It was my first experience with zappos and I got my order almost 14 hours late. Many other site even deliver order after a week. I hope next they will deliver my order on exact time

Ordered two pairs of shoes and took over 4 days to just process the order. Unbelievable! Could have gone to half dozen other outlets and had the shoes shipped and delivered in that amount of time.

I am a big fan of Vans, and Zappos has every style ever made! I enjoy window shopping, even when I am broke. Some shoes that I have seen on Zappos have been on other sites for a much cheaper price!

Zappos is best online site for buying shoes. Once ordered delivery is fast. Service is great. Loved the collection of shoes it has. Quality is excellent. Worth the money. Recommended to friends.

This is my favorite place for shoes of almost any kind. Great selection especially for sport and leisure and customer service is as good as it gets. Happy to recommend any time.

I have been a Zappos customer for over 10 years and I always get great service when I shop with them. I love the quick shipments and fast and easy returns.

I recently bought two pairs of shoes. I wear men's size 12 slim which is hard to find if you want something not frumpy. They filled the order in 2 days, no problem. Unfortunately, the size was wrong... it wasn't slim. I called customer service and had a rude agent who only tried to overtake me. She told me I needed to listen to her and stop talking... she, in fact was the one who was overtalking me. She said that there must be a mistake on the website. I asked if someone could look in the warehouse to see if they had my size. She said it would take about 3 weeks as they were real people, not computers. Not sure how these people could fill the order so fast but not be able to check on a solution. They obviously had not been trained that S was for slim and M was for Medium, especially if they were real people filling the orders. She then told me that once they received the shoes, it would be another 10 days before my charge account would be credited. I had to wrap the shipment (buy tape etc.) and get transportation to a UPS facility. Now I am out the money and out the shoes. She really didn't seem to care. Listening should be part of customer service and customer service should be anxious to help... she clearly was neither. Very unhappy

The best of the best! We use this site at least 2 - 3 times per year and love it. It is easy to use, simple to search for unique sizes and widths and great customer service.

Best customer service ever, my shoes zappos all the time the price and selection great. This is online shopping and the shipping and returns are both free.

I did get a few compliments on my sandals. When I tried them on I simply could not take them off. I can wear them all day and my feet feel great. They are my most comfortable pair of sandals!

What can you say about Zappos? You can place nine different orders with them, they get all nine orders correct with no glitches, and you get your items ASAP with free shipping. If the tenth time you order, they get something wrong, it's no hassle to fix it. Like they sent me the wrong size shirt once, and I simply sent it back with free shipping. The customer service guy I talked to WANTED to straighten things out. If you talk to customer service at most companies, it seems to be their job to say blah blah blah to you, and then not straighten anything out, and then ask if there's anything else they can do for you. This year, I started out trying to buy a variety of Christmas presents from a variety of online stores, but I ended up going back again and again to Zappos because everything with them works so smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. If it's something I can get at numerous online stores, I'm going to use Zappos just because I know it'll be a smooth, no-hassle process. I feel bad because I want to support a variety of stores, but at the same time I also want a hassle-free process. I do try to use smaller retailers for unique items, but with any company, if their customer service is bad, I don't feel there's any reason to ever use them again.

I Have ordered shoes in the late afternoon and gotten my shoes early the next day. I love their service and selection, and you can't beat free shipping both ways! It's the only way I buy shoes!

It's an easy site to navigate, with great customer service, extremely easy returns and exchanges. I would recommend using this service site, as i continue to use it myself.

Ordered sandals and never got them delivered. Sent customer service a message, told them what happened. They ended up sending me a pair and gave me a refund!

I love how it is very easy to browse around and the free shipping and return policy! I just don't like how when i like something, they don't have it in my size.

I ordered a dress from Zappos and it shipped out fast. It was an Adrianna Papell dress and was as advertised. I did return it and got a refund, no problem. I would deal with them again.
