I was a long standing customer of Zulily. I put up with the wait, the missed items, the splitting of orders, canceling items after purchase. But now, that's it! I'm done. What did it: they do not back up their designer products. I purchased rainboots, designer ones, that leaked after wearing in a big rain. I take extremely good care of my shoes, so I thought no worries I'll send an email to customer service. Oh wait. It's Zulily! There is no way they will back this up and issue me a credit, a partial credit, a refund, or even offer to contact the vendor for a replacement. Yes, Zulily pulled through again, Mr. Reliable crappy customer service. Nada.

I have been ordering from Zuilly for 2 years. I have found them to be great. I always go online to the "brands" website and check out the items first before ordering them from Zuilly. Sometimes they are even cheaper or comparable and no shipping or tax. The reps have all been super nice and if I have a problem, they have solved it. I even had several items that did not meet my expectations. They credited my acct. And told me to donate the item. I thought that was exceptional customer service. I am a happy camper.

I took a flyer on some tunics because they were so pretty in the picture. I knew the site does not accept returns but figured, How bad can they be? Answer: super, super bad. The tunics are made of sleazy polyester knit; the armholes and neck hole have no facing at all, just a tiny topstiched hem like you'd put on a doll's dress. The whole effect is as if you cut holes in a trash bag and put it on; there is no shaping, no darts, just a baggy length of cloth. If you made this in 7th grade sewing class, you'd get a C-. I'm going to just donate these to Goodwill, but I don't think anyone else would want them either.

I went in lured by the TOMs sale. I didn't even think to look at reviews for the company and I could handle the the long shipping time if I actually got the product at the end of it. I placed the order Sept. 9, set to ship early Oct sometime. Several weeks after the set shipping date, I inquired abouot the status of the shipment. A very polite response later, I was told it would be shipping "soon." Turns out soon means never. They did send me a special sale though, my order had not yet been canceled so I was more willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Still waiting to see if that one gets cancelled.
Bottom line: They can keep their $10 store credit because I will never shop there again. Their customer service is friendly, but unhelpful.

I have been ordering since 2012 and it has been a great site for 3 years. In the last 6 months, their quality has gone down continually. At first it was all name brands that were sold. I used to get great deals on petit ami, crocs, jessica simpson, etc. Now the site has turned to crap... I guess to keep up with demand they have gotten some people to make thin, garbage clothes. My mom ordered my kids beach towels last year and instead of being towel material they were like a wierd fleece, shammy. She contacted them and they never responded. Two years ago when they still cared I had a holiday item I ordered that did not come in on time and they refunded my money, sent item, and gave me a $10 credit. I do not believe they would do the same now. The only good time to shop is when they have hanna andersson clothes. Drop the mic!

I've had great success with the home decorating items I've ordered. Not so much on clothing and shoes. Issues with clothing range from not being able to tell how long items are, colors not like picture shown, and some are very cheaply made. Shoes are sometimes very narrow, and not stated on site. All in all, I'd stick to home decorating items.

I ordered 3 items from here two of which are the same item, all three from the same area; meaning all three were baking items and not 2 baking and 1 clothes. I ordered these exactly 4 weeks ago. If I knew how this process would have went I would have never ordered! One is in route to me. BUT the same item is not and the other is not. I called Zulily today and they said they haven't even got it yet. Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews but I have didn't think I would have problems with this company like this. The only thing the lady on the phone could tell me is that they will refund my shipping cost. Well, thanks but I want what I spent money on! Frustrating! And the saga continues...

Tip for consumers:
PLEASE READ ALL THE COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS AND MAKE YOUR MIND UP, DO I NEED IT IN 2-3 MTHS? IF YOU NEED IT RIGHT AWAY LOOK SOMEWHERE BESIDES HERE.

I have ordered numerous times from Zulily. Sometimes the shipment takes so long to be delivered, I forgot I had even ordered something.
I have so far been lucky on the quality of items I've selected. However, twice now I have ordered something and midway in the shipping process, Zulily changes items on my order. After the first time it happened, I have started taking screen shots of all items I ordered. The second time it happened I noticed the picture and item description changed the day of shipment.
Also I noticed 2 items that I ordered with the "Guarantee by Christmas" promise, changed midway. I have the screen shots of my order where it clearly states under each item they will be delivered by Christmas, then weeks after the order was placed, the "Guarantee by Christmas" has disappeared from order.
Does anyone know what the guarantee is? They guarantee delivery by Christmas or we get our money back, they credit us our shipping? What's the fine print on guarantee?

Customer service, great. Quality of clothing, dismal at best. Today, I've spent nearly $200.00 over the past 2-weeks shopping for clothes at Zulily. I HATE every single top. Two of them were packaged wet, and smell moldy. I will continue to shop for home improvement items, but never again will I waste money on poorly manufactured clothing that retail stores wouldn't touch. AND... Hate it? You have to live with it or give to the Goodwill.

