Sorry to be so long in writing this, I got my shoes over the weekend. My feet were so poorly "engineered", I haven't had good shoes on for quite some time, so I wanted to wear them a bit to see if they were really what so many of your readers say. The young lady who took my order seemed to understand my problems with my 84 year old feet. I ordered the Propet Women's Stability Walker and reading all the comments about that shoe, I felt that I needed the EE width. You only had 1 pair of EEEE at the time I was so lucky, because I ordered EE, and when the shoes were tried on, they cramped the small toe and both feet felt too snug. I called, and told the young lady I wanted to send them back, and since there was just one pair if EEEE, I wanted to try them. They worked! Bare feet don't have any support, neither do soft stretchy shoes or slippers, so it took me a couple days wearing them around the house to get used to all that shoe. It's wonderful to be able to get shoes that fit, and service was so speedy. I can't thank you and your people enough; you are all terrific.

I've been ordering from Zappos.com for a few years now. Whenever I have an issue, they bend over backwards to take care of it. Thanks, Zappos, you're the best!

OMG OMG OMG, I love zappos so much. Resently bought this amazing lacoste bag, shipping next day, AND they sent me an extra gift. Wowwy wow, you guys and girls in customer service keep it up, this was the best product recomendation EVER.

This is unbelievable! Zappos.com is terrific. An almost Wal-Mart-like return policy. Their images accurately portrayed the TEVA's I bought. My mother bought these as a gift for me and they shipped them to my address even though it was different than thee credit card. That is something many companies do not do. I did not have a high enough limit on my card, so my father bought me an HP laptop and it didn't show up for 2 weeks, we called and inquired, apparently the credit card did not match the shipping address, they didn't call. Tried again with them. Same thing. Finally on the 3rd try got it. Then went through the same thing with a industrial printer with them, SAME thing. Zappos on the otherhad was flawless. My mother bought me this gift on a Sat. I got them either Monday or Tuesday! Well packaged, flawless and she also got an email confirmation. Absolutely at the top of the internet retail craft. Probably the best or one of the best for footwear. They should be used as a case study for internet retailers.

Zappos is the best for shoes, alaways a great selection of well known and trustworthy brands at a fairly low price. Shoes are well made and very comfortable.

It's the best site to buy shoes. You hace the option of selecting the size, color, model you really like and need. The time of delivering is incredible. The always arrive on time..

Great return policy, a bit pricy, but overall a great store for the perfect shoes. Shop for shoes online only where the return policy is as favorable as zappos.com, otherwise you risk losing money.

I love Zappos. They are timely, courteous, and have unbelievable inventory. Their return policy is better than any other online shoestore. Look here first.

BUYER BEWARE: Zappos may tie-up your credit for an inappropriate length of time. After receiving the package that I had returned, Zappos took 11 business days to process the return. This is only after I called Customer Service 3 separate times. The first representative told me that the package hadn't been processed yet, but that the Returns dept. was allowed up to 3 business days to process a return. After 72 hours, I called again. The 2nd representative told me that the return had been processed the day that the package had been received and that I could expect a refund to appear between 2-10 business days from the date of receipt. After 11 business days had passed since Zappos had received my package, I had still not received a refund. I called Zappos a 3rd time and was informed that a refund had never been processed. The representative processed my refund while I was on the phone with him. Overall, Zappos held hostage nearly $2,000 of my credit for 11 business days after receipt. This is an absurd practice and causes unnecessary hardship to be experienced by the customer. I won't be ordering from Zappos again.

Always have problem to find exactly my shoe size, Zappos have almost for all shoes, thats what I like in this store, plus good free shipping option.
