This has got to be the worst website EVER! I wish I would've read all the many reviews before ordering anything from this deceiving website! I ordered 3 items the first of November and they still haven't shipped after 3 weeks, they say your items will be delivered in 10-14 days, that's a flat out lie! I haven't recieved my items yet, but I'm already preparing to be disappointed from all the reviews I've read! I would not recommend to anyone ordering anything from this deceiving website!

I ordered 3 outfits for my neice's baby on 3/13/12. They have not been received by Zulily as of 3/23/12 and I am not expected to get them till after Easter. At this rate the clothes won't fit the baby. I told them I could never recommend them to anyone due to how long it takes to get the merchandise.

My wife ordered few thing from this site, and the order was delivered to some other address, and shipment is over a month late. Today she called them to cancel the order that has not yet received and they refused to cancel it, my wife told them that it is too late she does not need it anymore, but they completely ignored it.
Beware of their service.

I will never order from this website again and only wished I read the reviews here or any where before ordering. I ordered $280 worth of stuff 11 items this dec. 1 I only recieved one thing I called them they told me they usually do this sometimes and it should be coming in soon. It is now jan. 2 and nothing else arrived called today the guy told me they are having issues getting the rest of stuff... why wouldn't you contact your clients to let them know. I am so not happy with this website and their unprofessional way of handling their business. He told me since it is my first shopping experience with them they will give me a $50 credit with them as if I will even try shopping there again! NEVER AGAIN!

I have no idea how they're able to stay in business with the bad qualities in their items, bad customer service and the exteremly long inaccuate time of arriving! There's reason why they didn't give you more than one view on the picture!

I love that Zulily has a variety to offer! For the most part, I have had good luck with Zulily. There have been a couple of times that I was sent the wrong size of clothing and that the picture didn't necessarily look the same as the product. Shipping can be quite slow at times, but other than that, I love Zulily and have had good luck!

In general I enjoy shopping with Zulily. I have found that some items (apparel) are not of a very good quality. All of the household items I have purchased have been good quality and an excellent price compared to brick and mortar.
I really wish that you would have more items available in petite. Your petite selections are very limited.

I've gotten some great deals but I've also gotten some disappointing ones. Some things run small and don't fit. The no return and limited exchanges makes me steer away from items I would buy if I could return them due to not fitting or being poor quality.
I do enjoy browsing things I would never see otherwise.

I love shopping at Zulily. I find great products at great prices. I also find things there that I have not seen elsewhere. That is not to say that everything has been perfect. I find the items that are not name brand and coming from China to be of poor quality, but I have learned to be savvy in my purchases and to look at reviews from other customers. If I had to make a complaint, it would be on the packaging that is used to ship some items. I know that shipping costs are high and using a plastic, rip resistant bag is economical, but when I have received a damaged item, it is because a bag was used for an item that should have been put in a box (like a structured hat - that arrived flatter than a pancake and was ruined). Returning it at my cost should not happen. Other internet sellers provide for FREE returns. Zulily should get onboard with that.

My leggings are not what I call leggings. Yes they have some strech, but are more like pajama like bottoms. I would not buy from this site again. Reading the reviews made me wonder if I would even receive my item. On the site they look like crop leggings but mine are ankle length. Beware the revolvers are not good.

The quality was poor, the sizing all wrong, this is the second time I was foolhardy enough to shop with zulily. Each experience was bad, I need to return, because the jacket I ordered is sized wrong, does not match the size chart at the website, and the quality is terrible. I paid 5.99 to have it shipped, now they want 8.95 more for me to return it because of the zulily website misrepresentation of the item and the size chart. The balance would have to be store credit, so that I am forced to spend it on their sub quality merchandise. I am opting to keep it. These people need to be shut down.

What I love about this site is finding name brands you can trust and getting them at a great price. But beware of the items that aren't name brand from a reputable company that are mixed in. I've purchased quite a few items, such as chairs, clothing and decor and if it wasn't a name brand it was really cheap junk! I have purchased clothes that are far from the size listed on the label and that look much cheaper then the picture, household items that fall apart upon arrival, chairs that the legs are uneven so they are unstable and rock and items that are just defective. Customer service is quick to credit or replace items that arrive broken but after waiting 2 months to receive something it isn't worth the time hassle of documenting and multiple communications so I try to be very selective now if buying on the site.

