I understand a lot of people had terrible experiences shopping here, so I was pretty worried after I made a purchase, but everything turned out great for me. I got an adorable, comfy sweater like $30 cheaper than I would have at another site, the size and quality was perfect, and it arrived like a week after I ordered it. A lot of people may have gotten screwed over by this company, but I wasn't one of them. Lucky me!

Don't waste your time, the website is always down. Don't know why they spend so much to advertise but can't spend money to hire an IT person. There are other sites out there willing to take my money, so screw zulily!

I ordered 3 bras at same time. All 3 came in separate wasteful separate packaging over packaging rather in one box. Horrible environmental waste
Company refused to allow me to return one bra with a poor fit due to "intimate" nature of item. Seriously? A bra is no more intimate than a t shirt with regards to a person trying it on. They seem to mistake a bra with a panty

I honestly came by Zulily by accident. OMG, once I got in I could not stop shopping I was buying everything from adults, babies, kitchen stuff slow cooker, car vacuum, electric can opener etc. I believe really got me started was on the baby clothes they were so cute everything I look at I wanted it.

I love Zulily. I look at the site daily and love to shop there. I've ordered a lot of things over the last few years. There's only one thing I'd change: The ammount of time it takes to get most of the things I order. Sometimes you label items that can ship rapidly. I sure wish you could send everything as rapidly. If you could then I'd order more--like gifts for others. I've gotten clothing in the past that are out of season by the time I have received them. I know that I'll get them, but they may have to wait in my closet for 3 seasons before I can wear them.

Everything I have ordered is great. Zulily has so much to offer. Zulily always honor the product even when defective which is rare. They also refund your charges when the USPS delivers my package to the wrong address which was done twice at no fault of Zulily. Everything I have ordered in regards to clothes fits to size.

I have really liked Zulily, I have gotten a lot of great products from there. Their shipping cost has gone up and the shipping time on more items than usual is taking longer, they are coming directly from China. I have had a quite a few items that have been canceled after I've ordered them as well. But overall I do like the site and the products and ease of shopping online through them.

I am simply amazed at the deals on Zuilily. Each time you log in, it is like a brand new shopping experience. The only negative is the $8.95 restocking fee they charge on returns. That's a bit steep IMO.

I enjoy using zulily to find great deals and items that I can't find close to home. They feature a great selection and new deals every day! My only problem with the site is that sometimes it takes a while to ship my orders. Other than that I have been happy with just about every purchase I've made.

I was taken in by the beautiful pictures and stylish styles. Oh my, the actual products were so cheap! This is literally a place for very very cheap China products. Suzanne Betro line is shipped directly from China. I spent a few thousand dollars because I had been out of work for so long and had not been able to buy anything for a few years so I desperately needed clothes for my new job. I was so excited until I received the clothes and jewelry. I feel so sick that I trusted them and spent so much hard earned money. I can't wear any of these clothes to work! The suggested retail prices they show are not real. The fabric and workmanship is super cheap! Seriously don't be taken in by the deceptively low prices and beautiful pictures. Because you can't return anything there is no incentive for the brands to make quality products. I submitted reviews for the products on Zulily but can't find any reviews posted any where. Don't trust them you will be disappointed.

So at first I thought the prices of the things they were selling was really good. It seemed like designer merchandise at Target prices, so I bought a few things. I just got the things I ordered and I can't believe how cheap it is. I realize that this is the reason why they don't allow returns. These clothes are even cheaper than H&M! They're not even wearable. I feel so ripped off

Ordered a dress and pair of shoes. They both looked nice on the website. The dress, well it probably cost a dollar in fabric and labor and the shoes? I was almost floored by the fumes from the shoe material when I opened the box. Looked so much cheaper than in the photo. They have a nice website and a good photographer but their merchandise is JUNK!

First time ordering from Zulily; I ordered a sweater, shirt and two pairs of leggings, price was good, shipping time was longer than expected (but i was ok with that). What i was not ok with was the smell of the clothes... OMG, the worst ever! Even after washing, so very disappointed. I will not recommend to anyone and i will NEVER order anything from Zulily again!