Don't believe their shipping dates for a minute. Once they have you, You've paid, and you wait, and wait, and wait some more. Then you start calling and they say: Oh that item takes a little longer for us to get. So you wait a little longer and... I placed my order on June 15, today is July 7 and the status of my order still hasn't changed. Yesterday I asked that my order be cancelled and that also has not happened. The absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The girl I spoke with on the phone was so rude and made me feel like the bad guy for questioning their company. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I shopped from Zulily. I will never order from them again! No matter how great the deal is!

I have to agree that the service is far too slow but what really disappoints is the quality of the clothes. It doesn't reflect the high quality boutique style clothes it advertises on the site. The material feels cheap and does not wash well! I will never use this site again nor will I recommend it to friends. Very very disappointed in this site:-( Complete waste of money!

I have been shopping with Zulily since the start of the company. 98% of my purchase have exactly what I ordered with full satisfaction. When a problem arises Zulily will go out of their way to help me and make all efforts to correct an issue. 100% I recommend shopping with Zulily. As the company has gotten older, their shopping choices have become an even better with a larger variety and we are the ones that bennifit from it.

Zulily sells garbage that other companies and or stores have stopped selling due to defects or just plain poor quality. Furthermore, Zulily won't give a credit other than a credit to buy more of their garbage. Do NOT shop there... a bunch of defective, lowly quality stuff.

I have been 99 percent satified with all of the items I have purchased for my granddaughter and her step siblings! You need to plan ahead when ordering from Zulily, as they do NOT inventory products, thus enabling the phenomenal prices. This is clearly stated on their website. You pay shipping charges once, then have free shipping on subsequent items for limited amount of time (two days approx.). ALWAYS check the size charts before ordering! They are different with all vendors!
With that being said, I have NOT had good luck with the Women's Clothing! Very poor quality typically and sizes not true to size.
I have recieved excellent service from them when emailing them with concerns. Hope this helps!

I shop Zulily often. I find a wide array of goods. Some things are great; others not so much, but it's up to the customer to look at what they're buying. Customer service is great. My only problem is the length of time to receive the goods.

My first order from zulilly.com was 6 weeks ago. Im still waiting on 2 pieces.of items to be delivered. I ordered 5 ladies tops. I came in the wrong size. I was absolutely dirty with alot of dust and the other are made with material that is not even fit for sleeping in. Its the worst quality material I have seen in my 36 years on this earth. They look like they can only be worn once. I am in absolute disbelief right now. A rating of 1 is honestly too high in my opinion

I have been shopping Zulily for years and love getting your emails daily to see what you have for purchase. I have received a few things that just didn't add up to the way I thought they would but my overall my shopping experiences have been great.

I have been suckered into buying products which are very poor quality, poor fabric and they featured plus size models. I was at first pleased with my purchases. At the 4 product it is just a series of depressing deliveries, shoddy workmanship, some items were just buddled into the zulily shipping like they had been taken from a refuse bin or rag bag.

The one star reviews are from actual customer I bet. My experience was dreadful. Poor quality, got the wrong item, shipping was forever. Never, never buy from this company. It was the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. Donated clothes.

I placed an order at the beginning of last month and have only received one item. It appears that Zulily is just the middle-man. For anything you order from Zulily, they send the order to their supplier in China who fulfills the order, and then China ships to Zulily who in turn ships to the customer. If Zulily has to place an order then why can't they just have the order shipped directly to the customer? I needed my order a week ago... Plus the sizing does not match what I order elsewhere - everything runs smaller.

Tip for consumers:
You'll have to be really patient with shipping. Plus the quality isn't the greatest.

I don't understand how this company stays in business... the items take forever to come, do not look anything like they do in the pictures, and are not returnable. And, oh yeah, they can cancel an order whenever they feel like it.

Very small sized and poor, thin quality of fabric and not true to photo description. Customer service wrote a condescending reply to my email about clothes not matching the photo but it was instructive on how to return for credit. That system sounds like a rigamarole that could go on for years! I gave away the items on the order to someone who might be able to wear them and unsubscribed from their daily emails. I usually don't order on-line, this was pure impulse shopping, I can see how a business could rake in money on one-time-only buyers with this system. Lesson learned.

I have bought numerous items from Zulily including tops, jeans and shoes. Surprisingly all have been very very good. Great sizing (and I am a curvy girl so small sizes really annoy me). All quality items also. I buy from them regularly.

I ordered a hoodie on 2-26 but it didn't ship for about 2 weeks. Then, it turns out the package never arrived because it was shipped to a partial address. When you go on line to see what happened, their address line is too short to include the floor. I cancelled the order and will NEVER order from these people again. Takes too long for them to even process it and then the shipper they use takes forever to ship.

I bought several prints for hanging on the wall, and they were the cheapest looking things I've ever paid good money for. The color was horrible and I sent Zulily pictures to show how the color of the prints was faded in spots. They refused to reimburse me. They won't give you a refund for defective items. I would ONLY buy items that are brands you know - like Under Armour or Life Is Good - but you can still get better prices on Amazon. This site is one of the worst I've ever bought from, and I only shop on-line because I don't have time to shop stores/malls. I have never left a review about an on-line site in the past but every time I see "Zulily", I get mad about them cheating me out of over $100 when they knew the items were defective. I would give 0 stars if possible.