So i have been ordering from this company for awhile. Some things come wrong color. Some things come damaged. Some just plain ole crappy. And other times i love some items. It is hit or miss with these guys. The shipping does take forever. And it's hard to differentiate if they are Chinese sizes or US sizes. And customer service is about the worst I've come in contact with. Here's the thing, if you don't shell out a lot of money in the first place then you won't be too disappointed if the stuff sucks. You have to know which brands are good. Suzanne Betro stuff is great. Anandas Collection is great too. Whereas Hot Ginger is terrible. If your not willing to do the research on each of the items then definitely don't order from them.

I downloaded the app to start shopping. I had over $300 worth of product in my cart and kept getting invalid card when I typed it in. I just chatted them and told them the issue I had. Antonia told me to contact my financial institution. I use my card every day so it is not my financial institution. But that is the service I got. No help at all so I guess I won't be shopping on their site. I work in customer service myself and I would fired for this service.

I ordered a dress that was about $40. Weeks went by, and it never shipped. I emailed Zulily, and they told me that there was an error, and I would have it soon. Two weeks later I get an email saying that they no longer have the dress in stock, and they would refund the money but not the shipping, even though they never shipped anything. I never got a refund for it, so I disputed the charge through Paypal, and they denied it saying that Zulily sent them confirmation that the item sent. I told them I had an email proving it didn't, and they basically said too bad. So now I'm out $40 and no dress! I'm not sure how this is even legal.

After being a customer for 5+ years I've learned two things. First, never order shoes or clothing if you don't recognize the brand name because it's usually terrible quality and the sizes/dimension are typically wrong. Second, don't order tickets to shows. I recently tried this and was unable to download them. I contacted customer service and was told their tech people would get back to me. They never did. I asked for a refund since we couldn't attend the show. I was bounced around customer service for weeks and was eventually told that they wouldn't refund my money but would give me a $20 store credit. Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I will never order anything from Zulily again. It's not worth the long wait for merchandise and the incredible frustration in dealing with their recent downgrade in customer service.

My "expensive" cheap $#*! Chinese shoes arrived broken. I cannot find a way to get a refund, they asked for a phot `I sent them one. Now they are radio silent. DO NOT BUY. You are giving your money to a scam. Nothing I have purchased it worthwhile, all scum cheapass $#*!

Like many of the posters here, I've had a bad experience with Zulily and would never recommend this site to anyone. Quite frankly, I think it is a scam! It's true, the site takes a ridiculous amount of time to ship your items (it states this on the site) but I knew this going in- that wasn't the problem. The problem is the quality of the clothing- it's GARBAGE! I ordered 4 items from them, 3 dresses and a shirt-the quality is horrible. Bad stitching, cheap materials... real crap. The clothes are so bad, I would not dare be seen in public wearing them- again, this is an issue of quality. These clothes look like they were produced by a high school sewing class. Now I know why all sales are final! 2 of the dresses, I will wear as PJ's- the third will be thrown out.
Bottom line: Don't waste your time or money. All sales are final.

The worst experience I have ever had. I was really excited, to be getting such a great deal on the rising international duster. I waited a month for my order. I started to get concerned that they did not ship yet. So I called customer service, they where no help knew nothing about ware my order was, just told me to wait a couple more days. I called three times total, and the same answer each time. I checked my order on the 5th week and it said they canceled my order without even informing me. I will never order from zullily again. Its a total scam.

The only reason I searched info about this company is because a banner came across my computer screen so I decided to check it out and it wouldn't even let me browse the site before it demands that you sign up and give your email address. I got an immediate bad feeling so I checked your site and sure enough, the review were rife with comments about shoddy workmanship and bad customer service. Zulily is the best! I love their pricing and I'm always satisfied... I don"t understand all the terrible reviews, especially about the shipping. Zulily provides a shipping chart that tells you how long it will take before your item is shipped, it allows you to tract your items so you will always know where your items are located, and it provides you with the date your package will be delivered to your doorstep. Customer Service is also a PLUS!... Shop Zulily!

Buyer beware. They get second label things and represent them as quality. First let me say I've been a Havaianas wearer for many years. Ordered Havaianas (in my normal size)which was what was advertised by the site on the 2pair I ordered. What they ended up shipping was Havaianas by Dupe. They looked like drugstore flip flops and were too small. Too bad I'll never get to use the Zulily credit they offered because I'll never buy from them again. Don't be duped.

When it offers you the pay in three or two plan don't use, they over charge. I use the pay in three plan and the first payment I doubled up on payments which would have left just one payment left. Wrong they bill you anyway and if you don't pay they will use it against your credit. I tore my card up will no longer be shopping at zulily again.
