Waited over 50 minutes for a Zappos customer service employee. Only to get bad news. Have bought stuff from them for over 2 years. No longer shopping with them.

Zappos.com has made our lives so much easier. I have foot problems and it often takes a very long time for me to find shoes which fit properly. Now, instead of dragging around from store to store, I can buy a bunch of shoes at Zappos and see what works for me. Often I wind up returning quite a lot of shoes, but there are ones that work, and I keep them.
Add to that a teenager who loves shoes but hates to shop. She also has really small feet and it can be hard to find her size in stores. That is another way that Zappos shines, IMO. And when both kids needed shoes for proms or special occasions, Zappos again really fit the bill. I got the shoes AND the little clutch purse there. Slam dunk!
None of this would be possible without their free shipping/free returns policy. And it's a 365-day return policy, too. I don't know how they can afford to do that, but they do honor it.
I still go down to my local high-quality shoe store from time to time, but if I'm searching for a particular thing and don't have the time or energy for that sort of physical shopping, Zappos really helps.
Zappos.com is an exemplary website. Not a scam! Everything arrives in exactly 2 business days and they give you a year to return the product if you never got around to using it. Amazeballs!

This site is so simple and awesome! A lot of items to choose from, and the best part: FREE RETURNS, FREE SHIPPING! :) I have a hard time finding shoes that fit, so I took a chance with one pair that didn't work out. They responded quickly with a label for me to ship the shoes back, and they quickly sent me the right size. I love this site.
After being connected, I stated my issue: I placed an order 11 days ago but did not receive a confirmation email or any updates for my order. I have a pending transaction on PayPal for this order and I would like to cancel this order because of how long it is taking. He asks for some personal details which I provided and he proceeds to tell me he was unable to locate my order. I replied with yes because I never created an account. I did an express PayPal checkout. I send a screenshot of the only email confirmation I received (which was from PayPal) and he tells me unfortunately, that is a PayPal transaction number and not ours, and tells me he needs the Zappos confirmation number in order to locate it. Didn't I first mention that in the beginning? I did not receive an email confirmation or any updates on my order. He tells me to dispute it with PayPal and I tell him I am unable to because the order is pending and PayPal won't allow me to. Then, he offers a number to call to check my order verification based on the charge from the payment card. Again, I stated my card was not charged. It is PENDING and I would just like to cancel this order so they don't decide to charge and send me the order 3 weeks later or whenever they decide to, when I already purchased another pair elsewhere. 30 minutes later and there is no response. The issue has not been resolved, I was just left hanging.

Just hope your order arrives and that you never have to contact customer support. I looked into the company before purchasing and found it to be legit but the customer service is disgusting. The representative does not read and just leaves the chat without resolving the issue.

I purchased a pair of shoes. They delivered my order on time that was good thing but quality is not good enough and nor too bad. They should improve quality wise too.

Bought some foot petals to try and accommodate a couple of shoes I have. They shipped very quickly and it arrived quickly but for some reason didn't email me a shipping confirmation
First off the shoes I ordered do not stay zipped. That being said I called their customer service number and their representative stated that due to the shoes being defective (merchandise) he would issue a "no return refund". When he attempted to do so he was locked out of the account. He provided a different phone number which I called a few times and each time it went to a voicemail stating that they (Zappos) are busy and to call back during their business hours, which is exactly what I had been doing. Next, I sent an email to Zappos and after sending a second email I received a call at which time I was told 3 things: one) no refund would take place without my sending in the defective merchandise (shoes), two) their phone number doesn't allow inbound calls, and three) she would send an email with a shipping label which never happened. Needless to say, I called their working number and shared my experience. This representative stated she would send me the shipping label which again I did not receive. I also requested for the whole experience, which had dragged on for 3 weeks to be escalated. This resulted in a call back and sadly nothing new to add. I will not purchase anything from Zappos again.
I love their search features! It makes hunting for just what I want so easy!
But I wish they had more high-end brands - Ann Demulemeester for one would rock my world!

Long story short they sent the wrong product. We returned it in good faith but in the end they claimed we returned the wrong product. Bully move by Amazon and Zappos.

Purchasing was an ease. Product selection is good. My only gripe with zappos is that they re-worded my review on a product to their likening. When I brought it to their attention they ignored me. BE AWARE, THEY CAN AND THEY WILL REWRITE YOUR REVIEWS TO THEIR SATISFACTION.

I had once ordered a shoe from this site. They said that I would get a discount on the price and that is why I decided to order from them. But, during the time of payment they took the exact price of the product. I lost my money and tried to contact their customer service regarding the issue. Since I was angry about losing my money, I talked to them in a rude tone. But, they just turned me off saying that they cannot help rude customers. Customers are customers, whether they are rude or calm. We pay money for a product and when we get cheated, we get rude naturally. That does not mean that they need not help their customers. Firstly, they take money from me by cheating me and secondly, they deny service for a customer in need saying about their horrible customer service agenda. I have shopped from many other sites online. I have never had to face such an issue anywhere.
In fact, there are many other sites that provide good products as well good customer service. Fsession is one among them. They are so loyal towards their customer and treat them so well.
