The only complaint is shipping time. It is slow. Probably the slowest I've ever waited. I had two items that weren't shipped and had to call customer serice. Seriously the nicest most refreshing call to a business in a LONG time. Brittany, the supervisor, explained everything very well and was extremely polite. Even gave me 10$ store credit because my items weren't shipped. I love the deals you find on items at this store. Definitely worth the wait!

I purchased 3 tunics. Two of the 3 fit fine. When I inquired about returning the one that didn't fit, they said I could but I would get a store credit NOT a credit on my credit card. The quality isn't the greatest but now I'll have to buy something else to use up the credit. I usually don't shop at stores that won't guarantee their merchandise enough to refund your money. I won't shop there after I use up the credit. I don't recommend anyone else shopping here either.

My whole family orders from this site and we love it! We have gotten stuff for the kitchen and clothing. Yes, it takes awhile to get things but when we do recieve the items they are exactly what we ordered, no surprises. The deals are worth the wait! I love zulily!

I realised that I ordered the wrong size in one of three items. I called within one minute of ordering and was informed that I could not change the order. She told me that she would put the correct size in my basket for an added order and that I would have to pay another shipping charge. I told her that I wanted to cancel (all within four minutes time frame) and she told me that I would not get a refund for at least 5 -7 days. All too hard with this company!

Zulily guaranteed Christmas delivery is a farse. Ordered several items and according to shipment tracking, the items are in Reno. I am not in Reno. This helps me none. Welcome to Christmas morning without the needed gifts for family members. Boo Zulily. Will not be ordering from them in the future.

If you receive a gift from Zulily via someone else be prepared to jump through hoops to get it taken care of. Be prepared to be hung up on if you shout, be prepared to be told your "unprofessional" when your waiting a week for a return label and then are told it was never sent and get upset and demand an answer. Just an absolute joke!

This is the worst on line experience I ever had. It will be my last time. Never, ever will I order from them ever again. What a waste of my time. I guess the time I get the product, I be too old to wear them. Good grief. Should have check out the review before I order it.

I have been shopping on the Zulilly site for quite a while now. They offer many categories of items at fair and sometimes, very low prices. The way they deal with problems, ie, items damaged in shipping, may be the best service ever. The representatives I have spoken with have been not only knowledgeable and helpful but also kind and friendly.
On occasion I have had size issues with some European clothing and I do wish the items country of origion would be listed instead of just 'imported'.

Offer free shipping options. Amazon Prime gets most of my online ordering business due to their free shipping.
So many other businesses also offer free shipping if a specific amount is exceeded. If Zulily wants to compete and excel, they need to seriously consider offer free shipping options.

Your website is a pain. I often select items to look at, but don't put them in the bag. Trying to go back to look at more items lands me in the "other events" area rather than back where I was when I stopped to look at something. Your navigation software is the pits. Sometimes, I just get out rather than fiddle with trying to get back to where I was. You've probably lost some sales with me because I'm too frustrated to repeatedly have to manually get back to the event items I was interested in.

I just purchased baby clothes from Zulily a few minutes ago. Then after that I read the Zulily reviews from experienced customers. Overall, I've seen 560(1star) bad comments about Zuliy. Are you going to change something from those bad comments to improve not just your services, but also your clothes' qualities? It's for your company's reputation. Please take those bad comments in a serious consideration. I'm mean I REALLY LOVE your clothes designs with very lowest prices, even though this is my very first time purchase on your site. Therefore, I hope that most people will love all your products and please don't let your favorite customers disappointed. I recently tried to purchase an item for a gift. Before purchasing I checked the item was in stock and would ship quickly enough to get here before I needed it. After ordering I received and email stating there was a delay and if it was time sensitive I should cancel. I contacted them on a Sunday to request a cancel (less than 12 hours after their email) and was told they couldn't cancel it! I now am left paying for an item that won't be here in the time I needed it and I had to purchase another one from elsewhere. Absolutely no way I would purchase from this website again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