I ordered 3 items recently. One of the sweaters has a gold metallic thread going through the entire sweater. This metallic thread did not show up in the picture nor was it mentioned in the description. The second sweater has sequins all over the front of, once again, no mention of sequins in the description or in the item photo. I will be donating these items because i find them very uncomfortable. Also, their sizing is so very inconsistent. On items i have ordered in the past, mediums can be very large on me and sometimes a medium is so small i cannot even put it on. I keep ordering from them hoping some day i will really get the the product pictured. I am finally convinced that is not ever going to happen.

Zulily has a great variety of product from clothing to home goods to nick nacks. The prices are generally lower than anywhere else. The customer service is very good. The agents are friendly and very helpful. Some of the products are better than others. Hard to tell from the descriptions and photos of the item. Best thing to do is read the reviews, if there are some, and decide from there. In general I've been pleased with my purchases. The junky ones I either returned or gave away. There is a return fee, so note that.
Tip for consumers:
Try to be sure of your purchase because their is a return fee.

I would love to give Zulily a 5 star but they fall short on delivering true plus size clothing. They have many different brands that say they are plus size when in fact they are not. Suzanne Betro brand is the best they have for plus sizes. True to size and fit. I don't consider an 18 a plus size because in stores they are with regular ladies clothing, Zulily really needs to put their foot down about how some of these labels are not true plus but says they are. Zulily return policy is great tho.

I am disabled post-stroke and use Zulily for everything for myself and my 10yr old grandson. It is important to me that the products I order online are the best quality and fit my budget. I tell everyone I know about Zulily and give the company high marks. They are amazed at how such great quality is also priced so very reasonably. You should see their faces. Hopefully, this will influence everyone to use Zulily. I tell them that they will not be disappointed.

Service has been good and I have been pleased with most purchases. Some clothing comes from China and is cheaper quality. I have been pleased with home items. Shipping costs have gone up. They say they have the best deal and often compare to Amazon, but when you factor in the shipping vs. Amazon Prime the cost is the same and sometimes more. If you order more than once during the same day shipping is free on the second order. So I order 1 item then go back and place another to pay less shipping. They should just give a single shipping rate no matter how many items you order. It can also take weeks to get your order.

T-shirts, etc. arrived fine, sized okay, etc. BUT The (Flame) Smart Gear bike we had shipped to our grandson arrived in Bubblelicious (all pink) and NO RETURNS... so we're left with having to paint and remodel the bike. A customer service rep said she'd have someone contact me: no response. Beware.

I will give one star because I have to. Ordering from Zulily is the absolute worst mistake I have made. No returns, only a store credit. They ship by dinosaur. Nothing is what is seems. I will NEVER EVER do business with Zulily, let alone invite a friend!

Ordered a gift card for Body Shop, and tried to use it. Turns out the GC can only be used on FULL PRICE items. The condition for the purchase was completely undisclosed.
When I complained, Zulily claims it's a condition set by the merchant, they're not responsible, and the sale is final.
This is equivalent to a store selling spoiled meat and then claiming that they didn't realize the food was spoiled, but the sale is still final. If there are conditions for a gift card, it's Zulily's responsibility to find out from the merchant BEFORE reselling it to me.
But no... they wash their hands of it. Poor customer service - do not buy from these cheats/shills.

Ordered several things for my girls. Some were just ok and others were not... As for as quality goes. SHIPPING TAKES FOREVER! 2-3 wks... that's too long especially when the money is immediately taken from your account. Packing is pretty good tho

I ordered one item and was appalled by the fabric - 98% polyester which I did not see on the order site (polyester is toxic) - but also by the off-putting returns policy (no appreciation for customer satisfaction AT ALL). Of course, it was made in China which explains the low price point but I would be happier to pay twice as much if made somewhere in the Americas. I am literally throwing this item out versus go through their obnoxious return policy.
