I purchased some shoes that were last years "model." I got them for $15 a piece instead of $55 a piece. They came with free shipping, and fast. I have no complaints, but have only ordered from them once.

The orders do not ship out on the expected date. Not happy at all. Poor customer service. Had 2 orders and one from each order will make it. Spent over 100 dollars. Will never ever order from them again.

Nasty fabric and colours - Looked nothing like the advertisement. I will not ever buy from them again. I will let my friends know not to get stung like I did. I was very disappointed. I guess i understand now why they have a no-return policy.

Don't ever try to return anything! You pay for shipping, tge return shipping AND exorbitant restocking fees, plus you wait forever on your item to be finally shipped. Delete them from your emails, and order from reputable companies or just shop at Forever 21 or Old Navy, much less expensive in the long run.

I received an invite on the promotions area of my email account. The clothes look interesting and different. Then I looked at the reviews that are terrible. Then I read the terms and condition page which read like a contract no one should ever sign.

Takes forever to receive items. Some items you can review on this site, some you can't. Some items you can return, some you can't. Providing feedback is an email that gets you a "your service is important to us" and no action of any sort. When your feedback and questions get too difficult they stop writing you back. I literally had an item for 5 minutes before it broke. Some items are good. You're just really taking a chance using this site.

I love Zulily so much! The only thing I have to say is the shipping. I'll get an email notification late in the evening to let me know that I have free shipping but usually will expire within a couple hours. That's always a bummer.

I consistently purchase items off of Zulily. I am always happy with the transaction. Once I had a damaged item and the representative made it amazingly easy to get it swapped out and I got it in time for Christmas. Will definitely continue to shop!

I order from them a lot. You just have to get used to how long it takes to get stuff. I've ordered every for clothing to shoe to household items. I'm rarely disappointed with the product once it arrives.

You have to read the fine print to know that not all there products are eligible for return and if you do have one, you pay to ship plus a restocking fee. I ordered a product and it fit great. When I ordered the same product in the same size again, the product was too small. Poor quality control. Also found out the product is not eligible for return. Do not recommend buying from this site.

I ordered a dress on Jan. 3,2013 and it arrived on Jan. 14. Shipping takes awhile but they do explain that the merchandise comes from somewhere else, then Zulily ships it to you.

I am 100% satisfied with my dress. The size is accurate, the fabric is very comfy and a nice quality for such a low price. The dress looks nice in the picture but I wasn't sure what it would actually look like. I am very pleased with the quality and fit.

I don't agree with their no returns policy and the shipping is extremely slow, so they should change those two things if they want to stay competitive with other retailers, but I would order again as long as I'm not in a hurry for it.

I ordered three items on different dates. The first item was a Aster ruffle open duster in a size large, which fits like a medium. The second item was a Simple Couture ruffle tunic in a size large, but it fits like a XL/XXL. The third item was a Reborn Collection dress in size large, which fits like a small/medium. I ordered the sizes per the sizing chart for each company. Unfortunately when you order from Zulily you are not able to return the items. The shipping ranged from three to four weeks to arrive. Overall I am very disappointed in Zulily and do not plan on ordering anything else from them.

Tip for consumers:
Just be prepared to wait about four weeks for the items you purchase to arrive. Also, know that the sizing is not accurate.

Found same rug I saw on Zulily at Home Depot, price comparable with no shipping charge if pick up at HD. Also Zulily web site is hard to navigate, I can find things on the ap, but not on the website. Saw all horrible reviews with items not being delivered, staying away from this one.

I ordered 3 tops off of the Zulily site. I received my order, no problems with the ordering or receipt of the items, but the quality was very poor. 1 top had a button sewn wrong and when buttoned, it left a large gap in the middle of my chest showing my bra. The same blouse had very poor quality of material. Very cheap and rough to the touch. I had a hole after washing the top only 3 times on a cold water/gentle cycle. Not impressed. And yes, the sizes are way off.

