ZAPPOS TAKES THE SHOES OUT OF THE MANUFACTURERS BOX AND SHIPS THE SHOES IN THEIR OWN BOX SO YOU HAVE NO IDEA IF THE SHOES ARE NEW AND NEVER SHIPPED OR IF THEY HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND NOW BACK OUT IN A GENERIC ZAPPOS BOX.

Dealing with them is terrible. If you get the wrong product, you're out of luck unless you ordered direct from them.
