I placed an order for 3 pairs of Spanx (a very well-known company) on March 29,2015 and am STILL waiting for my purchase! I only ordered from this site because the price was very reasonable... big mistake! I should have just ordered from the Spanx site, like I usually do; I would have had my items by now! Very, very slow! This was my first, and last, time ordering from this site. I would not recommend it!

I placed an order November 23,2013, they broke my stuff into 4 separate packages even though they are from only two different brands. I got my first e-mail stating that some of my items had been shipped on December 13, but with an estimated delivery date of 5-10 business days. Today (Dec. 16) I got the last e-mail out of the four stating that my package had been shipped and again that means I won't be getting that stuff until the end of the month! I'm very disappointed, never imagined it would take about a MONTH for me to get my stuff. I get diapers I order online in TWO days and whenever I buy clothing I wait ONE WEEK tops to get my stuff. Not only that, most of their stuff cannot be returned, but even if it was can you just imagine how long that would take! Just a waste of time... They do have neat and super cute stuff for little girls but I'm sure they can be found in other websites, more efficient ones.

I have ordered twice. The first was a Thomas the Train wooden set. It came with 6 engine pieces and 1 of them played music. It also came with a nice wooden box we can use for storage. Comparing to Walmart, it was about $65 of train pieces for $28. Awesome!

The second time I ordered, I was able to cash in one of my $15 referral credits towards 3 pairs of jeans. They arrived in less than 3 weeks. I paid $11 for each pair.

Shipping is slow. You just have to plan ahead. The jeans I bought were for next year, I buy everything in advance for the best deals. If you don't get all torked up about the shipping time, you can snag a great deal.

I have ordered several items at different times... some items have shipped I thought quickly and then... the majority of items take FOREVER to arrive... I have not had the experience of receiving bad products except for a coated frying pan I could have bought at the family dollar store... perfume, kids shoes for granddaughters, jacket for grandson and a lot of kitchen stuff was quality stuff, ride on toys for all my grands, except for the pan from a unknown brand... buy from companies you have heard of and most of all... TRUST YOUR GUT!. I have contacted customer service and have not had a bad experience. I will order from them again... order, sit back, relax and forget about your order and it will eventually come... sad but true.

Ordered item for birthday party of Great Niece with Message card - and had it shipped to their home. Well, party came and went - no item - I call and they say they will change the ship address and be sure to include the card - guess what - got it at my home address weeks later with no card. AND they charged my bank account sooo many days later that my account bounced - since I thought it had come out over a month ago! Sizing was way off, do not recommend - cute clothes - just... unreliable.

Offer placed nov 17th not an xmas present. Clothing for my husband to wear to work. Shipping was suppose to happen on Nov 25th. Only stays I get is will arrive by xmas. Who cares. By the time I get these it will be spring and he won't need them.

Complete BS about how they do business. I ordered a size 44 and was sent a size 40, they got shipped out of a state that's 2 hours from me and I asked them for an exchange and they wouldn't handle that. I said I would get the item back to them asap and all they can say is "there is nothing we can do for you" the supervisor is way worse than the representative. I will never ever shop from there, again!

I just received an email that my item has not even been sent out of zulilly and the order was placed over a month ago. "Do you still want this item?" it asks me in an email after saying it has no ship date in sight now, that my money will be refunded if it isn't sent within 30 days from THE EMAIL. This is the third time this has happened to me. I'm DONE.

I agree with Mary B. I am also a Zulily shopaholic. I have always loved everything I have
Ordered. I understand the concept of waiting to get the item. I love the shipping cost and
Especially the free shipping weekend deal. They even go so far as to give you money
(I think 10 dollars) if you are not able to receive your item from some fault on their end.
I have only ordered 2 children's dresses, and do not know about the sizing problems everyone has mentioned, but I am sure they are not making up things. I really love

Just keep in mind that when you order you have to wait. I am sure that is
what keeps the postage price down. Also keep in mind that I don't think

I need a one step program for my zulily addiction! LOL I am obsessed with Zulily! I tell everyone about Zulily! Unfortunately I never get credit for it! But I do tell everyone! I have to get the packages before my husband gets home and make sure to hide them in the closet before he see's them because he thinks I have a "shopping" problem lol NOT ME!

I ordered five (5) tops; one was damaged-I emailed a picture of the hole and received a full refund and told to donate the item. I kept one that did fit (had a different size chart). The other three (3) I am returning; paying 5.95 shipping fee. After meticulously measuring myself I ordered the size the size chart told me to. The tops were huge on me and have to return them. However, I only receive a store credit, no refund! The prices were not that great and the quality very poor. Would do better to buy from Marshall's or TJMaxx!

Tip for consumers:
After reading the other reviews it seems their policy changes from day to day. Some people receive a refund while others do not. Just be prepared to not get anything for your $ plus headaches!

Zulily is such a waste of money. Don't ever buy from this website, unless you want your article of clothing get wrecked the first time you wear it. I am so disappointed I really wish I never wasted my money of this piece of crap clothing company.

