I have been a customer of Zulily's since 2012. Everything has been and still is wonderful! I absolutely love and enjoy daily deals and how helpful everything has become. Also, offering the small payments on items such as Michael Kors, well that's just the cherry on top!

I have bought now at least 12 items from Zulily, and of everything I've ordered I have only been satisfied with one item. The items have not been true to the pictures posted and the quality has been consistently poor. Don't waste your time or money. It's not worth it!

I purchased a pair of Naturalizer shoes thinking they'd be comfortable. Took forever to arrive, super uncomfortable and come to find out NO RETURNS! Who doesn't have free returns these days?! It was my first purchase on this site and I will never purchase again. To give them credit-I emailed my concern and they did allow a return this time although it's completely in store credit so now I have to purchase something again just to use up my money. Plus I thought this company was located in Seattle, my return is being sent to Nevada. I wouldn't order from here again.

I am so sorry I did not do my research. Ordered on May 12th -- still being shipped all over the US and don't know when I'll ever get my item.
PLEASE do not order from them unless you are willing to wait and wait, etc...
I cannot speak for satisfaction of the shoes I ordered, good price, but given the other comments I am concerned now about the quality and true sizing. I'm not out too much if they don't work since I understand there are no returns (I see why, that should have been my rip off clue). When something is too good to be true, buyer beware.

I've always bought from zulily but this will be the last time I buy from them. I ordered my daughters Christmas gift on November 26th and it said Christmas delivery guarantee. Please explain to me why I still haven't received anything. Of course I've emailed them and haven't got a response from them. Very professional Zulily. Please dont advertise a delivery date if it's not gonna be that way.

I ordered 4 times from zulily. I can say I am very please with all, the products and the service. I ordered well known brands so I did not have any problems with the sizes or the quality of the product. I ordered 4 pair of shoes and many baby clothes. Delivery took 2 weeks to Australia. I am pleased with that as here delivery takes longer usually. People are too lazy to check what they are buying so if ourse they are disappointed. I had some bad experiences shopping on other websites but it was mainly my fault as I did not check the items properly.

I am a regular shopper on Zulily. I love it for the unique clothing that I can get for my daughter. The site is very up front about why the items take a while to ship and so I just shop accordingly. The customer service is great and I have even been on the phone for upward of 5 minutes with a rep while he explained the process and why it takes 4 weeks sometimes to get your item. When I ordered something and it was out of stock, they credited my account and gave me a $10 credit. For my daughters clothing, I love it.
I have oredered shoes for myself and some home goods from the site and have been pleased. I will say that the size guides have proven unreliable when it comes to clothing for adults. Unless I know exactly how the brand fits me, I stay away from ordering my own clothes. Kids are much easier to fit, though.
Tip for consumers:
order according to what you know abou the time it takes to ship. I order Christmas clothes and toys in October when they start putting those boutiques up, etc/

I like the products that Zulily offers, most of the clothing is of quality. I have recently made purchases that are taking a very long time to receive and the quality of the products are terrible. I have slowed down on making purchase, because of the shipping time. Shopping with other companies so I can receive my product in a timely fashion.
I heard Zulily is receiving most products from China, if true I will not be shopping at Zulily in the near future.

I gave Zulily one last chance and I'm sorry I did. I know shipping takes a while so I ordered items for my children to be entertained with in the car during a long trip, cross-country trip. Even though I ordered 20 days in advance, the items have not arrived in time. I am going to have to go out and pay even more money somewhere else to get stuff for my children. Totally not worth the time and shipping costs to shop here.

I ordered a comforter from zulily. It was very poor quality. The return policy said if you weren't happy with the item for any reason they would make it right. We'll making it right was refunding me 10 percent which I have not received and telling me to donate the comforter to charity! Will never order from them again!

I have been a customer for several years. They used to have excellent customer service. They used to refund your account when you were not pleased with an item. I recently ordered 3 sets of curtain panels. One set arrived with holes in them. I contacted customer service. ( I sent pictures of the holes), they sent me a shipping label to print off, and told me to send them back for a partial refund, and I would have to pay for the label! Seriously! And they would only give me store credit 5 business days after receiving the product... no thanks! ( plus, I needed the 3rd set of panels to complete my window) I have found items cheaper elsewhere. I also don't like how long it take for them to ship an item, and the very slow shipping speed. I will never buy from them again! There are much better online shopping sites!