Zulily will make you love shopping. They have unique items at great prices. Some of which you will not find anywhere else. I am completely satisfied with each purchase. People are always asking me where did you buy that at, I am pleased to say "ZULILY". I give them the email address. When they start purchasing at Zulily, they are hooked and thank me for getting them hooked. If I have concern, I just contact Zulily and they make me whole. My grandchildren get all of the benefits from Zulily, from clothes to toys to school supplies and books. They have large selection of everything and I take advantage of it all. So shop, shop, shop. Zulily is the place for great deals and wonderful products. I love this company.

In all fairness they do inform you of delayed shipping. However, I recently ordered 5 pairs of shoes. 3 for my 4 year old and 2 for me. I have yet to receive one of the pairs of shoes I ordered. They are 10 days past the original date promised. All of the shoes came separately. One of my daughter's shoes arrived in a plastic bag-type package. Which was stuffed in my mailbox by USPS. The sizing is not accurate in the children's shoes. I ordered a 10 for my daughter and received a size 9. Which was too small for her. The quality of all of the items is horrible. I order a pair of women's boots. They had yellow stains all over them. The stitch work on the boots looked dreadful. It was loose in many areas. I will never order from this site again. I wish someone would have warned me.

Pricing used to be great. Some national brands off loading last season's items. Now seems it is a priority to get *name* brands on the site to compete with Rue and Haute Look? Can ALWAYS buy Coach cheaper at Macys. ALWAYS. Go back to your roots. We'll try new brands if photos are good, and sizing is as stated.

I have been ordering from Zulily for a number of years. Long enough that I just pay for postage once a year! That is a super bonus! At one time, you did not charge tax and that worked really well for a non-for-profit group that I ordered many things for. As you charge tax now, I sometimes have to pass unless it is a really good bargain. I have ordered a variety of items through the years; clothing, shoes, toys, puzzles and etc. The few times that I have had a problem with an order Zulily has generally taken care of the issue without many problems.

Well the clothing sizes tend to be off. I am tired of purchasing clothing that is not the material that it looks like or the sizing is way off. The jewelry is great and the workout stuff is great. I have found some workout wear that works but after purchasing the items twice to get the correct size. Most times it is not worth shipping back due to the fees.The refunds all go into a store credit and are not refunded back to the original purchase which forces you to spend more or lose your money.

Most of the time the descriptions are inaccurate. I pay attention to the measurements listed for the purses and bags and they haven't been correct. On top of that, it has a message next to it after I placed the order saying it's not returnable. It's wrong to find that out after I already purchased it. I also bought a top that was way too small and it's not returnable. Then, with the shipping costs, the prices are really too high. Every thing looks so cute on their site but in the end, it's just too much $$. In the off-chance that I can make a return, they charge $7.99. I regress.

I shop at zulilly all the time. And my experience with their customer service has been amazing, they offered me a credit for the wrong item and that's all I ask for. I think that there is people who will NEVER be 100% satisfied.

1st time user with "zulily" and last time user with "zulily" worst experience of my life. As it stands right now they are going to refund me $7.99 for one pair of leggings even though, there were two pairs that they sent me that were completely wrong. One was nowhere near what it was supposed to look like and was the more expensive of the three that I ordered. They only got one pair right, and it feels amazing, but it's irritating that they seem to not want to refund me for the most expensive pair, it seems that they put in it's place one of the 7.99 pairs as well, so I feel like they stole money from me. If they refund for both then I will be satisfied and will change some of my stars, but it's unlikely that they will.

Tip for consumers:
The oranger pair are almost a match but they are different in several spots, I took them out of the package because I thought it was accurate, but nope. And the middle pic, is no where near the other, no super bright indigo to be seen at all.

I have ordered three items from Zulily and have been quite pleased with all 3. It takes a while to receive the orders, but they provide updates on your transaction. Quality was great; price was great. Easy ordering. Great.

The shipping times are ridiculous. I ordered some things expecting it to be shipped in a few days but received an email saying it would be shipped on a future date 3 weeks later. They shipped a day later than that too.

I've already ordered twice from Zulily and I got my orders in the specific time they've mentioned in their email. The tops are unique and true to size, and their quality is good for the money spent. Will buy from them again.
