I like prices but sometimes the sizes don't jive. Therefore you pay shipping twice, once when you order and again if you have to return something. I have gotten stuck w items I can't use because it cost more to return it. UGH I'm

I finally received my order 4 weeks after ordering. As to the fit, I am very busty and I ordered what I thought was ample enough size to fit well. They are very tight across the bust. The clothes themselves were made well. But the sizing and style of the tops I ordered were not represented well in the online catalog. I have kept them but I will not order again from this company.

I placed my first order with Zulily on April 1st for some cute vacation clothes. Little did I know that the clothes would trickle in by 6 different mailings, the last arriving yesterday May 8th. (3 weeks after said vacation) Some clothes fit and some did not- the sizing was not consistent. To return clothes you have to call or e-mail customer service. Not only are they charging me for the return label, but also a restocking fee for clothes that don't fit... AND I can only get what's left of my refund by Zulily credit. I don't want to do business with them, but it looks like I have no choice if I want my refund.

I will admit that some of the giftware is fine but the clothes run very, very small. I decided to only order brands I was familiar with if there was a good deal. So far 2 pair of size 9 shoes, dansko and earth, have been passed on to my size 7.5 friend. Will not do this again. The shipping is slow but that is clearly stated on the site.

I have never had a problem with items purchased from Zulily. All have been quality from reputable brands. Delivery has always been fast which I appreciate. Although I have not had to deal with customer service, my expectation is that it would be professional. I look forward to purchasing from Zulily for many years to come.

I use to purchase a lot from Zulily but am having a difficult time purchasing as much from them. It appears to me that whoever was doing Zulily's ordering, is no longer doing it. And the shopping selection has been disappointing.
The other thing is that the sizing is not consistant. In the past, I have ordered an XL and the item would fit a person who takes a small.

I love the finds on Zulily. I like that I can order something that I will not see everybody else wearing. The only drawback is the shipping that you have to pay on a return. This makes me a bit more cautious when ordering. I find brands that I really like and trust. Keep them coming.

There are so many other sites to order better clothes and you may get them before the month+ it takes to get these crappy Zulily clothes! Lowest quality clothes, terrible customer service, takes over a month to receive.

I ordered two shirts from Zulily. One came fairly quickly but the second one too a really long time to get. I ordered size small but the shirts are more a medium. I wanted to return them but after paying for return shipping and a re-stocking fee they only offered me $2 a shirt, I paid $14.99. I won't ever order from them again.

I have ordered for two years from Zulily and I've learned not to order items I need in a timely manner. HOWEVER this year I fell for their "guaranteed by Christmas" deals. Ha! I called Dec 22 to see if I was getting them and the answer was Not by Christmas. I really don't have time to shop now! Ands 15 dollar credit with them just doesn't cut it. Bah Humbug!

Zulily is a waste of time. They do not ship on time and when they do finally get delivered my item was damaged and I emailed customer service as instructed on website and no one returns emails or calls you back on how to return them and is has been over the two week return period and I still have not received anything from them. Not impressed not worth the time. They flood you with emails about sales and promises and do not deliver in the end not a value and definitely not a good deal. Waste of money. Waste of time this Mom is done with them, will never order again from them!

Buyer beware don't expect to get it on time or that it won't be damaged because they do not facilitate returns. And another thing if it is damaged you are expected to pay to return it. if you can ever get information to do it.

This company and customer service is absolutely REDONKULOUS. Received an email stating the items I purchased would ship within 10 days. 10 days passed and I emailed them only to be told 12-14 days. That passed and was then told 16-17 day. That's gone and passed and now I'm being told 17-19 day in which it's been over 21 days and nothing has shipped. F@!# Zulily! Do not support this terrible company!

Zulily is the epidome of Fashion offing sensational items at much lower costs like no one else! However, I would like to offer two suggestions that would make it easier for customers to order. Before the Holidays which are quickly approaching, why not allow customers 45 days to return items? In addition, 4-6 flex pays would allow customers to order many more items.

I am sick to death of ordering items on Zulily, waiting weeks to get them shipped, only to be notified that the order is cancelled. They always send the cheap stuff, but when you order something expensive or something you really want, they cancel the order and then send you an email celebrating that they are giving you $10 credit (of course only to be used on something else that will be cancelled). I've spent thousands of dollars on that site and I am DONE. They suck and that is all there is to it.

Zulily, where do you get your merchandise? The sizing is so small for the one on the label an xl should be just that. Why should one bear the cost of returning, flawed items. I feel so cheated. There should be a law for what you are sending out as good merchandise. You should have a return policy if you are legit.

I ordered extra large and received a small size that says extra large. The quality is not good either. Shipping is expensive and it takes a long time to receive order. I believe they make their money on 1st time buyers and not repeat customers. Zulily is bad business.

Awful! I ordered some maternity clothes that will ship a month after I ordered them. I'll probably be too big for them by the time I get them. What is wrong with this awful company! Before you order it should tell you you'll have to wait over a month to receive something. Also much in the site is final sale only. Their FAQs don't even mention that. This is a terrible site that won't be around for long.

This was my second purchase from Zulilly and I was not satisfied with my full order, so I called customer service to find out how to go about returning one of the products I purchased. I Was connected to a representative, a young man and I told him which purchase I was not satisfied with. He said, "no problem, I refunded your purchase back to your card for that item and you can keep the package and donate it to any charity you like". Who does this? Know company I have ever shopped at. I will forever be a Zulilly customer.
