I have been buying from them for many, many years~~ have received a few items broken in shipping... c / s were great in refunding my $$. A few items did not work out due to sizing, and a few items I didn't think were quality merchandise. Again c / s were very helpful and pleasant. Overall I get a lot of beautiful home decor, collectibles, and kids clothes, up to jackets for men. And kitchen. I recommend them for sure. Sometimes I feel s / h is a bit high tho.

I enjoy shopping Zulily. I buy mostly for my neice's. Lots of options for the 8 year old. I wish there were more options for the 11 year old who wears girls plus sizes. I also purchase decor for my home and toys at a good price for children's ministry. I have only had one dissaponting experience. Overall I have been well pleased. Just be careful with women's sizes, they are European sizing which runs small.

I really do love the daily emails, and am learning which products are worth the buy and those that are not. I have had to return a few things lately and the returns have always been accepted and in some cases when the product was lacking quality, a full refund and no shipping required.
The customer service is excellent. Stay with quality products. Many of the made in and shipped directly from China clothing has been really awful, not the quality Zulilly should offer. Name brands, discounts is the way to go.
I do not care for the length of time it takes to ship some items but that is a choice I can make if I want to wait for it. Overall, I am learning what to buy and what not to buy on Zulilly, and will continue as long as the products are of interest.

I ordered from this company on 2/21/11 and have yet to receive the order. I received an email that said "part" of the order was shipped. I checked and it's sitting in New Jersey. They state, on their wed site, standard shipping time is 10-14 days so I called wondering why (at day 17) only part of my order was shipped. The person on the other end explained that they do not warehouse (to keep costs down) which is the delay in shipping time. She didn't seem to think it was a problem that they were way outside their quoted ship time and did not offer a shipping refund. She even said that the second part of my shipment was received at their location on the 8th but was not shipped, nor was she sure it would ship today! These "deals" on their site aren't so fabulous that I need to wait 3 weeks for 2 kids bathing suits... I will not recommend this site to ANYONE!

I started the chat to see if I can return an item without return shipping cost. She started asking me the order details and items, address, etc. It was a 20 min chat - then in the end, I have to pay the return shipping. What a waste of time and money -- I got useless product, wasted time and money.

Finally had it with Zulily as a customer. The items I have received are either paper thin clothing for children that looks nothing like the picture, or the sizes are just completely off. A 2T fits more like a 12 month or smaller, et cetera. I contact customer service and they say they will add a credit to my account within 48 hours and 4 days later no credit. Now they have just started ignoring all my emails all together as if that is the best solution.

Waiting for your order. I placed my order on 2-10-17 and when I received the estimated shipping dates via email, I blew a gasket. Half the order arrived 15 days later after I complained. The rest I am still waiting for and they will probably be here close to the one month mark. The two baby onesies I received are constructed of very cheap fabric and NOT worth $11.99 each. Stick to Carters and go to your local JCPenney or Kohls and buy on sale. This stuff is crap.

Have made 5 separate orders. It took almost 3 weeks for the first orders arrival, but I was prepared for that. The first things I ordered were children's clothing and they were ok. So decided to try adult items. Using their size chart, and understanding I could not return items if for any reason I didn't like them. I took a chance. BIG mistake. Size not even close. Color on website and color of item way off. They said it was turquiose, it was not. I have another childrens' order coming and then I'm done. Will warn you and all my friends. Your foolish if you order from a company who does not care if you are satified with you purchase. Buyer beware!

The worst experience I have ever ever had ordering online from a company. They advise you not to call customer service. Well big surprise. Just read the reviews. Why oh why didn't I read the reviews before I ordered a bunch of stuff. They are pathetic, seriously. Ordered a month ago, and got half of one order and they stuff was awful. Cheap and cheesy. Nothing like the cute in you look at. I am going to report to BBB they are the worst.

It seems that if it will take 3 weeks for an item to be shipped, you should tell me before I order it. Some of the items I ordered before Thanksgiving with an estimated shipping date of 12/13/2014 still have not been shipped. In addition, the site does not have a way to cancel an item (although they did so with a phone call). Sorry, in this age of ihstant gratification, youre business model isn't working any more.

I tried for three months to get Zulily to send me the missing part from An almost $200 Plow and Hearth rocker. It was usless without the piece which held up the seat. They kept sending me the same promises to get it sent -- two emails from two different service reps spouting the same "I remember my grandmother's rocker and how much fun it was to relax in it" exact same words. Finally I wrote to the Better Business Bureau in Washington state and got the part within a week. It appears they often ship seconds or defective merchandise and try everything NOT to give you a refund.