I had the most amazing thing happen! I wanted to cancel a spontaneous purchase, so I wrote an email with the order number and the item copied and pasted and they CANCELLED the item within an hour! I have never had such quick and efficient service in my life... I think this site and this store is incredible! Yes, the shipping takes a LONG time... but you have to READ how they operate... they TELL you it will take awhile... they gather the items for you from inexpensive sources... then they gather enough to truck out... you have to wait for this stuff! That's why I'm ordering Summer stuff NOW! Also, the cool part of this story is that I had another item on that order that I DO want and they kept that item on the order and cancelled only what I wanted cancelled. I love these people!

First of all, when I first used them, the clothes were great. Now they are horrible. I made a purchase months ago and when they got delivered they were so thin and cheap. They didn't fit so I returned them, cost me $12 to ship them back, on top of the shipping I paid to receive them, and the warehouse is in the same city I live in! No free return label even! Then, they don't refund you your money, you get a credit to the company so you have to order again. So I just ordered again hoping for this to be my last time, and I ordered stuff that is hard to mess up. That was on feb 3rd. It's been 10 days and still nothing. Nothing takes that long to ship. When you have to pay for shipping, I'd expect 5-7 business days max. I emailed them and sounds like it'll b another 12 days before getting my items. I will never order from this horrible company again.

I would have liked to give them a minus 1 Star review if one exists. I ordered items over $130. The quality was very inferior and the sizes way too small. When I contacted them, they told me I must have ordered the wrong size. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the worst. They asked for the clothes to be sent back and upon receipt would give me a store credit which was less than I paid and store credit (like I would ever order from them again) Needless to say, I'm stuck with clothes I could not wear. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

They take much longer to ship than they promise and do not notify you of issues with your order. It's been over three weeks since I placed my order and I am still waiting for one of the items to ship to Zulily! Their product descriptions are incomplete. They give refunds as store credit, which means you have to continue doing business with them if you want the value of the money you originally spent. Stay away from this site if you value your money. I filed with the BBB.

I love Zulily. With so many items (from clothes to housewares to health and beauty) there is something for everyone. There have been occasions when an item I ordered wasn't quite what I expected or there were problems with the quality but all in all I have been very happy The only other issue I would have is the length of time it takes for most deliveries. I do have favorite brands that I know I can trust for quality items.

I love browsing Zulily, finding things that I didn't know I needed... and several things I do. My only quibble is that sometimes I find things cheaper than Zulily is carrying them, and not being sold as a 'sale' item. But it's on me to check that out.

I love Zulily and the products they sell! I wish they will have more payment plans on certain items. I was living in Japan and I have to say if it wasn't for Zulily sending to APO my only options to get top fashions would be limited, especially with a payment plan that helped out a lot.

I have never had any issues with Zulily. On the contrary, I think they're great!
You are not ordering from them, you're ordering through them. They state quite clearly that there are no refunds before you purchase, so you know what you're getting into. I've bought Crocs for my kids and Croc shirts also. Items take a week or two to get to Zulily and a week or so from them to you, so yes, it also takes a while, but when you're getting an item at over 50% off retail, it's part of the deal!
I ordered a really cute pair of Big Buddha boots from them and when they arrived they did not fit me! My size was correct, but the boots are sized SUPER small. I called their customer service and they automatically refunded me the money, they added an additional $10 store credit to my account AND I get to keep what they considered faulty merchandize. I will give the boots to a friend.
ABOVE AND BEYOND. I ADORE Zulily and will buy there often. LOVE THEM!

I went to the Zulily site to check it out and was interested in a couple of things. The total price of the pieces I wanted to buy was $46. When I went to check out, the charge was $96. $50 in shipping... more than the price of the articles? I realize the products do not come from the U.S., but I have bought clothes from another discount, overseas site and the shipping charges were quite normal, around $5-$8.
