I should of read the reviews! Please believe all the negative reviews you read. They are all true!
I purchased a blouse for $37.74 on 4/14 that fell apart in the wash the first time I washed it today! I purchased a SNAP polaroid and film for the camera -the film was for a different type of camera.
Going through bank statements today, they deducted $34.99 and $35.00 on April 6th. When I emailed they suggested I call, I called they told me to email screen shot of bank statement. I emailed the screen shot they tell me to call. After I (hopefully) get my money back I will never do business with this company again!

I ordered a pair of earrings with pearls. They finally came in but very very cheap made. If you see it in a store in person, you will never buy it. It wa shipped from a small town in China. No return.

Ok. I have been shopping from this site since last 3 years on. Must have placed around 50 orders. I agree that shipping is slow, but come on if you want next day delivery then buy it from Amazon. However here are few observation.
Only buy kids and home stuff from this site. Women's products are not good except for scrafs and jewerly.
Before ordering check the price on amazon. In very few cases I found it was cheaper on amazon.
If the product/brand is available on amazon then check the reviews. There are no reviews on Zulily.
I have bought some very amazing kids clothes from this site and is happy!

Last year I bought a maxi dress that was on sale for $25. When it eventually showed up and I tried it on, it was apparent something was off. The tag was sown to the front, none of the seams we're symmetrical and print was way off center. I decided to try again last month with tunic tops. Lead time was long but acceptable. The quality and fit proved the dress was no fluke. One top had unhemmed sleeves. Another had a front and back the same length and the hem started to unravel the first time I wore it. You really do get what you pay for on the website but I won't be paying for anything with Zulily ever again

I've ordered so many things from Zulily I've lost count. I've received everything I've ordered, in the correct size and items were shipped as expected. I ordered nearly all my Christmas gifts from Zulily. I'm happy with the quality and their prices.

I ordered two tops from Zulily and as I was trying on the first one, I noticed the gray dye of the fabric coming off on my hands. The fabric that is used on these two items is very cheap. Both items are "dry clean only" which is interesting. The sizing of these two items is way off from what is listed on their website under the sizing chart. The items were both way too large for me and I can't send them back. This is a rip off, to say the least.

Great variety of products and I love the uniqueness of the different vendors. Plus there's great variety of old standbys like coach. The only drawback is shipping is slow. Amazon has spoiled customers with super fast shipping and our expectations are high.

The pros are that there are many items to choose from and if you miss it this time or it is "gone" you can have the alert to let you know when it is back. It is nice to find some gift or clothing that is unique from Zulily that others may not have. And their customer service is outstanding. If there is an issue, they are on top of it and extremely helpful! The Cons are that some items are not returnable and some are not quite what you thought. So some may not fit properly and you are stuck with it. The other con is that some items take quite awhile to receive.

Horrible experience. Waited one month for items I ordered and finally called customer service to cancel. Worst part is THEY BILL YOU IMMEDIATELY not once your items have shipped. They held onto hundreds of dollars of mine for over 2 weeks. Did I get an email saying they were delayed... NO. I feel bad for their customer service folks because they were really nice when I talked to them.

Worst online company every.

I placed my first and second order within 2 days, i got 2 shipments very quickly with the items from both orders... I was unhappy with the fit and quality of 1 pair of boots... And my daughter's toddler size boots had a minor defect. Zulily credited me the full amout back for both items and told me not to worry about sending the items bac, but to donate them to someone in need. I sent a late email to them 11 pm and received the credit in my zulily account before 8 am the following morning! I thought that was great! Also i loved all my other items i purchased!

I ordered 4 items and it took 3 weeks to ship (not arrive yet). I contacted them to check my order then they replied straight away but when I asked them to get refund as I takes too long to ship and I go holiday soon and they didn't reply me. I contacted them twice and they ignored me.
Very bad website and I never go back with them again.

So if you are going to buy clothes, try sticking with the name brand listings. I ordered leggings and I am tall and skinny-never fit in a size small pants in my life. I bought the S/M leggings... they are short and SUPER baggy! I was baffled. I also bought a dress in a M, as the measurements would be just a tad tight for my body... well the M looks liked an XXL. I know people who have bought items from zulilly and they were fine... I bought my SIL hat and gloves last winter and loved them-they were name brand though. So yes, good site for little things... terrible for clothing. Clothes are definitely from China... the sizing charts are VERY deceptive.

I placed an order on june 29 '14 and i just got a message stating my order is being shipped (july 15) and is due to arrive on july 24... almost an entire MONTH after placing the order! It says on their website orders take 10-14 days... which would be fine, but this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. You FAIL zulily. I will never order from you again.

