WELL ZAPPOS. YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM NOT SHOPPING WITH YOU ANYMORE PATHETIC CLOWNS. IN The LAST 2 Days I have been on hold for 11 plus Minutes, Disconnected numerous times, Hung up by managers.MY MONEY WILL SPENT ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON. OH BY THE ZAPPOS IN AMERICA WE SPEAK ENGLISH. BOYCOTT ZAPPOS.OH BOY NOW ZAPPOS TOOK TWO PAYMENTS ONE OF $50.00 AND ONE OF $100.00 FROM TWO PREPAID CREDIT CARDS FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS AND NOW REFUSES TO RETURN THE MONEY AND HAS A THREAT IN MY EMAIL BOX ABOUT CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ON ME. BOYCOTT ZAPPOS NOTHING BUT COLD AND UNFEELING LOSERS WHO WORK FOR AMAZON. THEY ARE BLAMING ME FOR THIS AND THEIR PATHETIC CODE OF CONDUCT, JUST SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED.SO NOW I GOT A ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL ON SUNDAY, SAYING MY ORDER WOULD BE HERE ON MONDAY, AND SURPRISE I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT. SO AS OF NOW ZAPPOS HAS MY $100.00 AND I DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER. NICE GOING ZAPPOS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Love Zappos. Not only do they have a great, varied, wide selection of quality products (I buy a lot of shoes and dresses from them), their customer service is EXCELLENT. I recommend Zappos as one of the best sites for clothing and shoes.

Just spent an hour on the phone to get a refund on the sneakers they sent me. I ordered 7.5 but they sent me 6.5 so I returned. Maybe they want to pay attention. Bad news is they will never refund to your credit card but to a gift card and even with a gift card they did not refund the balance. A total scam and they are essentially stealing money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I confess I don't shop at Zappos.com as much as I used to, but I still scan their selection regularly. Having a brick and mortar DSW close by takes care of a lot of my shoe cravings.

When I order I get quick delivery and good service - and between Zappos and DSW I can find most anything I crave at a reasonable price.

Zappo's used to have a store in Las Vegas that we visited when in town - apparently the 'returns' went there and it was like Shoe Nirvana but last time we visited it was gone. Oh well, time marches on.

I bought with them while I was living in Portland, then as I know in Portland you can find great Outlets I went there to compare the prices. Zappos has better prices and much better quality at least with Clark.

This is a company that is totally focused on customer service. Both purchasing and returns could not be any easier. They are the standard to which other online vendors should aspire to emulate.

If you're willing to pay a little extra, zappos is the place to shop. Incredible service and free returns, great selection, friendly sales staff. It has everything but discount prices.

Bought a pair of asics that fell apart days after receiving, they replaced and same thing happened. Yeah they refunded my money but why not sell quality goods to begin with? What a concept.

Routinely order "several" pairs of shoes. Delivery is ridiculously quick and the "free" shipping both ways is awesome. They offer more brands than I could find in a 50 mile radius. Love it!

Is there any reason why someone would try any other shoe store? Zappos offers one of the best customer care services in I have ever encountered, online or otherwise

Zappos is a great place for shoe-addicts. I bought so many pairs of sandals there this summer. One of them did not fit and the return was hassle free. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

They offer insane deals, then change pricing as you complete orders. Or claim to be out, until 1 minute after the sale. Then they have plenty.

Always my first choice to go because of superb customer service which make you assured that your order will be kept informed of and be in good quality.

My son loves their tennis shoes. The selection for women's shoes is good, but just my luck when I pick something for me it's out of stock. A little higher than your neighborhood store.

These guys have been very helpful sorting out my shoe orders, I don't always get the right size but they're very patient with returns and making sure things are done right in the end.

The two way included shipping permits buying shoes where you you can't predict how they fit.
Prices good for the services provided. Good level of choices. What more than FREE could a user want?

I've never bought a pair of shoes from Zappos that I didn't like. If something didn't fit, they pay for returns and send me a replacement immediately.
