise free returns.
I was trying to place an order on their Web site, but was having a very difficult time. So, I gave up and decided to call them instead.
The representative I talked to told me that I would need to create an account first. I asked her why. She said that they don't have guest checkout. I asked her what the reason is that they don't have guest checkout. She said they just don't. Again, I asked her why. Exact same answer. Then I said,"Ma'am, you're not answering my question. Most places have guest checkout. Why is it that Zappos does not?" Guess what--she hung up on me! I think that's only the second time in my life that I've been hung up on by a customer-service representative!
Absolutely pathetic. I ordered my shoes somewhere else.
The next day, I called and asked to speak to a manager. I told her what had happened. She was nice, and said that since they record all their calls, they might be able to find out who hung up on me. But she never asked,"Were you able to complete your order?" or "Can I offer you a coupon to win you back as a customer?" You would think that a manager would know to do this.
Maybe my first-ever experience with Zappos was atypical, but I won't be back.

Been a Zappos.com user since it's inception. Love it! Doesn't get any more convenient than this. The selection is pretty great; Prices are great; and the returns are THE QUICKEST and THE EASIEST.

This site allowed the fraudulent use of my card by a thief. I had never been on the site before today. Zero stars. Any chance of them ever getting any business from me is now 0.
I had been a satisfied Zappos customer for years. This changed today after my discussion / argument with a supervisor who insisted in a rude manner that I had been "educated" about a year ago that coupons are only issued once. Therefore, if I made the exchange I wished to make, I would lose half of my coupon money by ordering another model. When I mentioned that the representative who had helped me with my order five days ago had not advised me so; and that I had no recollection of being "educated" by Zappos at any point in my purchasing history; and when I asked for a record of that particular conversation as a reminder, he became quite rude and aggressive. I do not much care about coupon money from Zappos but it is the principle of the matter. I had no intention of abusing their policy, had I known in advance what it was. However, despite my three graduate degrees, including a PhD, I do not recall ever being "educated" about anything by Zappos! I intended to take this further but will not, as he was rather apologetic toward the end. However this will be the last time I will shop at Zappos.
Hate to admit but it was my mom who suggested I try Zappos. Well they say mom knows best and in this case it's true lol. Loved the experience from start to finish and happy to recommend to anybody.

I purchased a pair of sneakers at Zappos recently and was shocked by crappy quality of shoe the size came in 6 and I wear an 8, they took care of it fast, but the size 6 pair had one shoe literally smaller than other. The size 8 had removeable insoles (thank God) that looked like someone had gragged them across a dirty floor, I removed them immediately and repalced with my own. I wont be shopping here again, I think I will just pay $200 for a pair of custom made therapeutic old lady shoes, at least my arches will stop falling and no more ingrown toenail problems(they numb your feet with needle pricks and shoove wooden sticks under nailbed(horrible pain!). Yeah, quality is really an obsolete word in U. S
I love shopping at Zappos, it doesn't happen too often because I'm a man and the amount of clothes and shoes I need is rather small, however, if I have to buy clothes I go them because they cracked the secret to guaranteeing a stress-free, great shopping experience: well-priced, quality merchandise and hassle-free, easy, simple returns! No hoops to jump through, no endless conversations with customer service, no proof to send anywhere, no affidavits to upload, no percentages or any other nonsense that's, in my mind, is associated with most other shopping platforms and places. Their customer service has real people that's are easy to reach, it truly feels as if they tried their best to make their customers feel important, it also feels as if they succeeded.
I recently decided to only buy clothing and footwear from Zappos because I really like the way they do business and how quickly they resolve any situation in which I'm not completely satisfied.
Purchased three Columbia shirts that were small on me and returned them, with the refund hitting my bank account the same day I mailed the shirts back. Just two clicks with a mouse and I was done! Why would I go anywhere else if these guys treat me the way I imagined every business shoild treat every customer?. Thank you Zappos!

Judging by all the great reviews on this site it seems that my review is not needed but here it is anyway. Zappos has a huge selection of quality brand items at great prices. Usually I can find it cheaper on Zappos than any of the retail stores. First off, the shipping is fantastic. It comes basically comes overnight and the best part is that it's free. Sometimes items can take maybe up to two or three days but I'm used to waiting the standard 7-14 so no complaint here. The have an excellent return policy, probably the best I've ever seen and you can alway's find your size which can sometime be daunting for me because I'm very tall and slender and that makes shopping for pants a nightmare. Zappos has totally eliminated that problem. The only down side is when an item goes out of stock it takes quite sometime for them to restock it so when this happens chances are you should just check somewhere else other wise you will be waiting for it for a long time. Zappos is definitely one of the best sites I have ever had the honor of dealing with.
Really REALLY good service! Seriously... you can't match their service. However, as a single woman living in the city... their prices have gotten higher! Not cool on that part.
