We bought my son a pair of shoes on 7 June 2017. We were originally told that we would receive the shoes in 7-10 days; however, the shoes did not even SHIP until over two weeks after we placed the orders. On top of that, after the order was shipped, we were notified that the shoes would arrive on 25 June 2017, but the shoes didn't arrive until 28 June 2017. It took three weeks for the shoes to arrive when we were originally told 7-10 days. This is ridiculous.

Been shopping for about 10 years with Zulily. I loved buying and not having to shop during busy shopping days. Anything you want is usually offered during the year and I would spend thousands of dollars without waiting at the end of the year with a big spending bill. The only problem I had was that sizing is not always correct and I would receive items months in advance of giving and only finding out that it did not fit and would be stuck with the items. Now that the grandkids are older they are more particular so I don't buy much for them anymore just for myself. They have been excellent in many of my complaints and have satisfied my issues. They are great in responding to your issues whatever they may be.

I like the way Zulily does their website. They give you a chance to look and buy the products and merchandise that you want to have. I do have a problem with the time it takes for me to get my order some times. I like the way that they do the split payments, sometimes it makes it easier to order large purchases.

Zulily is a great place to buy things as a great discount. The only downfall is the length of time it takes to get the items,

Ordered a $90 drum set that was advertised as a CHILD'S drum set for my 7 year old grandson. He was going to use it as a beginner set for drum lessons. What arrived was a TOY drum set suitable for a 3-4 year old. When I asked to return it they said NO. Instead, they offered a $20 credit. Seriously, a $20 credit for a $90 useless item. Their response: So sorry. Can't accommodate you. Stay away from this website.

Zulily claims that it is swarovski crystal jewelry however, when I received my products, packages said "made in China" and the quality was so poor, I could have bought it at a local retail store and paid a lot less! DO NOT believe the slashed through pricing scheme! I was so excited when I would see 98.00 slashed out and instead, a new price of 14.99! Of course who wouldn't want to pay that for a swarovski jewelry! But trust me, it is a total ripoff.
Tip for consumers:
Just know that some of these products are not the real thing. The Swarovski crystal is NOT the real thing. You're paying for an imitation.

I've gotten some good deals, but I've also gotten some items damaged in terrible packaging (glasses out of their cases and bouncing around a big box with other heavy items), items that were substantially different than the descriptions (shirts by other than the described makers, one with weird clasps going down the arms that you couldn't see in the picture or description), and a whole lot of items that they've suddenly not had and cancelled. Complaints never responded to by Zulily. I'm not going to waste my time/money on them anymore.

To echo the several other comments below I too am having issues with Zulily shipping. I made an order on the 22nd of November. The estimated shipping date was December 8 2014 and as of now it still is on transit to Zulily. Will never order from here again.

I ordered three tops to go with leggings and the three came today in four days. They all fit well and are beautiful. I am thrilled as I couldn't find anything like this in stores. I will order again. Amazing

I have ordered hundreds of dollars with Zulily and have about a 95% satisfaction rate. I have ordered great lamps, dishes, Knick knacks, kids gifts, shoes, handbags, clothes and artwork and feel like I have gotten a good deal. I did get a few flawed items or turkeys and in all cases I could return an expensive item or get a refund and donate the item. How can you argue with good customer service? Just don't be in a rush for an item, order name brand when you can, Google the item to compare price or reviews on other sites and understand how the site works. I believe QVC is the parent company, and they have a good reputation.

In my experience most items come from private boutiques that do nit accept returns. I have orders items and the orders have been cancelled with out my notice. I never lost money on this site I really wanted the items I ordered they charge your card back without explanation or and email. I waited weeks for items I thought I had paid for only to realize it was charged back to my account I had to scramble to find a an outfit for a wedding last minute

I placed an order May 25th for my granddaughters birthday on June 22nd. I still have not heard anything and cancelled my order. They were not helpful and then told me it would be 5 to 7 business days before they would refund my money. If they can suck it out of my account immediately then they can put it back in fairly quickly. I will never shop this website again and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Stay away and shop elsewhere!

When I order things for my home, as in pictures, small furniture items, kitchen and organizational items etc... most items are very nice and of good quality. The things I have the most trouble with is the clothing, the shoes and the shipping and return prices and it takes a very long time to receive my orders. None of the clothing items I have gotten fit me correctly even going by the size charts. The shoes need more photos and better descriptions. It's very frustrating to pay almost $10 to ship it to my house and then if I have to return it I have to pay almost $10 when I return it. So right there I lose right at 20 bucks With Amazon prime my shipping and returns are free.

I bought 3 pair's of shoe's from them out of the 3 only one is a true size the other 3 does fit. I also bought a pair of boot's that will not fit properly the zipper on the boot will not go all the way up. I am still waiting on a purse that I bought over a month ago. They have a horrible shipping problem. Three weeks to a month is to long to receive anything that you have paid for in advance. Sorry Zulily you will no longer get my money.

Zulily is a company striving for a customer base that is totally happy and appreciative of all items acquired. If not happy with the items, for whatever reason, at least able to laud the customer service department who pleasantly helps these items to be returned with the least amount of trouble and frustration.

Took weeks and several phone calls and emails to get a decision and authorization to return (when the wrong item was in the box)!
Took another week and another email after receiving it back to issue refund.
Shorted me $5 on refund (no explanation given).

I didn't expect couture and for the price the quality was very good. BUT, it took too long. I purchased a few items that I planned to take for a trip about three weeks before the trip thinking that they would come in time. Instead it took 6 weeks before I got my order. I didn't expect overnight but 6 weeks is way too long. Also the sizing is on the small size so order a size up and order WAY in advance.

I recently purchased a piece of furniture from Zulily and product was delivered defective missing critical pieces upon contact with customer service 6 times in reference to return of defective item I was directed to donate the defective item to charity and present them with a copy of the receipt for a refund.

Zulily is my go to for all things. Well, not all but a lot. I find things I can gift, I can keep, I can use. Plus many more. Being a great-grandma, I really appreciate the baby clothes. Incredibly cute and reasonably priced. What's not to love!

Zulily doesn't even deserve the 1 star out of 5. They would not take any of the items that did not fit back, except for the shoes. They said they could have taken the shoes back, and offered $14.00 store credit for shoes that cost $60. What a joke...

I ordered a queen size comforter. This comforter did not fit a queen size bed, the color was not the color in the picture. You could tell that the material is very cheap. I called to return the item, customer service told me. You must take a store credit and pay shipping handling to return or donate it and then I can get my money back. I will never ever shop there again.
