I have been ordering from Zulily for several years now, and they have come a long way. There have been times that I recieved items that were improperly packaged and damaged during shipment and I'm promptly issued a refund. I've also had some just bad items and incorrect items and I love how quick customer service is to respond, and their response is always positive. I have had mostly success with the items they sell however, I stay away from clothes. Which is a shame because they have very cute clothes. But a lot of times the size charts are very off and most of the time it's not worth the return label ($8.95) to return the item. If they offered a better deal on returns, at least for clothing, I would order a lot more. Otherwise, I love zulily.
Tip for consumers:
Items are shipped when stated (each item is different). Most items can be returned for store credit only, but only returned with their return label. The label is $8.95 per 5 items. Not the best deal, unless you are returning 5 items. If an item does not ship out by the day stated, they will give it an additional 3 days or so, then fully refund you if it does not ship. If you order on friday, you get free shipping (to the same address) all weekend which I think is great.

I want my money back - I never had this bad of a quality. The Fabric is stamped with the pattern and if there is a fold while being stamped that area remains white. I bought four shirts and only one is wearable.

Sometimes problems with an order arise. Trying to get it addressed by customer service is hopeless. The don't connect with rep on chat, don't answer the phone and if they bother to respond at all it is with a message that has nothing to do with the message I sent.

I find it odd to see so many negative comments on zulily, any time i had a problem, they take care of it, I had a shirt that came with a hole in it and they gave me my money back and I got to keep the shirt, just fix the hole. And yes their ship times are slow but it CLEARLY noted on the site. I have found the customer service to be Amazing. As for quality of items, it sometimes is a crap shoot, but again I found the customer service reps empowered and ready to help out, even if it is store credit. I did order a shirt and wonder why it fit so small, but my bad I didnt look at he size chart. You really have to read over the whole description and site rules and stuff before you can get too upset.

I have never had a problem returning items that were damaged or ill-fitting. Customer service is amazing... always had a response the same day.
I have always received full credit for any items damaged and also received a $15 credit for the inconvenience. Never had to return anything as I was told to donate item to a shelter. 90% of my purchases from Zulily were amazing. Great prices and great products in general.

Zulily sent my order to another person. When they attempted to contact that person they ignored and kept my items. Zulily refunded me for only part of my order and the compensation they gave me was $35 to use on their website. No thank you! I'd rather not order again so you can ship my things to someone else. Fighting now with customer service to receive the full refund. Never, never again will I use zulily!

This company is awful! Unfortunately I did not read the previous comments before ordering.
It takes months to get your order and the material is cheap. I want a refund but after the reviews I read I will just count it as a lost. Never again deleting zulilly from my emails.

I have only one gripe about Zulily and that is that it's addicting. I find so many awesome things on this site. The price can't be beat. And now that they've improved their return policy it's even better.

Zulily actually buy their clothes from AliExpress and sell it way expensive on their website, they don't care about their customers, something wrong with your order and no return accepted because they knew their staff is not what it looks like. Donot waste your money

Before I placed my order I did not see 1 negative review for this site! I have placed 2 orders 1 on Dec. 1,2013 for 8 items and another on Dec. 5th, 2013 for 5 items.
So far only 1 item has been delivered! I just sent an email today Dec. 20th because there isn't any tracking info. On 6 of the items. Starting to get WORRIED!
Will rate this site after I get my order.

I was impressed by the quality of furniture offered and ordered three pieces (knowing they were not returnable, but I had measured carefully). What I did not expect was that each of them arrived damaged. They were gouged or broken through the packing material and the last was wet. When I laid the console on my rug to assemble it, the dye on the surface was so saturated that it bled on the rug. This is sloppy and surprising!

Know you are buying at a bargain and be ready to do repairs.

Customer service was horrible smart mouth lady on the other end talked to me like i was stupid. Made me feel like she was doing me a favor. I think not. Clothes are cheep and it takes forever to ship... snail mail... dont do it. You'll be disapointed...

