I ordered two boots from Ellie and pleaser companies. It took a week for them to ship it to Zulily and then Zulily shipped my order - in 4 days it was here. I was worried itd take forever and im about to move away in a week so Im glad they were fast and I know well I spent 39 bux for two boots that would have cost me 110 bux on ebay or amazon.

Customer service = "1"

Over the course of two months, I have called once and written twice - I have yet to receive a phone call back to discuss my issue:

My issue: ordered a mother and daughter dress - received two childrens dresses.

Very frustrated with Zulily!

I have had 11 emails back & forth + 4 phone calls & 26 days later I have been unable to get a return label that doesn't say "GROUPON" on it. I have been an excellent customer & cannot believe that Zulily has out me through this. Obviously Zulily could care a less about a repeat customer to put me through this. This is not customer service at all!

I love Zulily for the variety. It's fun to shop, and I almost always find something to fit what I started out looking for. I also love the customer service. I rarely have an issue, but when I do, it gets addressed and solved right away.

Very Very happy with my purchase! It took longer than expected only because I didn't take into consideration that it says 10-14 BUSINESS days, not just 10-14 days. I absolutely love what I bought and think I got a great deal. Would definetly buy from them again! Great quality of products!

I broke my own rule about ordering clothes from Zulily that I didn't know anything about. When I got the tops, I thought they were so cute. I am a large/XL. XL fits well with extra room. These tops, I couldn't even get over my head. Definitely not XLs, but that's what the tag said. They won't let me return them (of course), so I guess I'll give them away.

I love this site. Chock full of goodies. They have everything from jewelry to housewares. The only downside, shipping is not the cheapest and it takes a while (10-12 days) to receive. They sometimes have free shipping.

Terrible service. I personally think they are a scam.

After ordering 5 items, 2 of which were incomplete and one was missing, and after waiting for the completion of the order which never arrived for another two weeks, I returned the package to the company after getting in touch and explaining what the problem was.
After another 3 weeks they said they never received my package with the returns and refused to refund my money.

I had to contact Royal Mail with my postage information and receipt and they have told me that is very unusual and unlikely that would happen. They have covered some of the cost although I do firmly believe, just like Royal Mail that Zulily have just taken advantage of the situation.
Just do not use them. They are terrible.

Twice recently I have been sent either the WRONG shirt, or WRONG color, size of some curtains! And of course if you do not send back more then one item you are dinged with the shipping cost! Also, Zulily does not credit your card back as a refund, only to purchase more items. They state, 'good things come for those who wait', but the shipping time, especially from China takes forever! Zulily also states they have new items, but alot of it is the same, just added to another venue. I check daily! Zulily also sends 'reviews' with a possibility of winning 100.00. I have checked on my reviews and items purchased but NEVER see my reviews!? I also wonder WHOM has ever won their sweepstakes!? I have received some nice items, especially, Simply Couture! But some of the items are poorly made, cheap and for the price, not worth it. Zulily needs to step it up some, and the products that do get rave reviews, that company should be brought back for folks to purchase.

I order clothes shoes household items and many other items from Zulilly. I send care packages to my granddaughter who is in college far from me. I have been very happy with almost ALL of my purchases.

I agree with everyones poor comments of this site. I ordered 3 items, my first ever attempt to order on line. But their site looks so good, I still went ahead. I ordered the 3 items end of September hoping they would get here for end of October as we were going overseas and wanted these purchases to take with us. Money went out of my account 20 October and I received 1 item only end of November, no idea where the other are? I have since unsubscribed, not worth the effort or the disappointment!

I have been waiting over a month for an order! I have paid for the order and nothing! No response from customer service either!
I will update my review again when I actually receive the two dresses I ordered!
HUGE Disappointment!

The reviews are so SCARY that I will NEVER shop with Zulily because the reviews are terrible!

