LOVE shopping on Zulily! Can find items with great prices -- brand names, as well as others. Always get a great deal when shopping with them. I've purchased everything from sheets to shoes and things in-between. They're always bringing the best prices from name brands. Especially proud of the deals with Jambu, BOC and Clark shoes/boots!

I ordered shoes - probably not a good idea to begin with. The product was definitely not worth the long wait - and although they were very inexpensive - I could have gotten them at a target or kohls or walmart. Now I'm stuck since they can not be returned. The fit is terrible. The quality is cheap.

I have purchased many things from Zulily. Shipping is always on the slow side. Quality is hit or miss. They really should watch whos products they allow on their site. I have reveived several poorly packaged/damaged items. They refunded the money. Most definitely gone downhill lately.

What good is an online store without the proper customer service? I am so disappointed in my first and ONLY order made with this company. How are you going to ship me an ill-fitting garment made of cheap fabric that looks completely different online; and then not refund me when I just want to return it? Now, not only are you going to take more money from me to ship it back to you, you are only going to give me a store credit? This is not the way to retain customers. You should really re-think this policy if you want a more more and returning customers.

My biggest complaint is the slow shipping. I ordered a purse but it arrived so late I couldn't use it this summer. Back it went.
I've been saying since day one you all need to fix your site so when you click on a product you don't have to start over when you go back to the main page. Other than that I enjoy Zulily.

Zulily has a lot of issues and the deals aren't that good. Shipping takes way too long and they don't show where items are coming from so you can decide if you want to wait to get an item from Asia. Oftentimes the description of the product is incorrect and you have to ask for free return shipping which you may or may not get.

I have been shopping on Zulily for about 6 years and have only received maybe one or two items that didn't work for me. The customer service was really great and gave me a credit. I always get compliments on the clothes I purchase. I love the prices, and I don't think shipping is bad when you pay shipping for one item and you have free shipping on most everything else for the rest of the day. And if it is the weekend, you get free shipping until Sunday night. You can't beat that. I haven't ordered anything really heavy like furniture though so I wouldn't know about that. It may be inconvenient to return, but I just make sure to watch the size charts when ordering a brand that I haven't tried before and then I don't have to worry about it. I will definitely continue to shop with Zulily.

Quality products that I love to have in my home. Easy to shop. Never had a problem. From gifts to buying for myself everything arrives in great condition. Love finding items that are different from what stores sell. It can be addicting, because you want everything!

Bought a pillow on there that claimed to be the same as other top of the line pillows. Turned out that it was a cheap imitation of horrible quality. In the end I asked to have it returned and they wouldn't give me my full money back. This site is out there to scam people.

Anytime you order it takes a month just to prepare an order. I placed an order over a month ago. Two days later it says "preparing order for shipping"... two weeks later "preparing order for shipping"... a month later it's the same. They refuse to cancel and refund the order. They have offered me a lot of credits that I will never use bc I will never order from them again.

I will never purchase from Zulily AGAIN! I purchased a pair of boots and when I received them they were incorrectly labeled on the size, when I contacted Zulily they told me it was an unexpected return and they would only give me store credit for the items cost. So I am out the initial shipping fees they charged plus the $20 it cost me to send them back. Beware when ordering anything that could possibly be mislabeled. Because you will be the one that will be paying for it in the long run.

I buy a lot from Zulily and some orders are great, and some are not! Sizing is iffy, too many things take too long to ship, and prices are not as good as they used to be. They give you free shipping when things are messed up, but put a time limit on it. Takes a long time to get your money back if an item doesn't ship or can't be filled. I hope things get better, or I won't be ordering as much. Some items are not made well. They need to really screen their vendors.

The past two times I have placed an order for clothing (boots and a dress) both times the fit has been WAY off. The $8 it costs to return an item is pretty high and way too much to justify me purchasing from Zulily again.

It does take a long time to get your order because, they wait until their event is over, they order it and then once they (zulily), have it... then they ship it to you.
BUT THIS IS IMPORTANT,... their prices are worse than what we found available in stores. To prove my point we my wife and I ordered 2 dresses, got them in about 3 weeks. Saw the exact dresses (both of them), in the store this weekend for much less. Not only that, but several stores in our area have the same outfits for much less.
Look, they are making money and good for them! BUT, I would only buy something you cannot find anywhere else that you just have to have! Otherwise, thumbs down for them.

I love Zulily. I can find almost everything I want here on this App. The BEST customer service, the BEST hold music and absolutely no hassle automaticaed phone system. Returns are easy. Products are 99.5% perfect. Sometimes sizing on clothes is a tad bit off. Just the best all the way around.

I will never order anything from Zulily! For about a year now I have payed attention to all the complaints
For them and will not let go of my money that easy to a company that has such a bad rantings. So I think that I'm the smart one here! Never!

Buyer beware! Absolutely no returns, no refunds! Sizes are almost always not true to size. Make sure you look at dimensions. Ordered a pillow with a saying on it, not paying attention to size. It came and was the perfect size - for an baby - about 3" x 5"! Don't order unless you are absolutely sure you can use or regift!

My very first purchase was my last, unfortunately. I found this one jacket that was amazing looking on the site! I purchased every color they offered because it was that AMAZING! I also got a few other things. I always refer to sizing charts first, so I knew the size to choose, which was the size I always wear anyhow. Not confusing. After almost a month I finally get my entire order and not one of the jackets even comes close to fitting! I measured them vs what the size chart said and it was about 3-4" off everywhere! I emailed them and they said they'd "allow" a return. So grateful i was that they "allowed" a return of their misrepresented items! So gracious! I spent almost $20 to return PARCEL POST mind you! And then about two weeks later get confirmation they have processed my return in... Get This! The form of a store credit! I was like WTF?! Why the hell would i want to purchase AGAIN from a website that shows inaccurate sizing? Still waiting for them to refund me for real.

I love Zulily! Yes, delivery takes forever... You just have to adjust your expectations. Sizes tend to run small, so I orderm size larger and have them altered to fit, if needed. I get so many compliments on the things I find--things that cannot be found at the mall.

BAD experience enarly every single time. I bought from them a few times now and their refunds come slow. They say 10 business days. BUT it's been 14 business days and i still have not yet receive it.
Products come SLOW. They say 10-14 business days. But u can wait up to 2 months!
Flexibility very low especially on refunds..

I received merchandise that was defective twice. One time I ordered a metal bowl, it cut me when I removed it from the box, there were 2 ripped pieces clearly showing and they still shipped it out. I ordered a necklace, the chain was made incorrectly and had a permanent kink in it and could not be fixed. Both times they could not send out new ones because by the time I received them, they were already sold out. They say they don't sell seconds, but I think they do. Some of the clothes I have received were ok, you have to really look at them because they put things on the models to the sides where you can't see what it looks like.

I am opening a youth center and needed lots of bedding. I ordered one quilt to see if the color was as seen on the web. The jade color was a greenish blue, not at all jade. The company will not refund my purchase instead they charged a restocking fee and return postage fee. No one in the company will credit my credit card, they're only giving me a discounted store credit.

I love Zulily and am always so impressed with the variety of good quality items they offer. That being said, their delivery system is not fast and knowing this I only order items which I know will be good quality but that which I am not in a hurry to receive.