I have bought many, many things from Zulily and many are duds. However, I think this has more to do with Zulily's brands. When I buy from a brand I know and trust, I get the quality that I know and trust. I've had a few gems come out of unexpected brands but I definitely cross-reference other sites, items, and read the brand reviews from other sources before purchasing.
I bought an item that arrived broken (the vendor shipped it to Zulily not knowing it was broken) and when I contacted to a replacement/refund. I was refunded the price of the item and given a $5 credit to my Zulily account. Shipping costs alone were $7.99 and I was told to keep the defective product. I lost money on the transaction, not much, but that's not very good customer service. I have had better prices buying direct from the brand than going through Zulily.
Tip for consumers:
Do you research on other sites or buy direct from the brand, you may get a better deal anyways.

I ordered an infant dress from Zulily from the manufacturer "Truffles Ruffles". The order arrived close to the time promised (approximately 3 weeks after placing order) BUT the merchandise was junk! The dress and headband appeared to have been recently made, never steamed, pressed or even had the stray sewing threads removed. In other words, no finishing work had been done. The photos and description of the items were vastly different than the items received. I could have purchased a thrift store dress and had a better result. NEVER AGAIN will I trust a merchandiser on Zulily.

I am a vendor that Zulily solicited for goods to sell. They made me manufacturer over 800 units for them and only offered a portion of them for sale. They have totally screwed my little self-owned company and I wish I had stayed FAR AWAY from them. If you want to support small businesses - don't bother with Zulily!

I gave this company about 5 chances when ordering. Products ran from purses to clothing to decorative items. NEVER AGAIN. Whether it's the undefined timeline to receive a product, to adult women's size clothing really arriving in teen sizes, to just plain ole cheap quality. It is really a negative wash. NO RETURNS policy really seals the deal since you can not return very cheap quality items. Cheap is an understatement.

As long as you can wait a couple weeks for your items, i'd highly recommend this site. Items take a few weeks before shipping due to the nature of their business.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Can't fulfill your order? Defective or wrong item? No problem. Credit back to you for the cost of the item AND a store credit! I love that they take care of you right away. I usually get an e-mail response in less than an hour.

I love this site! Read terms and conditions regarding shipping. With this in mind I only order bigger sizes for my baby. I've made multiple orders with them & I am pleased. I've also had concerns and customer service responded with all my concerns addressed.

Zulilly takes experience to really get a deal. There are so many things to do in order to make sure you are actually getting a deal and buying something of decent quality. Comments from other reviewers are helpful if you want to shop this site. I am sorely disappointed with the merchandise. I looked at all the pics and read the description. It was not the advertised material! The item is okay but I would not have bought it at an off the rack store and I definitely would not have paid what I paid. You can't take the website description

Purchased a pair of boots which were not true to the picture. Tried to return them, they informed me they would only give a site credit, not refund the card. What a joke! First and last time I do with this joke of a company!

I ordered an item that was never delivered. After 6 days, I contacted Zulily via email to customer service (they never contacted me). Their response was that UPS lost my item. UPS said they never got the item to send. They had already charged me for the item. It has been 2 days since I contacted Zulily and they are saying it will be another 3-5 days to credit me my refund. By the way, the item in question is still showing as available on their web site.

I love Zulily. There are new items every day and the prices are great. I do a lot of my Holiday shopping here and also purchase many items for myself. Love the jewelry and the shoes but have purchased sweaters, bedding, and so much more!

I can get just about everything I need in one place. I've had most of my Christmas shopping done since July! I have only had to contact customer service once, and things were handled promptly. I recommend Zulily to just about everyone I talk to.

I ordered 3 blouses, 2 from one site, 1 from a different site. The blouses look good in the pictures but the fit of the blouses was terrible, too small on one and on the other 2 blouses, when I raised my arm I could see my bra and two inches of skin below my bra. Why were the sleeves made that way? As for the apple slicer, I ordered it because it slices an apple into 12 sections, but when I took it out of the package I could see dried food on it and some rust spots. Customer Service was great in response to my complaint about the apple slicer, I received a refund. As for the blouses, I am donating them, I did not bother complaining because of the no return policy.