In my opinion there is no excuse for an order to take so long to ship! I ordered a few items on Dec. 3 and one item, a shirt, won't be shipping until Dec. 27th. My shipped items can't be tracked! I click the tracking number and FedEx says it can't be found. I have ordered from other sites SINCE Dec. 3 and not only have they been shipped but they have been received and 1 of those orders came from China! No excuse. For those that gave a 4 or 5 star, I hope you love working for this company because those are the only people who would give such a good rating.

Wow! I'm over the top impressed with Zulily's customer service! I ordered a nautical themed quilt from them. I received it today and its the wrong one. I emailed them and within 15 minutes I had a response. They no longer have the 1 wanted and they are going to refund my money. They told me to keep the 1 I received and either use it or donate it!

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my son when I received them they were poor quality and too small. And 8 always fits him sometimes too big. These looked like they were made in mexico (no offense) im Mexican. They was paint on the side of the shoes that made them look white! Really I would never put my son in these crappy shoes.

Takes 18 days to ship the order, then says I'll receive it within 6 days! Almost a month to receive my order seems ridiculous! 1st and last time I ever order from this site! I hope this chart I ordered is lined with gold and diamond encrusted then it maybe worth the wait. Otherwise I'll spend my money elsewhere!

I ordered three tops in size small. The first one arrived in size XL. I called customer service and was told "sorry, we'll send you a new top in the correct size." Replacement top arrived today and it is also a size XL. The other two tops have yet to arrive after three weeks. Never again would I order from them.

Finally the delivery date arrives and I receive an e mail stating my order is out of stock. I actually needed the item for a gift the week before. Now they have phone problems and can't answer. Nice merchandise but on my first purchase it is deceiving on the date it will ship. I assumed it would ship like everything I have purchased online - quick! However, I placed the order and 3 days later they send me an email on "How Zulily Works" which told me it normally ships within 12 to 15 days! Tell me that when I bought it and I probably would not place the order. On top of that, I called Zulily and they inform me that my shipping dat is 6/23/15, which is 18 days after I ordered! I looked back on my order and it says nothing about shipping time. This order will take about 3 to 3 1/2 WEEKS from the day I ordered it until I received it. Amazon has no need to worry with this competition.

Ordered a dollhouse for my daughter and they promised it would be here before the 24th. Just talked to them and they said sorry you will not have it on time. Why promise your customers that it will be here before, I guess I should have ordered it from Amazon instead of trying to save $. Now I have to go out and find a gift from santa for my daughter. Thanks Zulily for nothing. And by the way, I don't think that I will be needing your $10 credit since I just can't trust your website after reading so many negative reviews.

I order 3 items at the same time. They came in 3 different times. The first was took 21/2 weeks to arrive. The second was 3 1/2 and the third took over a month.
They only response I received from them was a standard one: Check the tracking number and thank you valued customer. They took no responsibility what so ever.

It took a few hits and misses, but I found the brand and the sizes that work for me. They are much more fashionable than I can find at other big name retailers, so I shop almost all my clothing needs on Zulilly. There isn't an outfit I don't wear that I don't receive a compliment on, so why shop elsewhere! The only negative is that you have to wait longer for the items to ship, but if you can be patient it is worth the wait.

Zulily always has something for every room in my house. If I'm not cray about the style they have today then tomarrow they are sure to have a different style. They have plenty of close for women and kids. They are starting to show more men's which is good because I'am the one. Who purchases my husbands clothes. I'm always pleased with the wide variety and well known brands they carry.

Although their sizing is way small, I have figured out that if I order a size XL from them in dresses and a L in tunics, I will be happy. ( I wear a M in most clothes) Zulilly has been prompt and the customer service has been great with me when I have had a problem. They fully explain that their items take longer to arrive, so don't complain when you wait 2 or 3 weeks. I have saved a lot of money buying some of the skincare products and it is well worth the wait.

I have to say that 50% of the time my orders exceed expectations and 50% of the time I'm disappointed, either in the quality, the sizing, or the item is nothing like the description. The one time I tried returning something I was credited 1/3 of what I paid for it. I've been tempted to order more expensive items but the previous problems definitely hold me back.

I enjoy looking at all of the fun items that Zulily has. I recently received a blouse that has a beautiful color and pattern. The description stated that it was a cotton and spandex combination for stretch, however it is all cotton and and very coarse texture and quite thin. Not sure the quality is there for the price. Have another one on the way but don't expect it will be as described either. Usually items meet expectations, especially with well known brands, however in this case a bit disappointed that the description doesn't match up with the actual product.