This is my first time ordering merchandises from Zulily and its has not been good so far. I thought some of their products seems to be unique and it does has good price; however, the anticipation of waiting for it to arrive is ridiculous; so far it has been over 2 weeks and I received the first item, which is a Lancome mascara, came unsealed and the box was opened. I filed a complainted and they refunded my money. Currently I'm still waiting for the rest of 7 more items to come. I hope all will come in good condition and safely sealed. I don't think I want to order anything from here unless they can make a change on their delivering process.
Tip for consumers:
Just be ready that your merchandise will come in at least 30 days on a regular shipping process. If you order any cosmetic products, make sure they are sealed upon delivering. Safety precaution!

I purchased a set of muk luks gray daisy toe loop sandals and the loops could almost fit 1.5 toes. One of the toe loops was also bigger than the other. They were "kind enough" to allow me to return the defective shoes which cost me $$27.00 to them for a 2% restocking fee, plus they would deduct original shipping to me leaving me with a "Zulily only" credit only of $14 or $17 (don't have paperwork in front of me) which would end up being $8 or $11 after I paid 6.00 for shipping product back to them. All this for a defective product they should have never sold in the first place. I contacted Muk Luls to let them know what Zulily was doing with their product. Do yourself a favor, don't buy from Zulily. They care nothing about their customers.

I check the zulily site daily for great bargains. I have never been disappointed. Shipping is usually quicker than the date stated. I would love cheaper shipping charges... but then I would probably buy more!

Shop on the weekend. Shipping is a better deal.

I'm still not sure if they do sell second's instead of first quality. I have ordered many items from them and when I get them I can tell they are not top quality. I think they should at least state it the items are seconds. As far as clothes I won't order anymore due to the quality. It's very miss leading when you do find an item and when you get it, it's poor quality. And it takes forever to get those items.

What a horrible business model. I'll admit, I fell for one of their facebook ads, and I got a great deal on a couple of jackets, my first experience was ok. My second experience made me realize that I fell for their silly scheme. They make you think you're getting something special and uncommon, BAIT. They make you sign up prior to viewing their inventory, GOTCHA. Then, they make you pay for clothing they don't even have in stock, then, order it on your behalf, hoping and praying someone doesn't make a mistake, and then, you wait and wait and wait and wait. It could take several weeks to realize something is wrong, meanwhile, they have your money. Oh, what a scam! Amazon.com, Overstock.com and all the others are far superior. Zulily doesn't accept returns, they inundated you with email blasts, and they make you wait for an entiriy for your purchase. This seems like an archaic way to do business these days.

I gave it one star because there is nothing lower. I would prefer 0. I made one purchase, my first and last. I ordered a shirt that had great colors. When it came it was disappointing to say the least. The only good thing was the colors. The fabric was cheap, the workmanship shoddy. I kept it because of the colors and wear it only around the house. I would not be seen in public wearing it.

Their new return policy completely sucks and screws the customer. I tried to return a shirt and was going to get a. 04 credit. I would rather give it to my local Salvation Army and take the tax credit which would be more! Customer service sucks and you can get the same stuff on Amazon for the same price---they have no special discounts.

I bought two dresses. I was given a shipment date of October 4. I just received the first dress today. The 2nd one was supposedly being shipped on 10/12/14 after much delay. Come to find out according to tracking... shipping info was sent on 10/12/14 but was actually not shipped out until 10/15/14. Then to top things off the first dress came in that was supposed to be 2XL. Yeah maybe in China? The thing looks like a Medium at best and was supposed to be white/black but more a cream/black. They gave me a $10 credit to use on a future purchase due to the delay. Yeah right! 4 1/2-5 weeks to get an item is ridiculous. I won't be purchasing from them again! Guess I will be putting the dresses on Ebay to try to recoup some of my money back from the obvious misleading measurements they gave for this dress and probably the other one!

Dom items are not what you think. Like anything else you need to take your time and investigate the brands that you are not familiar with. My experience is that I have liked all that I purchased events though I might not like it. You can always sell or give a gift. Price's can not be beat. Thanks Zullily!

I have ordered pretty much everything from Zulily in the last year. Outdoor planters, shoes, clothes, kitchen misc. And I have been 95% pleased with everything. Only returned a few items, a purse that was smaller than I thought, and a sweater that didn't fit. Makes shopping easy, and I also see things that I cannot find in stores.

I won't ever buy at zulily, they advertise plus size but they'll send you the package saying it's the size you ordered with the wrong size clothing item. The scam is that they know they are sending the wrong order knowing we can't do exchanges.

I ordered a top on 9/3 for a party on 9/15. It still hadn't arrived so i bought something else. The top from Zulily arrived on 10/7, more than a month after the order. I no longer needed it and I don't care for how it looked so I wanted to return it. They wanted to deduct shipping and "restocking" fee so that my refund was less than $5.00 Horrible customer service and a ridiculous return policy for an online clothing outlet. Don't use them! Amazon is best.
