I wish I would've read these reviews before I decided to trust this company with my Christmas shopping. This is my second year with them and last year there were some near misses but the company took care of it and I received everything in time. This year, I placed an ordered on Black Friday because I know it takes them forever to ship. On 12/19 I received an email that it was s ship direct from manufacturer and that it would not make it on time. They couldn't give me a reason, so they refunded my money and gave a a $20 credit. The next day I decided to use my credit on some last minute items that had guarantee delivery by Christmas. Just tracked the order only to find it will not arrive until after Christmas! Burned twice in the same week! Not again zulily, I'm done with you!

I was a total zulily convert. I knew about the wait times and return policy but I got a couple really good high quality items so mostly figured it was okay. I just recently was playing on the app and noticed a few shirts that were buy two get an extra 50% off. I put them in the basket but they didnt give the additional discount so I tried to exit app but apparently pressed purchase. My bad. I immediately sent an email asking to cancel the order. RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. When I asked via facebook they responded right away but total attitude like it was stupid of me to think I could communicate via email. THey did agree to let me return the items but I had it on my credit card for months and frankly can do without the attitude. I will shop elsewhere.

I've been ordering w/Zulily for two years now and I'm still mostly satisfied w/the items I received. As always, the random S&H is irritating and the size charts are never accurate, but once you learn the strengths and weaknesses of Zulily products based on what you order, you'll find really great deals.

I have been shopping at Zulily for years now. I'm in love with them. I have yet to order something that I have not loved or been happy with. I can think of one time when I ordered something that didn't fit. I contacted Zulily with my issue and instead of giving me a hard time or going back and forth, they told me to donate the item (which I did) and issued a refund. I will continue to shop there for years to come.

I love Zulily for a lot of reasons. They have high quality items for low prices. They have a team of people who are beyond helpful anytime I have an issue. I like the variety of things I can find on the website. I have a child with special needs and going to stores can be challenging. Zulily provides me a way of finding unique gifts with great quality at low prices and they are delivered right to my door.

Ordered 2 items from zullily and got their credit card because it offered $15 off. Was emailed bill before items even came. Waited for items to come before I paid for them and then they told me payment was late. That DOUBLED my bill. Called them and they said they would credit the late payment. Guess what, that didn't happen. Their credit is a scam. Think they make their money by taking so long to deliver their items, that everyone goes into late payments which doubles, and then doubles again. Even if I pay for the original amount, I will still have a past due payment according to their system. So I will not be sending them anything. Either way it goes on my credit so might as well keep the original $22.

I bought a couple of things from Zulily and when I eventually received them I was very disappointed with quality and beleive the products they send out are just cheap reproductions. The shirt I ordered had tiny sequence all over it that would have been visible on the pictures they gave on the website. When I looked at the photo again and enlarged it there was no sequence and the item description did not mention any embellishments also some of the details were missing and it was definitely not made of the same material that the item description said it was. I also ordered a wallet which looked like one I could get at the wholesale stores in the city I believe it was another replica of what they had on their website. What you see is definitely not what you get. They have a no return policy for a reason they don't want their own cheap crap back.

My package was scheduled to arrive almost a week ago and when I contacted them, they told me to contact the shipper. I paid shipping and handling! Why should I be calling the shipper? I think that Zulily should be following up, not me. Also, they have not directly answered any of your questions.

So far I have to say my items are now on their way on time. They should be here by the weeks end. If they arrive by then and the sizes fit like the size chart says I may end up ordering again. I have to see the quality of the clothing as well.

I've been shopping at Zulily for about 2 years now, and they are hands-down one of the absolute best online companies I've ever purchased from. Just to give you an example of how wonderful they are, the USPS totally screwed up delivery of my order (apparently my address didn't exist - news to me), and the item got sent back to Zulily. When I contacted Zulily, they apologized profusely (even though they did absolutely wrong) AND credited my account $10. Family members have also had items break or wear out early, and even though Zulily doesn't accept returns, they happily credited the account for the faulty items, no questions asked. As long as Zulily is around, I'll be buying from them.

Used to love this company but last ew orders were a miss and delivery was extremely slow. Also, they advertise a collection as everything under $1515 (for example) and when you get there... NOT ONE ITEM is under $15 which is blatant false advertising

I can deal with the three weeks it took to get the dress that look so beautiful online. When my order arrived today I was so disappointed. Looks nothing like the picture and the quality is so poor. The dress will be going in the trash and I won't be ordering from Zulily again.

One star WAY TOO GENEROUS. Order took 5 weeks to arrive. Then when I went to wrap the present I saw that the leggings are cut and sewn grossly wrong. Not cut properly on the grain so one leg is twisted and buckled - OH, and 3-4 inches shorter than the other leg! 30+ minutes on hold with customer service - still waiting. I clicked through the return screens and by the time they charge me shipping and restocking, I will only get 30% of my purchase price refunded. Don't get sucked in thinking the clothes are cute... real deal is GARBAGE!

Once I started shopping at Zulily a great relationship between us blossomed. Every time I purchased an item I was very pleased with it. I usually purchase clothing for my seven grandchildren. On special occasions I will purchase toys. I get compliments all the time on the clothes I select. I have never returned any of my items. Like I said "Love me some Zulily ". Thx Zulily

I have purchased many things from Zulily. Most of the stuff is just as pictured, clothing sizes fit normal but also depends on the brands you are ordering. The things that haven't fit, been delivered on time, or weren't as pictured I called them and they not only gave me a refund but also credit on my Zulily account and told me to keep the item and not worry about returning it. Honestly Zulily has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The only down side of Zulily is how long it takes to get the items you ordered, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. Usually it takes about a month give or take. Also they just raised their shipping rate from $5 to $8 and it still takes just as long. I think they should speed up their shipping for raising the price, but as long as you're okay waiting for your items it's a good, trustworthy site.

This company does not tell you that refunds are only in form of a store credit and they send you a shipping label but then deduct the amount from your refund. It has been SIX weeks since I returned the merchandise and they keep stating that they have Not receive the merchandise! I understand mail is slow with COVID-19 but six weeks!? When you try to track the shipping of your return merchandise it keeps stating that the information is unavailable at this time. I have emailed customer service four times and they keep saying we haven't received the merchandise yet and it has been six weeks!

I ordered a tunic that took over a month to arrive, with very little communication about shipping delays. The tunic (with the exception of its color) was HUGE and nothing as pictured. I had ordered a small, and it said small, but clearly was very off in measurements. They did give me a shipping label to send it back, but after 2 weeks, I still have not even heard that they received it and I have still not received my refund. They also said they would give me ANOTHER $5 credit ($5 for it shipping so late), but they never did that either. Really really bad customer service, and the product was not as pictured.

Ordered some solar string lights through Brads deals. They are in route to zulily after 1 month. Got an email saying they have not shipped. What flakes, will tell people not to order from this business. Be honest or do not do business.

I could swear the site said I'd receive my order mid month. I checked to see if it had shipped and the site now says my items will ship at the end of the month... Now I take the time to read the reviews and it appears that I just blew a bunch of money on low quality clothes from China. I'' revise if I get surprised by receiving better than I'm now expecting..

I really like buying products from this company because they offer so many products and many brand names that I can not buy where I live. Prices are very reasonable and they just have so many selections every day. One thing I don't like is that many items are not returnable plus they are way out of line on shipping charges to return an item. They should offer you to return it however the customer wants to return it which makes it much more reasonable.

I purchased 9 blouses from Zulilly. Had to return 5 items as the fit was awful. Can only get a store credit instead of cash returned. I don't want to buy anything else from Zulily so what a waste. Beware of return policy.