I would not order from this site again. Ordered an outfit and top and bottom did not match. They refunded one item and gave me a store credit for the other. The outfit is useless. Very disappointed with my first experience. Would not buy from again. The quality was not there also.

Just received shirt I ordered for my son that showed 'Pluto' brand on tag in picture online. Received shirt and its the cheap 'Rabbit' brand you can buy at Walgreens--not a Pluto shirt.

It is not legal to bait and switch but they do. When emailing them with a pic and asking for a explanation, they did mot respond. Just noticed a $10 credit I can use but NO notification even in regards to credit.

BUYER BEWARE! You may not receive what you think you ordered!

When I first joined years ago your prices were set for the average person. Iknow prices have gone up, but the majority of yours items, are from companies that are kind expensive.The average person would have a hard time making up her mind to spend a lot of money. I still shop occasionally, but for the budget minded woman and mother the prices on things makes it hard to make a purchase.

I like that some items are now returnable. I am starting to stick to known brands because sometimes the quality of items are not up to par or the clothing sizing is way off, even after checking the size guide. I appreciate the rocket that indicates merchandise that can ship out quickly.

I've ordered from Zulily.com multiple times. It's a fantastic idea, but you have to read the fine print & return policies to understand how they work. It does take a long time to get the items. Only once did I not get what I ordered b/c they ran out of stock, & they refunded me before I knew it was a problem. The items are often current to the stores at a huge discount - I've seen the same items in Dillards & Macy's for much higher prices. I go & browse from time to time just to see what deals they have. If you want the convenience of department stores, then go to a department store. But for great finds, at great prices, for which you can wait... Zulily is great!

** I do not work for them & I don't know anyone who does. I am a Mom of 2 in middle, TN.

Read their policies before ordering & know shipping takes awhile because of the nature of their business.

I have been purchasing from Zulily for well over 4 years! I have nothing negative to say! They do offer name brands (never had a problem with fake merchandise, and I KNOW fake) but they also have some independent merchants and some are questionable. So I know what tomorrow from them! I get amazing deals on the brand name stuff and once in a while I buy from an independent (at my own risk) and have not been disappointed. Every single time I have had an issue (2xs in 4 years) Zulily has gone far and beyond my expectations to set it right! I will continue to buy from them as long as they are a company! I check deals every single day!

I love this site! I always find good prices. And I always find things I don't even know I want at an awesome price. I'm not so sure that's always a good thing. I've never had a problem returning anything I needed too. I would and do recommend this site to everyone.

The prices look great and presentation is fabulous. Cute, CUTE styles! But OMG you will wait, and wait, and wait, and wait... and PAY A FORTUNE FOR SHIPPING for the pleasure of waiting weeks to receive a shipment. Customer service explains that it's because items come from all over the world. Ummmm... yeah? And?

If Amazon can do it, they should be able to do it, too. If not within a few days, certainly within 10 days. I've ordered out of China and received the item in 6 days!

I gave gift certificates at Christmas. I look like a total MORON to friends and relatives who all have asked me..."what was so great about this company that you gave them as a gift?" And I have to answer that I'm really sorry but I didn't realize how crappy they were to do business with.

Still waiting for 3 orders placed weeks ago. I hate this company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't!!! Go to Amazon, or Target, or even Walmart. Spend a little more, but get it before you grow old. Horrible shipping time, and it's expensive too.

Set of sheets arrived with stitching coming out of the fitted sheet. There was a chunk of lint and threads folded up inside the sheets. I have washed these sheets 3 times now and there is still lint and threads on them. I can't use them. I was also suppose to get free shipping for the time period I ordered. Nope... I got charged. Lesson learned... read reviews first.

I ordered over $500 dollars worth of plus size clothes. I decided to order a couple of sizes bigger then the norm to be on the safe side. It took my items approximately a month to arrive but I was alright with that. I received my items separately but all came in very close to each other, just days apart. Majority of my items fit very well. A couple of items such as a couple pair of jeans were a little tighter then I wanted (my usual size) but I can still wear them. Some of the items were a bit bigger then I wanted but that was to be expected because of ordering 2 sizes larger ( still wearable). One item I ordered was cancelled and to my surprise, Zulily had refunded me the price to my credit card and gave me a small store credit, that I have not used yet. Overall, I am very satisfied with my items!

So I'm online looking for some new summer clothes and zulily site comes up in my search. I click on it and see a cute dress but as soon as I click on the link to the dress a pop-up shows up telling me to sign in or register! WTF? I am just looking and do not know if I am going to buy anything from them. But apparently you need to be a MEMBER just to look! Good grief! Costco is a member only business but you can go to their site and LOOK without signing in! FU Zulily! I will go elsewhere!

Order from Zulily if you like to wait 2 months to be told that your order has been cancelled. I ordered onesies with matching pants, and and both times, the pants have been cancelled... along with half of my order AFTER my order status on those items said "in transit to Zulily" for a month. I am SO pissed with them. I ordered an outfit that i was planning to take my son home from the hospital in since i am on bed rest, and waited for over a month to find out that it has now been cancelled.