I used a coupon that was active when I checked out and after the order was processed it removed it automatically. When I contacted Zulily they did not care nor reimburse me, nor refund my order. They did not even try to fix the problem. I use to refer this site to people but no more. This is happened before to me on this site but no more that is not ok.

It's pretty bad. They have adorable things, but shipping takes FOREVER! And is not even free. Literally, order a size up if you plan to get kids things because you can expect close to month. And even when you think it's on its way because you see a UPS tracking number, they have requested that UPS transfer it to USPS for local delivery. So it takes even more time. And I live in Philadelphia (center city) so there is no reason it would be easier for USPS to deliver. That, and there are no returns. This is basically a big drop shipping company, and it's SOOO not worth it. Shop elsewhere!

The site has more than once misrepresented a item I purchased. I ordered a power vehicle (ride on for young child) for Christmas - only to receive one that was pedal controlled. They have yet to resolve the issue. "Power activated" was in the desciption. On more than one occassion, I've ordered product that has been misrepresented, in poor condition (missing parts/size wrong) - or not the item pictured. Their customer service has grown increasingly apathetic, and does not stand behind the products they represent. The site is clearly experiencing growing pains - and needs to rethink their core value proposition and customer service priorities. It's unfortunate for a site that once relied on word of mouth and mom endorsements.

I ordered a large toy (guaranteed to arrive by Christmas) and was sent completely the wrong item, well made but still the wrong item. I immediately reported on 12/20, it is now 12/31 and item is still unresolved and was not able to gift. Also ordered 5 children's outfits for Christmas and New Years grandaughter's birthday. All items were cancelled and never received. So I am left having to reshop everything, pretty much ruined my holiday.

For one thing, it takes forever to receive what you buy, shipping takes way too long. It is expensive to return an item. If you purchase an item on the Zulily credit card using the three or four easy payments and then return that item, your card keeps getting charged until the item is actually received by Zulily. So, if your card was charged two times, you will only get a store credit for the balance. What was charged to your card is not refunded or credited on your credit card or as a store credit. And, if you don't have access to a printer, customer service will not send a return label to you by regular mail. Then your stuck!

Just discovered this site the last couple of months; I was very impressed by the way the clothes looked online, but after receiving the first two items (a short dress and maxidress), I am very disappointed. The short dress would blow off in a strong wind and the long dress is just very cheap material. I still have orders to receive, just wish I had waited for that first order to arrive before I purchased additional items. I will NOT be ordering anything else and will probably end up donating these items. Not to mention the shipping time is ridiculous.

Slow shipping to begin with and then when I finally got my shirt it was the wrong color. I have to now ship back and wait for it to be received to get my refund. First and last time I will use the website.

Ordered two pair of yoga pants that were advertised as 89% cotton. I was delighted as they are hard to find in cotton. I knew it would take a long time before they came--that's part of the deal. But when they arrived I saw they are half polyester and half spandex--NOT as advertised. In addition, they are nonreturnable. I'm going to give up on Zulily if they don't do something about this. I am not holding my breath.

Please Report this business to www.bbb.org. Please Do not support this business! Have you ever looked at the items on Alibaba.com? Did you notice how clothing can be obtained from China for just pennies but shipping takes up to or over a month? I suspect this is what Zulily is up to. I ordered a shirt to wear to Thanksgiving dinner so I placed order on Oct 26,2014, shipping was supposed to be by November 11. It is now December 6 2014 and site shows it is in transit to zulilly still. Now It wont be here for Christmas either! I knew shipping could be slow but this is ridiculous.

One month estimated delivery with no option to upgrade to faster delivery. Zulily has to receive order from vendor, then they turn around and ship regular mail to you. Again, you cannot upgrade shipping.

Great prices, true. Horrible service... and I mean horrible. It takes forever and ever and ever to get your items.

One time I contacted them THREE MINUTES after I placed an order because the delivery address was not listed correctly on the confirmation... it was right when I placed the order. I was told they would get back with me THREE WEEKS after I placed the order to say that they had given the correct info to the vendor. Two weeks later it arrived at the wrong address over two weeks after that they e-mailed to say they could not contact the vendor. Sorry.

It is unbelievable how bad their customer service is. Only order with the understanding it will take 5-6 weeks to arrive... and you can't change your order or get a refund.

I ordered 2 dresses and a tunic 3 weeks ago. The dresses came a few days ago and are absolutely awful! The quality is what I would expect from The Dollar Store! The sizing is way off and the color is not as depicted. Still waiting for the tunic, maybe I'll be 1 for 3! Will not order again. The items received will be donated to Goodwill.