1. Reviewers say Zulily batch orders from the manufacturer and then the customer has to wait.

2. Reviewers say Zulily does not accept returns even if the mistake is by Zulily.

3. Reviewers say the Zulily website requires to create an account even just browse.

4. Reviewers say Zulily products are inferior quality with cheap materials and poor construction.

5. Reviewers say Zulily shipping way too expensive.

6. Reviewers say Zulily is a complete RIP OFF or a SCAM!

Prices are reasonable but you will pay shipment. I ordered an item on april 20th and it show shipment on 29th then I check it on that day it changed to May 6. So if your do not have immediate need of the item be prepare to want for 3-4 weeks on delivery. The customer I've talked, she blamed it on their supplier and keep referring zulily as "they"(zulily) dont update the dates, "them" another customer service who answer emails dont know the timeframe of responding to email but she is an employee of zulily

Hi Why did a product advertised as 'socks set' contain only one pair of socks, especially since the photo illustrated three pairs of socks? Two socks does not = a set; it is a pair. This seems like misleading, false advertisement.

Unfortunately, the quality of the products is not very good.
I recently received a top that I have worn & washed once & the seams are coming apart. It is poorly made & the fabric is also of cheap quality.
Another issue I have is that the items are non refundable/returnable.
I could deal with the wait time if the product was worth it, but it's not!

I have emailed Zulily several times about an order I received. The 3 items are a very small fit for a plus size. I want to return these but no one EVER gets back to you. I have now had these useless items of clothing for a couple of months. I would like my money back and to return these items. The customer service is very poor.

Terrible cheap clothes. I also bought a pair of Marilyn Moda shoes and it looks like they took a pair of cheap shoes and glued the name brand inside. Then the kicker is you can't send anything back. What a scam.

Just recieved my 4th purchase from Zulily. Don't know why I did it because the first 3 were very poor quality and sizes were not cut right. I quests the good price for these coach and chair slipcovers enticed me to do it. They both arrived 1 month after ordering with rips in seams. Coach cover doesn't fit my coach although the size is well within the stated size limit. Zulily doesn't take returns for money back and sometimes not at all. And if they do offer you have to pay for return. So I have to pay to return damaged goods they sent me! I think Zulily is selling from any vendor without regards to quality. They don't care as long as they get paid! I won't fall for them again.

I ordered an item on the site. I paid with PayPal. The Zulily site immediately defaulted to an old shipping address. I immediately tried to edit the shipping address. The system advised an "error occurred" message. I tried PayPal, their automated system was not asking for the code I was given off their website and would not recognize anything I entered from my profile which I was confirming by viewing my information on their website. Customer service from both companies was unreachable. Then Zulily, sent an email conveying the had substituted another item for what I purchased. They did so without asking me. I emailed both companies. They both advised of system issues today. I managed to get a very nice agent from Zulily to cancel my order. PayPal called back but, when you were being transferred the system advised their were system issues. Be careful this holiday season. You might want to go in a store.

I have purchased some amazing deals on Zulily! Great deals on dresses I have gotten compliments on. A weighted blanket for my autistic nephew... amazing price, less than half of the amount I found it anywhere else, plus, he loves sleeping with it. A purse, shoes, outdoor games, etc.
A wonderful eclectic menagerie of items!

This company does not have the inventory advertised, so they get it from the vendor then they ship it out. Products ordered so far took over 3 weeks to arrive. Not acceptable with today's standards. I don't mind waiting as long as the product advertised arrives as advertised...

2ndly the products ordered where name brand but made with subpar material. Very different then what I got at dept. store. Very odd! Like other reviews, my purchase was sized 2 sizes to small.

About 1 out of 4 items I've ordered have been true to size and I have been satisfied with my purchase. I'll order a large and when I get it realized I needed an extra large, next time I order an extra large and I'm swimming in it. Just got an item in a large that fits like a small and the fabric is extremely cheap and has static electricity and it's raining. Really horrible. If I had spent a little more and gone to a store where I could have actually seen the fabric, tried it on or had the option to return it I would have saved A LOT more money. Am expecting one more item and am dreading to get it. No more ordering from Zulily again for me, I've ended up spending about 4 times what I spent for the things that fit because the other items have ended up going to Goodwill! I'm trying to get ready for retirement and feel like I'm throwing my money away.

At First I was very excited about the possibility of getting the cool items they have on their website, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I had finalized my order on Dec 13th, hoping I would get these items by Christmas, and then they sent me an email a week later stating that it would be shipped by Dec 29th. Then I got another email, stating I needed to confirm my online purchase again as they had not deducted the funds from my account.
Bottom line- ordering the site's products was not user friendly and not customer service oriented. It was unfortunate since I liked a lot of things on their website.
